Perfect for groups of up to 12, yet cozy enough for a smaller escape, this home offers multiple indoor and outdoor hangout spaces, endless amenities, and a backyard that feels like your private resort — all just a few blocks from Main Street Fredericksburg!

Bright & Spacious Indoor Living
The living room is vibrant and inviting, with two colorful couches, oversized armchairs, and a wall-mounted TV with Netflix and cable — perfect for movie nights or cozy chats. The open floor plan flows into the well-stocked kitchen, where you’ll find plenty of counter space, cookware, and extras like a crockpot, waffle iron, and blender.

Shake up cocktails at the bar with glassware, shakers, and bitters, or start your day at the coffee station with two coffee makers, ground coffee, and tea. The sunlit nook with a 6-top bar-height table is great for meals, games, or catching up on work.

Between the large dining table and the kitchen nook, there’s plenty of room for everyone to gather, feast, and have fun!

Start your morning with coffee in the bubbling 8-person hot tub, then take a refreshing dip in the heated pool (heated between 80-90 degrees free of charge during Mar 1st –Dec 31st). If temps drop below 45°F for extended periods of time, the heater may turn off temporarily, but the hot tub is always ready for a warm soak!

When hunger strikes, fire up the barbecue and enjoy lunch under the shady cabana or at the picnic table. The cozy sectional under the pergola is perfect for watching the pool activities or keeping an eye on the kids as they play with Tonka trucks, giant LEGO blocks, or tetherball. As the day winds down, gather around the firepit for s'mores, or play a game of horseshoes in the lighted pits.

Fun & Functional Sleeping Spaces
After a full day of exploring Fredericksburg, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep on high-quality mattresses with luxe linens:
