OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

* Liability Agreement: All guests must sign a Liability Agreement prior to check-in. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and look forward to hosting you.

* Parking: Parking is not permitted on the driveway. Please use the designated parking lot adjacent to the house (2-car max).

* No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, as well as on balconies, backyards, and front yards (if applicable). We have a strict no-smoking policy to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all guests. A penalty of $500 will be applied for any violation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

* Residential Use Only: The property is for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, or events with more guests than the maximum allowed occupancy are strictly forbidden. Violators will be evicted without a refund.

* Sexual Offender/Predator Policy: For safety reasons, it is unlawful for any sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.

* Amenities: The house provides all necessary amenities for a comfortable short-term stay. We encourage you to explore nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items based on your needs and preferences.

* Bugs & Critters: While we routinely treat the property for bugs and insects, please be aware that Florida’s sub-tropical climate can occasionally bring in a critter or two. To minimise this, kindly keep doors closed when not in use.
