Welcome to The Ivey Cottage, a stunning 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat just 150 meters from the beach. This charming home offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment in a tranquil neighbourhood.
As you step inside, you'll discover a spacious and inviting interior, featuring a full kitchen and dining area ideal for family meals and gatherings. The high vaulted ceilings create a cozy cottage atmosphere, complemented by expansive windows that offer stunning views of the backyard.
The two living areas provide the perfect space for you to relax and indulge in conversation while the kids can watch TV in the living room right across the hall.
The large basement games room provides endless fun, equipped for all your entertainment needs.
Enjoy the serene outdoors in the expansive, secluded backyard, complete with a hot tub and firepit – perfect for cozy evenings under the stars.
All bedrooms are equipped with new mattresses to provide the most comfortable sleep for you and your family.
No outdoor shoes inside. No parties. No unregistered guests allowed. Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
