Guests mostly end up extending their stay from the comfort and convenience of the location. It's 20 mins away from downtown. On Westheimer and 25 minutes to the airport. The best part is you can walk down to the grocery store and bakery. The apartment is loaded with essentials for a long-term stay.

It is part of a collection of upscale residential communities in west Houston. 10 min North and you are at Memorial City Mall, a large complex with familiar retail shops, dining, movies, a carousel, play area. 10 min East and you are at Galleria Mall, a bright center with a glass roof that offers ice-skating, cafes & upscale electronics & department stores.
1. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or for any violations of the house rules below.

2. Check-in is at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request (50 USD). Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

3. Guests are typically not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please get in touch with us if you're booking within your city.

4. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost of cleaning, deodorizing, and repairing damages.

5. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.

6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

7. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

8. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

9. Noise-detecting technology may be used inside the suit to monitor excessive noise levels.

10. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to the Host.

11. All guests must submit a valid government-issued ID during our check-in process to verify their identity.

12. Guests consent to having the office maintenance enter unit to perform routine/urgent maintenance.

13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.
