Niille, jotka ovat kiinnostuneita pysymään kotimme täällä on lyhyt kuvaus. Nauti eteläisestä altistuksesta (aurinko altaalla ja kannella koko päivän) ja pitkä vedenkulku lähentyneiltä vesistöiltä. Katso vuoroveden siirtyä sisään ja ulos ja kalastaa omasta telakasta. Uimaan uima-altaallasi päivisin ja nauti elokuvasta kahdessa viihtyisässä perhehuoneessa yöllä. Katso kauniita auringonlaskuja Lanaiilta! Pohjakerros ja toinen kerros täysin kaakeloitu. Kaksi Master King sviitti makuuhuonetta, yläkerran sviitissä on oma parveke ja alakerrassa sviitti kävelee ulos Lanai, kolmas makuuhuone tarjoaa queen-vuode ja 4 makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Kaikki kylpyhuoneet uusittu hiljattain. Keittiö on hiljattain remontoitu mukavalla laattapöydällä, johon mahtuu kuusi ihmistä ja syödä keittiössä istuu toinen seitsemän. Perhehuoneessa on myös ulosvedettävä sohva. Kaikissa huoneissa on televisio, älykkäät TV: t sekä molemmat perhehuoneet sekä langaton .. Liitetty kaksi auton autotalli. Käytettävissä olevat pyydykset ja polkupyörät!
Tämä koti tarjoaa kaikkea muuta kuin eleganssia, mukavuutta ja hauskaa! Sisällä on tilava ulkoasu, johon kuuluu neljä makuuhuonetta, kolme kylpyhuonetta, laatta ja langaton internetyhteys. Great house for families...kids especially!

We had a great time at the Rose's Marco home...we thank them again for making it available. We shared the home with another family so there were four adults and four kids...ages 3, 4, 6 and 6. The house was plenty big and we spent at least 95% of our waking hours next to the pool. The pool was awesome...at least seven feet deep and plenty big for all eight of us to enjoy. The lania is two story so the pool area feels even bigger and the deck that comes off of the second story created a great shaded area to visit or play cards. The house was clean and spacious but honestly, the lania and pool are unbeatable and made our stay one we will not forget. It's also located in the middle of the island so everything is very close. Thanks again....we will be back!! :)

Beautiful home - beautiful view!

Thank you for a great week in home that made us feel like we were at home - just in paradise! The rooms are very spacious, all with TVs in each room and a beautiful kitchen with the perfect breakfast bar to eat on! The pool with the cage enclosure was absolutely perfect for swimming for day or night. The outside lighting at the pool was perfect for a nighttime swim. The view of the channel was fantastic as well. I could go on & on about all of the amenities that the owners of the home have provided and how easy it is was working with the management company, but I'll keep this short & sweet - we will definitely be re-visiting this home on our next trip to our favorite island! That place is ready to move into! Thank you for another great vacation. :)

Beautiful! Great location! Everything we needed!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this location. The Roses have definitely out done themselves with this property, beautiful pool, awesome deck to fish off, big house that is wonderfully decorated, pool table to enjoy if it's raining, and all the amenities you need to make it a home away from home. My family and brothers family enjoyed our stay, and made many memories while at the Roses in Marco Island. We will definitely recommend to others and would definitely return to this location. Thank you so much Michael and Michelle for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

Just like home! Paradise!

We had such a great experience at the Rose's Marco Island paradise! Our stay was truly enjoyable. Michelle, along with the property manager, went above and beyond to make our vacation a true, relaxing, worry-free experience. The minute we walked into the doors, we fell in love with the decor and vacation-feel of the home. Home was clean and welcoming. Tons of extra amenities. Attention was paid to even the smallest of details that make such a difference.... plenty of towels, linens, kitchen needs, beach and pool toys, etc. Pool area was beautiful, as well as dock. Location was ideal and close to everything. Layout of the house worked out great for our party of 9. Family room/kitchen area was huge and had great views morning, noon, and night. The beds were cozy and bathrooms completely updated. Kids loved playing pool at night before bed. Our days were spent at the nearby beach, and evenings and early mornings in the pool. Couldn't have asked for a better home for our vacation. Looking forward to returning. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Beautiful, restful home!

Our stay in June of 2016 was delightful! Our 5 and 9 year old children absolutely loved the pool and when a brief storm blew in one of the lanai screens, the property manager had it repaired within 24 hours. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the furniture was comfy cozy! Thanks for a great vacation in your beautiful home!

Perfect week in the perfect house!

Where do I begin? We've been going to Marco Island for over 20 years. This house had it all! In addition to the gorgeous view, the rooms are spacious, the pool is huge & there's even a pool table! There was a total of 8 of us & there was more than enough room! The owners provided everything to make our trip stress-free! We will definitely return to this house next year! Thanks Michelle & Mike for helping make our family vacation so relaxing & memorable!

Very Good!!

The house has a great location and exposure. It was very clean and the property management company was very easy and professional to deal with. The lanai area was a little tired and could use some work but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ( six weeks) and would love to return.

Wonderful stay at Shenandoah Court

Our family had a wonderful time at the house. It was spacious with a gorgeous pool and view of the intercoastal. We really enjoyed the large kitchen area with the bar and stools, the large living room and the outdoor table with seating for 6. We ate outside every night!! The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were also very nice. We loved the park being close by and the friendly neighborhood setting. The upstairs balcony railing needed a repair for safety but I'm sure that will be taken care of right away. Our butane tank was empty for grilling and the management was there within the hour, so very good, attentive service. All in all, loved the house and hope to come back next year. Great family place!!

Nice home, great location!

Overall it's a very nice home in a convenient location, with a nice pool and dock on the canal. We really enjoyed coming back to the house after a day on Tigertail beach, jumping in the pool, enjoying a drink on the dock and grilling up some dinner. The house is centrally located so you are never more than a 5-10 minute drive to anywhere on the island. The pool table was a big hit and gave the kids something to do (other than swim) while we made meals. They also enjoyed fishing off the dock and we even saw a couple dolphins swim by. One thing that should be noted is that in order to get to the bedroom with the twin beds, you must walk through the master bedroom and they share the Master bathroom. That may work well for a family with small kids but we ended up taking the bedroom downstairs instead. It worked out fine but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Some of the stuff that comes with the house could also use some updating. The bikes were in rough shape, the fishing gear wasn't in working order (glad we brought our own), some of the pool queues were broken and there was only one working beach chair. Again, it is a great home but some updated amenities would be go a long way. Some things we enjoyed during our stay: Renting a boat from Walker's Hideaway Marina, Tigertail beach, watching the sunset from The Sunset Grill and the Naples Zoo.

Marco Island Vacaton

We have been vacationing on Marco Island for a few years now and your home was one of the best. We were a family of 9(adults and children) plenty of room. The pool table was a great big hit. The pool was perfect. If we were to book a vacation again we would love to share your home again. Thank you

Fabulous property

We stayed for a week with our 5 adult children and a couple of their "significant others." There were 10 of us in all and there was ample room for all of us. The pool was fabulous and we made good use of it. Fishing off the dock was great and most mornings we saw dolphins swim right by. Everything in the house was beautiful and well stocked. We rented a boat for a few day, drove it out to the gulf, and enjoyed a private beach. This was our first time on Marco Island, but won't be our last. This was a great propery and a great value!

One week at Marco

We had a wonderful week beginning of May 2015 at Marco Island. 6 people between 44 and 52. Great located house, nice pool with a dock directly at the canal. Each morning we enjoyed the breakfast together at the large table on the pool with the fantastic view to the canal and the other nice houses around. Sometimes some dolphins came across and a Pelican was a permanent visitor. For dinner preparing there is Weber gas grill available. Easy handling, perfect BBQ results, simple to clean! The house was clean and equipped with all necessary items, including some beach-tools and some bikes. Very comfortable living, especially the master bedroom is phenomenal! We had a little issue with the oven, the local property manager reacted quickly and resolved that problem the next day. Checkout was also uncomplicated and done at the office in 2 minutes. Great Stay on Marco!

We traveled with two families and this home was perfect. Each family had their own "suite-like" area with a master bedroom with king sized bed for each family, a bathroom and a second bedroom. The home was spacious and clean. The pool and water views were spectacular! The owners were so easy to work with and so very nice. The location of the home was great. There were 5 very nice bikes for our use which was awesome (they were not on the verge of falling apart as we have experienced at other rentals). All the amenities you could possible need were provided, including fishing poles which the kids loved to use. This home makes a wonderful vacation spot. It was definitely hard to leave. Thank you to our hosts for sharing their wonderful home!

Fabulous month in perfect family home!

I spent the month of February in this home, and didn't want to leave. The house is spacious, enough bedrooms for family and guests, the wide water canal with a converging canal is one of the best locations on Marco, and it includes a fabulous pool and boat dock. The owners couldn't have been nicer, the street is a cul de sac so no cut through traffic. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience in the house and hated to leave. Would love to spend the whole winter there. Walk to the library & Mackle Park which are wonderful, and convenient to shopping, yet on a quiet street with much privacy and no noise. I think it's the best view on Marco, and the family room and living room walls open up to the lanai. There's also a porch off the Master Bedroom with another wonderful view. We'll be back, can't think of a better place to spend the winter!!

Awesome place!! Very understanding owners :-)

This house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood!! Very beautiful home enough for a large family! The kids had a very memorable time in the pool outside! Everything is within a few minutes!! The beach was very hot just like we like it!! Highly recommend and very affordable!! Thank you!!

Shenendoah Court 8/30/14 - 9/5/14

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! What a wonderful week we spent at your house in Marco Island over 2014 Labor Day Weekend. It was my mother's 91st birthday on the day we arrived and when we walked in to the house we all were so excited to see that the house was just like the pictures. There were ten of us (6 adults and 4 children) and we never felt like we were running or bumping in to each other. It was very spacious and plenty of sleeping accommodations with the 4 bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas. Having 2 family room areas made a hit with the variety of ages, the kids could hang in one area and the adults in another. The pool was a big winner. Everyone enjoyed it and having the gradual stairs was a big plus for the older folks. The house was so well equipped providing for all our needs (kitchen, bedding, towels, etc). Having all the beach and pool accessories was an added plus, especially the pool table and the fishing gear. Basically all we needed was our clothes, bathing suits and food, everything else was included. And the price was extremely reasonable for the amount of space and people for a week's accommodation. We will certainly look forward to returning and spending another vacation at your house. Thanks from all of us!

Everything you need and more!

We arrived on 7/26/2014. The house is absolutely beautiful. The view from the the screened in pool is amazing. We brought out two kids (8,5), and our dog. The house is well equipped with everything you might need. The entire bottom floor is tiled which is a plus with the little kiddies. The upstairs has the master bedroom, a bathroom, and another bedroom. This worked out perfect for the kids. They felt safe and comfortable sleeping close to us, but at the same time allowing us some separation. The upstairs "kids" bedroom has a VCR, which at first we thought was out dated, but the kids got a kick out of it and loved watching the stockpile of titles available right before bed. The master bedroom has a brand new flat screen tv. The downstairs has one master bedroom, another bedroom, and 1 1/2 bathrooms. Very modern and furnished well. Marco Island has a lot of activities and things to do, but we found we spent most of our time enjoying the house and pool. We rented a paddleboard that was delivered to the house, and enjoyed our excercise up and down the waterway right off of our own private dock. We did a lot of fishing off the dock while the dog enjoyed his time sleeping beside us in the late afternoon sun. The pool was somehow kept at the perfect temperature, allowing us to cool off from the Florida heat. Michelle and Michael, the owners, were a joy to deal with. The rental company was curteous and professional. We would highly recommend this house to anyone staying on Marco Island. It exceeded our expectations, and would definitley rent the same house again when we return to paradise.

Great house, great location

Great house, lots of room, back of house faces south so the pool area gets plenty of sun -- house fully stocked, very clean, pool is big and warm, has a sallow entry and a deep end of 8 or 9 feet, only 1 mile from park and 2 miles from the beach -- will stay there time and time again.....

We chose Marco Island because we have family there. We purchased this house specifically because of the Southern Exposure and spectacular panoramic views. All day sun and beautiful sunsets from the Lanai.

The home offers a beautiful view of the canal and often see Dolphins, manatees and tarpons from our dock. Our pool and lanai face south, so you can enjoy the sunshine all day. We also have a dock, so you can pull your boat right up to the house, fishing and beautiful sunsets without leaving our home. Perfectly located up the street from one of the world's most pristine white sandy beaches 'Resident's Beach'. Walking distance to Mackel Park, local tennis courts and Library.
