Step through the sliding glass doors to a partially covered deck, perfect for lounging or dining outside while watching boats glide by in the cove. A space heater makes al fresco meals comfortable even on cooler evenings.

Upstairs, two of the three bedrooms open onto a covered deck with serene water views, providing a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening unwinding. Outside, you'll find a waterside firepit, ideal for gathering at the end of the day under the stars with your favorite drink in hand. The private dock welcomes fishing boats to tie up during your stay and also offers a great spot to swim, relax, or cast a line.

-Boat rental on site is available through this host. The depth is 7ft under the dock. The slip size is 20x10.

-Please note there is no boat lift, and the nearest public boat access is just down the road at Red Oak Resort. You are encouraged to reach out to them directly for launch details.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Dock details: No boat lift. Pontoon is always parked there but there is access for a fishing boat to tie up on outside of dock.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
