We're a beach-loving family who enjoy the outdoors and discovering new places. We have three kids (two grown), one very energetic German Shorthaired Pointer named Otto—who loves to go everywhere with us—, and a desert tortoise named Spike—who prefers to stay home!

What we enjoy most about the neighborhood is how peaceful and safe it feels, while still being close to everything—charming local cafes, farmers markets, world-class restaurants, scenic hiking trails, and unique boutique shops. Whether we’re walking Otto along the beach or enjoying a quiet evening on the patio, there's a sense of calm and beauty here that we cherish every day.
