Just 10 minutes from H. Toads, Shady Gators, Lazy Gators, and 15 minutes from Bagnell Dam. Docknockers Bar & Grill is a short walk down the hill!
The bedroom, has its own private entrance, ensuring the utmost security and convenience for guests. It offers essential amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, coffee and a portable fan. The room also includes a full bathroom. It is worth noting that this lockout unit is part of a larger property. This property can be rented either as a whole unit or as individual lockout units, providing flexibility for guests.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions. It is important to know this unit shares an HVAC system with the rest of the property and that the thermostat is set to 70°. This ensures that guests can enjoy a comfortable temperature throughout their stay.
