The scene here is incredibly sereneâmornings are quiet except for the sounds of birds, and evenings often end with golden-hour sunsets over the trees. On a clear night, the stars are absolutely incredible. Itâs the kind of place where you can sit on the deck with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and feel completely at ease.
What I love most about the neighborhood is the spaceâliteral wide-open space. You donât see neighbors, you donât hear traffic. Instead, you get walking trails, wildlife sightings, and the kind of stillness thatâs hard to find these days. The house sits on 24 acres, and the land invites guests to explore, hike, bike, or just take a walk and clear their head. Whether itâs families playing in the yard, couples enjoying a quiet morning, or friends gathered around the fire pit, it always feels like your own personal piece of the Hill Country.
At the same time, youâre not far from the fun. I love that weâre just a short drive to places like Canyon Lake, Gruene, New Braunfels, Wimberley, and some amazing local wineries.
