Being surrounded by new businesses, restaurants, and entertainment options adds both convenience and energy to everyday life. It’s a vibrant area with everything we need within walking distance, and I love being part of a community that’s clearly on the rise!

This home features original hardwood floors that are worn with age but still in great condition, adding warmth and character to each room. The house includes three bedrooms: a spacious primary bedroom, a comfortable guest bedroom, and a third room that was originally an office and now functions as a bright sunroom—perfect for relaxing or as an additional sleeping space.
Although there is one bathroom, prepare to be amazed by the oversized uniqueness of the space extremely versatile with "get ready with me" stations to a double shower head.
