Lakefront Home - Private Dock - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen - Bedroom 2: Twin/Full plus Twin Trundle - Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with the needed utensils and appliances for any meal. Appliances include a microwave, electric stove, oven, fridge, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Indoor Living: Sofa Bed-Roku TV, Smart TV, Cable, access to popular streaming apps. Ceiling fans, comfortable seating. Outdoor Living: Lakefront deck with seating - Propane Flat Top and Grill Dock: Private Dock-For swimming, lounging and fishing (not for boat use) Parking: Parking for 2 cars on site (parked horizontally) General: Free WiFi (high-speed internet), washer and dryer, central A/C and heat, towels and linens, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, iron and board, trash bags, and paper towels. *Minimum booking age, 25 *No smoking of any kind *No Pets Allowed *No persons over the 8 occupancy max allowed on the property *Guest Must Agree to and Sign Rental Agreement
