Tämä neljän vuodenajan Lakefront vuokra on suojaisessa paikassa yksityinen naapuruston ajaa sijaitsee länsirannalla kauniin Honeoye järven, vielä 1 hehtaarin paljon käytettävissä pysäköinti ja virkistyskäyttöön.
Tämä täysin kalustettu, tilava, kaksikerroksinen Cape ylpeilee mukava olohuone, kaunis järvinäköala ruokailutila, uusi keittiö, uusi kylpyamme, pesukone ja kuivaaja, kaapeli-TV, DVD, ja internet. Ruokailutila on iso lasi liukuovet kannelle, joka tarjoaa lisäksi ulkona ruokailupaikka ja portaat suuri järvi edessä nurmikolla 50 jalkaa järven tason julkisivu, 70 jalka telakka, vene hissi, uima-alue "Weed matot" varten rikkakasvien ilmainen uinti, kaasugrilli ja palo kuoppaan.
Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on yksi makuuhuone kerrossänky (double & single), toinen on queen size-vuode, ja suuri ulosvedettävä sohva. Toisessa kerroksessa on kaksi ainutlaatuista mökki tyyli huonetta ja yksi täysi ja yksi king size-vuode sekä puoli kylpyhuone. Mukavasti nukkuu 11.

Nice weekend trip

This was a really nice cottage to stay at die the weekend. We especially appreciated the covered seating on the deck since we had unexpected rain and still wanted to be able to see the lake. We also enjoyed the board games!

Awesome weekend!!

Relaxing and fun was definitely what was shared during our stay. The house was very clean, roomy, and more than what we were expecting. We had such a great time and can't wait to come back!! We would definitely recommend staying here!!

Wonderful Lake House

Beautiful property with plenty of indoor/outdoor space and parking! This property was perfect for our family. They have everything you need for a fun stay at the lake. The house and property are exactly as pictured. The front deck is perfect for enjoying the lake views. Beds are comfortable too!

Perfect cottage on the lake

Great location, it was a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for fishing and any other water sports. The place had a washer and dryer so no work for when you got home! Our guys like to cook and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you would need. The place was about an hour drive to Seneca Lake where all the wineries are.

August vacation

Very nice cottage. Loved the outdoor space. Large covered deck area with lots of seating. Close enough to the water to watch little ones. Able to walk into the water. Weed mats really seem to help, otherwise lots of seaweed. Kids loved the fishing off the dock. Cottage very well stocked. Upstairs bedrooms good size, downstairs ones pretty tight. Kitchen laid out well. Ample parking space and large yard across the street. Very clean except for the couch and chair in the living room. Owner very easy to reach and work with.

Excellent stay!

This house was wonderful! It’s very roomy with four bedrooms and lots of living space. The deck was very big and there was plenty of room between the house and the water to sit around and lounge or have a fire. The neighbors were very nice and overall, it was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The added benefit was that we were able to bring our dog. There’s plenty of space for parking multiple cars. There is a grocery store, not too far and several small places where you can get food from if you don’t feel like cooking. However, we found the outdoor flat top to be perfect. There is a place where you can rent pontoons or boats if you don’t have your own to bring. We will definitely be returning to this property. I highly recommend (Even though I want to keep this fantastic little secret all to myself, I feel it’s only right to share it with the world). You will not be disappointed!

Honeoye Stay

Owners communicated often/ answered any questions. Plenty of bedrooms with closets and dressers. However, no bunkbeds as they were separated into two bed (minor disappointment for 2 boys). Linens and towels clean and plentiful. Nice yard/fire pit area with chairs Beautiful deck covered in two areas. Kitchen well supplied. Nice eating area that has total lake view We fished off the dock and grandsons played on the small stone beach/in the lake. We will bring yard games on our next stay bc the large lot included with this property is ideal for them. Just a minor con: grandsons’ allergies seemed affected by the dust/cobwebs in the floor vents. Would not stop us from returning.

Adorable Lake House

We had a great time in Honeoye! The house is adorable with a gorgeous view! Huge deck, enough room for all of us. Mike was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Great cottage!

We had plenty of space for our family of 10. The property was clean and gave you that comfortable cottage feel. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils which was a huge plus for us. Beautiful covered porch was perfect for our family game nights. (Every game you can imagine was provided). Definitely recommend.

Fabulous Turkey Weekend on the Lake

First the hosts responded quickly and effectively to all our communications. Second the place was really lovely and fit our family perfectly. Despite the cold weather we paddle boarded and kayaked through the weekend. The lake front aspect of the property supported it perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked for the preparation of our thanksgiving feast and the game shelf had plenty to offer our wide range of ages. The space is well laid out and worked for both our early risers and our late morning sleepers. The back deck is good size and comfortable and we had amazing views of the lake with the sunrises in the morning. Everything we needed that we forgot to bring was a quick trip down the road to the cutest lake side town. All in we had a great time and we would all recommend Michael and Linda's place on the lake!

Perfect for a Girls’ Weekend

This property did not disappoint. We especially liked the large pots, pans, bowls, etc since we were a group of 6 ladies. Beautiful deck, partially covered overlooking the lake-perfect! Spacious with 4 bedrooms. Loved it all.

This place was perfect! It was like a home away from home for us, with the added benefit of being on a beautiful lake. It has everything you would need to be comfortable and just relax. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities provided and the house is spacious enough so that 4 adults & 2 dogs weren't tripping over each other. I am so glad we found this place & we can't wait to visit again.

We had a wonderful time even with the lightning over the lake!

Our daughter graduated from Geneseo. A 25 minute drive from the lake house. All worked out well - much better than staying at a hotel!

Nice place on the lake

With lots of bedrooms, I could see how this would be a great place for a group or family. It was just two of us, but we were so glad to be able to bring our dog along. Just a note that I missed when booking - there isn't a cleaning fee, so you save some money, but it does mean it might not be quite as clean when you get there and you do have to clean yourself at the end.

Great place on a beautiful lake

This rental was perfect for our two families to share for the weekend. The listing does not do justice to this place - every inch of the property is taken advantage of! 4 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, plenty of living space along with an outdoor fire pit on the lake and gas grill were just what our group needed for a fun fall getaway.

Wonderful vacation

Had everything you could need, was clean, comfortable and close to fun stuff to do.The hosts were prompt with communication, there was plenty of parking not to mention the beautiful scenery. Everyone loved it here.

This property offers an additional half-acre lot opposite the house which can be used for parking and recreational use like horseshoes and volleyball. The swimming area is complemented with 'Weed mats' (for weed free swimming) and the 50' dock offers a boat lift. The fully equipped kitchen is brand-new this year. The bathrooms are recently remodeled and there is a washer and dryer available for your convenience.
