The main level includes the chef's kitchen and dining room, living room and family room both with fireplaces, primary retreat, powder room, laundry room and ocean view terrace. The front door entrance is accessed by stairs from the expansive rooftop exterior patio and entertainment space. This level also has direct access from a stairwell to the 2-car garage.

The lower bedroom level also has an exterior ocean view terrace. The Casita/Nanny Suite is accessed from this level's terrace, through a guest bedroom or down the stairwell to the backyard and beach.

This home is located directly above Big Corona beach which has public beach fire pits. The public parking lot is directly below the property and there is daily street sweeping of the parking lot during the summer. There is the possibility that the sounds of fun and frivolity may be heard until the beach closes promptly at 10:00PM with the assistance of the Newport Beach Police Department.
