Welcome to our newly built home. This new build home in the community of Cornerstone in the north eastern quadrant of the city offers everything you and your family need for a comfortable stay, both long and short.
The home has two (2) levels and features an abundance of space for the whole family to enjoy. You can expect everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Getting to the property from Calgary International Airport (YYC) is a quick 11-minute drive and 20 minutes to downtown.
This spacious two-level home is thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and functionality for families and groups.
Main Level:
• Bright living room with sofa bed, large TV & fireplace
• Dining area and dedicated workspace
• Fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals
• Half bathroom
• Spacious front entry
• Indoor garage access
Upper Level:
• Second living room with sofa bed & large TV
• Master bedroom with king bed, ensuite & walk-in closet
• Three additional bedrooms (each with queen bed)
• Second full bathroom
• Small exercise area
Whether you’re relaxing by the fire, working remotely, or hosting family dinners, this home has all you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including the main floor, upper floor, and exclusive use of the garage.
Please note: The basement is a separate legal suite and is not included in this rental. There are no shared spaces or shared amenities—your privacy is fully respected throughout your stay.

• For safety and weather monitoring purposes, security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property only.
• There are no cameras or monitoring devices inside the unit.
• Please note: This property is not wheelchair accessible.
• This home is not child-proofed and may not be suitable for young children. We recommend adult supervision at all times during your stay.

• This is for the entire house - excluding separate legal basement.
• No smoking or drugs in the house.
• Absolutely NO pets or animals.
• Quiet time after 11 pm.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the house.
• If a guest brings more people than were booked, the reservation will be canceled with no refund.
• All children are considered guests and must be included in the occupancy count which cannot exceed 8 guests.
• The booking guest must be staying for the duration of the booking as per the Airbnb Terms of Service.
• Let your host know if anything can be done to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable!
• To prevent damage to bedding and towels, please do not do laundry that belongs to the suite. We will gladly provide replacement bedding and towels upon request.
• If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
• Please, no outdoor shoes beyond entry door.
• Leave the suite tidy with the dishes clean and put away. It should be left the way you found it.
• Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house.
• Stay is governed by the Alberta Innkeepers Act.
