City Vibes -Modern AC Row House with Rooftop Deck

Remodeled in 2024, This AC row home is within walking distance of the AC Convention Center, Beach, Casinos, and Shopping Outlets. Everything in the home is brand new. Central A/C, High-speed WiFi and Nest Thermostat. Private rooftop deck and bar. Come with your family, friends, or co-workers and enjoy the comforts of home while experiencing everything AC has to offer!

This is a large, modernized 3 bedroom row house, one and a half bathroom home with a fenced 2-car driveway, patio and BBQ grill, and beautiful private rooftop deck overlooking the Borgata casino.

The home has been completely remodeled in 2024 and everything in the home is brand new. The master bedroom has a king size bed with smart TV to relax and enjoy. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, large TV and features window treatments which will block the rising sun in the morning in case you want to sleep in. The third bedroom has a huge bunk bed with two full size beds (shown in pictures). Both the living room couch and the den couch can convert to beds for a total of 6 beds. The living room is also equipped with Smart TV with streaming services, a vintage record player, chess set, books, and other games for entertainment.

On the balcony rooftop deck, you'll find the space is completely private for you and your guests, yet the skyline of the casinos are not obstructed. The terrace is surrounded by string lighting for the evening, but also contains an enormous umbrella to block out the sun during the day time. An outdoor bar with ice bucket and mixology set is available for use for your enjoyment!

Location: House is in an urban environment in downtown Atlantic City. Noise in the neighborhood is minimal. We have never once had a safety issue in over 6 years of hosting.

The downstairs has 2 entries to the home: a Front and back yard.

The back yard contains a fence for outdoor activities and private parking (1 large car or two compact cars). There is a brand new grill available for your use. In addition there is street parking available in front of the house.

HONESTY and EXPECTATIONS:
At our "City Vibes" home, we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

-Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided.
-Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out.
-No laundry detergent is provided.
-Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments.

OTHER DETAILS:
-Atlantic City is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures.
-Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided.
-We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in.
-If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.

HOUSE RULES
BOOKING and GUESTS
Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration.
Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and NOISE
No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).
CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS
Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
No open flames, candles, or wax.
No hair dye.
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.
SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Missing or damaged items will be charged:
Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20
We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated.

One bath towel per guest is provided. Request extras before check-in.
