Enjoy the nearby Aqua Hedionda Lagoon for outdoor adventures, or take a quick trip to Legoland. With easy access to highways, Carlsbad provides a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience for a memorable stay!

Our home is conveniently located with easy access to everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with Aqua Hedionda Lagoon just a 5-minute walk away. Carlsbad Village, with its shops, restaurants, and attractions, is just a 5-minute drive, and the beach is equally close. For other local attractions like Legoland, having a car is recommended, as it's a short drive away, and there’s ample parking at the property. With easy access to major highways, you can quickly explore the surrounding areas, including San Diego, without hassle.
Pool Rules:

Supervision Required: All children must be supervised by an adult at all times when near the pool. No exceptions.

No Pets in the Pool: For the safety and cleanliness of the pool, pets are not allowed in the pool area.

Glass-Free Zone: No glass containers are allowed near or in the pool area. Please use plastic or unbreakable materials only.

No Diving: Diving is not permitted in the pool. Please ensure all guests enter the pool calmly.

No Running or Rough Play: Running, pushing, or any rough behavior around the pool is prohibited to prevent accidents and injuries.

Pool Gate: Always ensure the pool gate is securely closed when not in use to prevent unauthorized access.

Proper Pool Use: The pool is intended for recreational swimming. Please no food, drink, or toys that could damage the pool equipment.

No Loud Music: Please be mindful of noise levels around the pool, keeping noise to a respectful level for neighbors.

Shower Before Swimming: Please rinse off in the shower before using the pool to maintain its cleanliness.

Use at Your Own Risk: Guests use the pool at their own risk. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur while using the pool.
