Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Any large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in as per the Building Parking Policy.

Examples of vehicles that will be turned away at check-in include:

1. Vehicles with breathalyzer systems, makeshift or unsafe controls, or faulty brakes.
2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10-passenger vehicles or more, or anything exceeding a height of 6'8".
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheels or added lockers and containers (unsafe for garage maneuvering).
4. Aftermarket-lifted vehicles or those with custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles with non-car type controls.

Pets are allowed depending on their size. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee will be charged per pet.

Pet fees based on the duration of stay are as follows:
- $25 per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights
- $200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights
- $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or longer

The company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.
