Beautiful and perfectly located.

This condo is in the most ideal location. It was absolutely perfect for my 8 month old son. The beach here was not overly crowded and was clean and family friendly. The condo was in perfect condition and we could not have asked for better.

Great Stay

Super clean, beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The condo was just steps away from the beach access and a Tom Thumb Convent Store. I loved the ease of parking and being on the ground floor and a pool. You could not ask for a better place to stay. I will be booking again next year. I rate this stay a 10 out of 10.

This is a great location at a great price. Steps from the beach. Condo has a pool which was great for the kids. Jackie was an excellent hostess, very responsive to all inquiries. I have no complaints about this booking. Thanks for making it available!

Cozy and close to beach

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again. Just a few steps to the beach and close to everything else. The condo was well stocked and they had everything we needed. Owners and management very quick to respond. This was well worth the price. Thanks again! John and Sandi Cook

Great choice

Perfect for 2 people. Great quiet location with easy access in and out. Easy access to beach. Nice to have a convenience store right next door. Clean. Only issue is communication between vrbo and owner. Didn't get check in code in advance. Vrbo firmed 3 pm check but wasnt til.4 so sat in car for an hour. However definitely would book again. Enjoyed our stay

Our Review

Clean, great comfortable bed, and plenty of kitchen items. Did nit need to use my own utensils and towels I brought. Wish there was a toaster. There was no place to put belongings though, too many trinkets and decore. Beach chairs provided, not high quality. One eas broken, had to buy, so I recimmend bringing your own. Didnt feel too safe. Would not stay without my husband, but the beach was close and easy to get to, and we did enjoy our time on Okaloosa island!

Fantastic Getaway Spot

We could not have been more thrilled to stay at this condo on the Island. We had beach access right out the back door. Everything including the kitchen is stocked for anything you might possibly want or need. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Also can't beat the convenience of having a Tom Thumb literally across the street for snacks and drinks. The host is extremely friendly and communicative. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Amazing

This location was so nice and clean. It had all of the amenities we needed and was so close to the beach that we could walk there in just a few minutes. It was the perfect place to stay!

Disappointed

The place was wonderful regarding location and what we had planned to do. Our problem was one of the tv’s didn’t work from the first day and the owner didn’t help get fixed at all. She had us take time out of our vacation to call the cable company and try to get it fixed and then had to waste two days of our vacation waiting on the tech to show up to fix the cable. By that time our trip was coming to an end. I didn’t get any refund for doing all the work for the owner not even a thank you. I told the owner I paid for the week expecting everything to work and she said she couldn’t guarantee that. She wasn’t local she couldn’t do much. I would think twice about rebooking from her.

Perfect vacation

We had an amazing stay here. It's close to the beach and not far from the Publix grocery store or there's a little convenience store next door. Communication with the host was excellent and she was so helpful. Plenty of towels and a little porch to sit and relax. Definitely recommend for small families.

Property was just what we wanted. Close proximity to beach. Clean comfortable and nice living and sleeping area. Only critique is A/C was loud and bathtub accessories, spigot and knobs, needed some attention but both worked fine.

Perfect for quick getaway

I was in town for a volleyball tournament, so I was only really looking for a place to shower and sleep as I'd be away most of the time. It's PERFECT for 2-3 people. Bed was VERY comfortable,,, owner provided TONS of towels and the entire unit was very clean. Highly recommend!

Extended stay

This unit is located mid-Santa Rosa Blvd. C store was convenient next door. Otherwise car was essential. Nice walking sidewalk across the street and beach access was next to condo building behind. Unit had very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good tv choices including apps, and easy to control heat / AC. Would return.

This is our family condo and a mother/daughter business. Renting our condo out with my three girls helps to afford us the ability to have a beach place within our means but also to offer the same to others. It has also helped teach my daughters responsibility and the value of hard work. My oldest adult daughters take turns helping me manage the condo and have both invested sweat and tears into giving it our touch. We love this place and have worked so hard to create a beautiful place at a reasonable price. We have spent countless nights putting in work each year to avoid incurring extra costs, all in order to keep prices down. We hope you can feel the love we have put into creating our happy place.

The island is like a secret jewel with the convenience of Destin (as, and if you please) without the long waits and over crowded establishments- a true gem!
