Not ADA Compliant, Never Got FOB, Not Clean, 40 Stairs
We were staying at this property for my Mother's funeral. The location was critical. We arrived to find out there is no elevator and 2 flights of stairs a total of 40 stairs up & down. This was a HUGE issue because my husband is disabled and wears braces. IF you have a property that is NOT ADA compliant, it needs to be stated as such. Saying there are stairs, and not mentioning there is "NO elevator" is an omission, or lying. In addition, there were wet dishes and glasses in the cupboard. Hair balls and long black hair in the master bathroom drawers. The return vent is black with dirt, there was no dishwasher detergent, there was only ONE hand towel for two bathrooms. There were no washcloths, the table in the living room was broken. We NEVER received a "fob" for the gym and pool. We requested a FOB twice. Messaged with the host twice about this and was told I would receive on right away. It was never delivered. So, basically we never received the opportunity to use the pool or the gym. Those two amenities were critical in our choice to stay at this property. The host has not even offered a discount for any of these issues, what a huge disappointment. It's hard enough to loose a parent, the last thing I needed was to worry about were all the issues we had where we were staying.
