Noise Monitoring: Please be aware that noise monitors are installed in the units. These devices measure noise levels in decibels only and do not record sounds or conversations. Tampering with the device will result in a fee.



Pets: Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid cancellation, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. A non-refundable cleaning fee is required per pet:



1–7 nights: $25 per night

8–29 nights: $200

30+ nights: $300

A maximum of two pets (cats or dogs) are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notice, a $500 fee will apply.
