Pysäköi auto ja rentoudu tässä kutsuvassa, täysin remontoidussa 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen kaupunkitalomökissä, joka sijaitsee South Forest Beachin sydämessä Seascape Villasissa, kadun toisella puolella merta, 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Olemme kätkeytyneinä Coligny Plazan (upeat ostosmahdollisuudet, ruokailut ja viihde) ja Ocean Gate -sisäänkäynnin Sea Pinesiin (satamakaupunki, South Beach Marina, The Salty Dog, ostos, ruokailu ja viihde) välillä. Kompleksi istuu rehevällä, luonnonmukaisesti maisemoidulla tontilla, jossa on laguuneja ja kävelyreittejä.

Meressä on myös yksityinen rantakabana, joka on tarkoitettu yksinomaan Seascape-omistajien ja vieraiden käyttöön. Cabana sisältää ulkosuihkut ja erilliset miesten ja naisten vessat, joten sinun ei tarvitse ajaa takaisin kaupunkitaloon noihin kylpyhuonehätätiloihin.

Äskettäin uusittu kaksikerroksinen kaupunkiasunto, kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta sijaitsevat South Forest Beach -alueella. Makuuhuoneet ja kylpyhuoneet sijaitsevat toisessa kerroksessa ja olohuone, ruokasali ja keittiö ovat ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Tässä huippuluokan kunnostustyössä on kokkeihin sopiva keittiö, jossa on kaikki uudet ruostumattomat teräslaitteet Plus täysikokoinen pyykki. Mukava olohuone uusilla huonekaluilla, HD-TV, kaapeli, Wi-Fi sekä parveke, jossa grilli, josta on näkymä kilpikonnalaguunille.

Kävele tai polkupyörällä kuuluisalle Coligny Plazalle, jossa on yli 60 paikallista kauppaa, ravintolaa ja elokuvateatteria.

Great Location

Great location to Coligny Plaza, the beach, and pools. We really enjoyed the stay. There are some additional amenities that could have improved the stay. But overall we would come back for sure.

Great relaxing get away

We loved our stay. The villa was cute and cozy and perfectly stocked for a long or short stay. Gina was great about providing information and even worked it out for us to do a later checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and lived up to it’s listing. It was fun seeing all the turtles from the deck each day and it was a short walk to the beach and pool. Gina was very helpful and was quick to answer when we contacted her.

Unit was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a week stay with friends (4 adults). Mattresses and linens were comfortable. Host was communicative with check-in info. Would stay again!

Perfect quick beach trip condo

We loved our home away from home. We were just planning a quick long weekend beach trip, wish we could have stayed longer. I’m a beach girl and love to stay on the ocean but I actually enjoyed the turtles and the location of our condo. It was cozy and had everything we needed and more. We loved it here!

Rob was wonderful! My original reservation was with another owner and because of issues with their unit they cancelled my reservation while in route. Rob made a quick easy process reservation for the almost same price. Thank you again for accommodating us

Great place to stay!

Lovely property located perfectly to explore the island or take some time at the beach. Our children absolutely loved the turtles you can see daily out your back door, this was almost an activity itself! We loved the fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in unit and proximity to Coligny beach. My only complaint is that the king sized bed is firm (personal preference nothing wrong with the bed). Overall, would rent again!!

This place is great. Very clean and comfortable. Owner is very easy to work with. The walk is a little more than we expected, but a 65 year old with a broke foot could handle it. Other than some non stop cold rain, this has been our favorite vacation. We will come back.

Another great holiday!

We keep coming back to HHI because there is always so many new things to discover. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We love to sit on the balcony to read or admire the wildlife. Great Location/Housekeeping Not So Great

Great Location and easy walk to Beach... In a quiet area. Unit has lots of potential but housekeeping was horrible and the pictures on site need to be updated. Walls were patched, but not painted. Crumbs everywhere, refrigerator had no light, holey and stained towels/sheets. Not a full operating kitchen...lacking

Hilton Head Spring Break 2021

Quiet location at the back of the community. Next time we’ll stay in a unit closer to the beach. Fun feeding turtles and seeing the community’s alligator at times. Gina is quick to respond to text messages. We needed a blender and she arranged for us to get one within a few hours. 4 stars for cleanliness because of the carpet on the stairs, everything else was very clean.

The property manager was easy to work with and responds promptly. There were holes and patched areas in the walls around the unit. The front loading washing machine that is in the kitchen had mold in it and we couldn’t do laundry in our unit. The property manager was kind and let us use another one of their units while we stayed but it was very hard with 3 little kids and doing tons of laundry throughout the week. I believe after our stay they were able to fix the washing machine. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and pools close by.

Place was awesome

I don’t usually write reviews but this was such a great experience that I would like to share it. First of all Gina was such a great host!! Always available to communicate and so helpful. The place was excellent all around. It was close to everything, supermarkets, stores, restaurants etc. the walk to the beach is so easy and it’s so nice to walk around the lake. Gina thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. From the well stocked kitchen, towels, cooler, beach chairs, outside grill, even a beach cart to carry everything you need to the beach. There was a book inside the villa with info on restaurants, supermarkets, pizza places and even a map with directions on how to get from the villa to the beach. We will definitely stay here again, when we visit Hilton Head. Thank you Gina

This property exceeded our expectations!

The renovations in this town-home were high-end right down to the designer bed linens (the beds and pillows were so comfortable I checked the labels to see who they were made by so I could by new pillows when I got home!) We traveled with two kids and having a washer and dryer and the ability to prepare meals was essential for us. The beach was only a five-minute walk and there was a cart provided for us to throw in our beach towels and toys and off we went. Coligny Beach is just down the street and they have some great restaurants and shops. We had a great meal at Flatbread Grill outside under a canopy while it rained. It was like eating in a rainforest – it was so fun and the food was great. We also stopped off at the Tiki Hut (in the Holiday on Coligny Beach) and had cocktails. The location of this unit is spot on. One evening when we decided to stay in and put the kids to bed early, we had wine on the patio and it was very relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Great townhouse for our family of 3!

We really enjoyed our stay in this townhouse. It was completely remodeled and so clean. We loved being able to walk to the beach each day, and having the beach cart, chairs, and cooler she provided was a huge help! We just brought our own umbrella, beach towels and sand toys for our son. It worked great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the cramped entryway. When we came back from the beach all hot and tired, it was a bit of a struggle to get all the sand off everything and into the closet behind the front door. Would we stay again? Sure thing! I loved all the windows in the place making it feel very spacious even though it's somewhat small. All of the upgrades made it feel luxurious. Gina was very attentive to our needs and made sure everything was perfect for us. Wonderful vacation spot, very close to the entrance of Sea Pines (where Harbour Town and The Salty Dog Cafe are located). Really convenient location!

Beautiful Villa

The living room has a wall of large windows (includes sliding door to balcony) and so does the MBR. Both provide a lovely view of the wooded creek with daily sightings of Great Blue Heron, turtles, and other birds. There are beautiful granite counters, wood floors & tile throughout the home so it was very clean and up-to-date. There was enough space & seating in the living room & the dining room for 6 people to be comfortable. We enjoyed the nice gas grill and selection of DVDs. We also appreciated the available beach chairs, toys, & wagon to tote them. Very convenient to the beach, but needed to ask a neighbor the first time because the directions provided were still difficult for me to follow. King size mattress may need to be updated or a memory foam topper added (I'm used to sleeping on an old, Classic Temperpedic. I couldn't sleep on my back, but did fine side sleeping with a pillow between my knees). Great experience for the entire family!

Worst experience ever.

When we arrived, the place had a strong odor, like the vents didn't work. Looking further we found crumbs in the refrigerator; the walls had dirty stains, unfinished wall patching, a dirty shower door, old, worn towels, and an overall dusty place. When we called the host, she explained this was a candle fragrance. She was unapologetic, and when we asked, she didn't have other properties. Instead, she was worried about her ratings and wanted us to cancel the booking. She promised to send a refund but stopped responding to our messages/calls or VRBO customer services. I have stayed in many other properties at the beach; this is the worst one. So many awesome ratings of this property misled us.

Absolutely Amazing!

We had such a great stay! Easy walk to the beach, close to all the restaurants and shopping places. Gina was great with communication the whole week if we needed anything. Easy check in as well. We would highly recommend staying at this condo. Very clean and had everything we need. We will be coming back!
