Guests have full private access to the main house, including all four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, the living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, and private balcony.

In addition, guests have shared access to the backyard amenities, which include a swimming pool, mini golf course, hammock, and outdoor lounge area. These spaces are shared with the guest house on the property.
