Mikä kaunis, ranta yhteisö - Bahia del Mar Lomanviettopaikan mukavuudet, jossa kaikki mukavuudet tunne kotona tässä ylellisessä yhteisössä. Meidän yksikkö toivottaa sinut ja perheesi kokea suuria hetkiä paratiisissa kauniisti uusittu kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen huoneisto. Tämä ihana kulmayksikköön on täynnä paljon luonnonvaloa seurauksena monet ikkunat yksikössä.

Meidän huoneisto on täysin uudistettu, jossa uusi keittiö, kuten graniitti, kaapit, lattia, valaistus, jne. Keittiö on täysin varustettu runsaasti kaappeja ja kaikki mukavuudet kotona. Yksikkö on pesutupa, jossa moderni digitaalinen pesukone ja kuivaaja. Olemme myös tallentaa pesutupa ranta ja uima-allas mukavuudet, kuten ranta tuolit, sateenvarjot, rantapyyhkeet, boogie-levyt, jäähdyttimet, jne.

Suuri makuuhuone on king size teak pääty vuode matching alhainen lipasto. Myös taulu Smart TV mukavasti sijaitsee moderni konsoli. Toinen makuuhuone on sisustettu kauniisti Chevron tyyli queen-vuode ja sisältää taulutelevisio suuri vaatekaappi. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa kylpyhuone sviitissä on spa kuten tunnelma moderni design suihkussa, kaappi, valaistus, ja lattia.

Kätevästi hissi ja ovimies koriin tuoda asioita laite, löydät sen helposti asettua heti. Lisäksi Pysäköintipaikka voit taattu tilaa. Suuri, hyvin maisemoitu lämmitetty uima-allas ja Tiki sateenvarjo hiekkaranta alueella näköalalla Bay mahdollistaa monta tuntia rentoutumista. Paljon tuolit, pöydät ja sateenvarjoja. Hotellissa on myös kätevä auto peseytymistilat. Oman kunto ilo, siellä on kävely / käynnissä ja pyöräily polkuja tämä trooppinen keidas voit tuntea mukava ja turvallinen ulkona.

PERFECT

We spent a fabulous month here and were sad when the last day arrived. Patio view is superb, condo is comfortable with upscale decor. Cleaning service was superb as everything was pristine upon our arrival. Location was great for us, near St Pete Beach, Tierra Verde, and easy to drive downtown to Beach Drive. Great host who gave us a warm welcome. We sincerely hope to return!

Great stay at this beautiful condo with its amazing views of the spectacular sunsets. Sad to leave!

My family and I have been renting in St. Pete every spring for years and I can honestly say that this was probably the nicest (and cleanest!) condos that we have ever stayed in. The renovated bathrooms and kitchen were particularly nice. The condo was very bright inviting. The kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ on the balcony was a nice perk for those evenings we just wanted to stay in and watch the amazing sunsets from the balcony. We will absolutely stay here again!

Isla Beauty

We stayed in Isla at Lilly's place for the month of April and loved every minute of it. This is a beautifully decorated, exceptionally well equipped unit. Great view from the balcony of the pool and the water. The pool is great and the Tiki Huts on the sand at the water front are a great spot to relax and watch the dolphins swim by (we saw some almost every day). Lots of good restaurants around and only a few minutes over the bridge to St. Pete Beach. We highly recommend the it!

Perfect Condo in a Perfect Location

My husband and I spent the month of January here, and it was a pure delight. Everything was lovely, newly remodeled, and fabulous views of the pool and bay. Enjoyed watching the boats and yachts sail by. Loved the little private beach to watch the sunsets. Great heated pool, and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. The owner, Lillian, came over to meet us, and was extremely welcoming. She provided everything we could possibly need in the condo. A great stay! Thanks, Lillian,for your hospitality.

Wonderful as always!

This was our second stay at Lilian's condo and we just LOVE it! She is an amazing host and this condo is a Modern Paradise just like its explained. Located on Boca Ciega Bay, clean, modern and very peaceful. Only 5 minutes from lovely St Pete beach and just 15 minutes from beautiful St Pete downtown. We can not wait to go back, again!!

Will be back!

My wife and I, retired persons in our late seventies, have been staying in this beautiful apartment last March, for the 5th consecutive year. It says it all. We made our reservation for March 2020! This condo is more than fully equipped, clean and offers full comfort. The owners, Lillian and Ray, care for our full satisfaction and are very accommodating. It is located in a very quiet housing sector. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this apartment.

We will be back!

Again, this year, for the fourth time, my wife and I spent our month of march at Ray and Lillian condo of Isla del Sol. Its comfort is formidable and we cannot imagine how it could be better equipped. Lillian is, as usual, always concerned with any needs we could express. The condo is very well located in a beautiful, safe and peaceful environment, not too far from downtown St Petersburg. WE WILL COME BACK! It says it all.

Absolutely Fabulous!!!

We stayed at this wonderful condo in July and LOVED it! Host: Lilian is a super great host! Apartment: It is located in a super nice complex. Surrounded by lots of green, next to the bay, clean and very peaceful. The condo itself is very tastefully remodeled. The kitchen through the bathrooms, furnitures, layout, everything is very warm welcoming, super clean and modern. Area: Only 5 minutes from lovely St Pete beach. Everything is very close by, Publix, Walgreens, Restaurants, Bakery, Shopping, Dolphin watching, etc. Just 15 minutes from beautiful St Pete downtown. Again, we LOVED it and can NOT wait to go back!!

Wonderful

The condo was, as you can see from the photo, bright, uncluttered, and stylish with a pleasant water view. With two bedrooms and two baths, it worked great for two couples. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances. The location was great--near St. Pete's beach (and convenient shopping (big grocery and drugstores) as well as lots of restaurants. Though it seemed far from town (where I was having medical treatment), it's right near a highway--leave the bucolic grounds of the resort and get right on it, a straight shot to town. The owners were very helpful the two times we called with questions. Highly recommenede.

A great place to pass winter months!

My wife and I are from Montreal, Canada. We have spent the month of March each year at Bahia del Mar appartment the last three years and have reserved again that month for next year. Lillian and her husband Raymond have been very helpful and have responded to all of our observations as to what could be improved (very minor things...) The condo is large, comfortable and equiped with more kitchenware that we have at home! The remodelling was a success. (We experienced it before and after!) It is located on Isla del Sol Island which is a quiet and safe place to pass weeks to enjoy the floridian climate (which we appreciate coming from up north)The security people are present and always courteous with the residents. We have only but good notes of appreciation to give to the owners of this appartment.

This is a good one!

My husband and I stayed at this fabulous, upscale condo for 2 months and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We loved the ambiance of this newly-renovated, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and clean condo. Lounging on the soft, sink-into furniture watching the super large TV in the living area was a treat - like your being in your own movie theater. Another treat was the pool and beach area. I could walk barefoot out the door carrying just a towel (condo-provided) walk down some steps and be in sunshine heaven. The pool (including a hot tub) has lots and lots of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. All ages enjoyed the pool; at times it could be noisy. The beach area also has lounge chairs and tiki umbrellas and was nice for quiet sunbathing and perhaps fishing. While I enjoyed sunning my husband had a great time playing lots of golf. When our son visited, he went kayaking at DeSoto State Park and raved about the experience. We attended wonderful performances at the Mahaffey Theatre in St. Pete (20 min. drive to downtown) and Ruth Eckherd Hall in Tampa. Driving just a mile or two and taking a right at the Don Cesar brings you to St. Pete Beach and a continuous string of beautiful beaches you can sample. If you turn left at the Don Cesar you'll find Pass-a-Grill Beach - one of my favorites. The condo is equipped with just about anything you can think of: beach chairs, wine glasses, Tupperware containers, every kind of small kitchen appliance, spices, etc., etc. And everything single thing in the condo is of high quality. It is like staying at a luxurious hotel. The flooring, tiles, lighting throughout are tastefully modern. Bahia del Mar is a safe area; friendly security people were ever-present. This is a great place for walking. The owners were a pleasure to work with, very responsive. Everything about our experience was positive. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

Couldn't Have Dreamed of a More Perfect Escape. Gorgeous. Tasteful. Immaculate.

I flew to St. Petersburg to have a complex surgery done by a world-renowned surgeon. The required pre- and post-op stay for the procedure was two weeks. I’d never stayed at a VRBO-type condo before, but my doctor's office strongly suggested this over a hotel setting. Boy, am I glad they did! The owners of this condo have decorated it perfectly. High-end, comfortable furniture and luxury linens combined with a splash of beach décor make the space more appealing than one could imagine via photos. Nothing about this unit feels cluttered or without purpose. Unlike other rentals I saw online, this vacation condo does not feel like someone else's personal home--just a cheerful and quiet retreat. Because I was recovering from surgery during most of my stay, I didn't make use of the pool, but I did find solace in the chairs on the private beach, watching the sailboats drift under Pinellas Bayway, listening to the gentle lap of the surf, or witnessing a thunderstorm off in the distance. Each evening as the sun drifted westward, I experienced—be it from the balcony, the bedroom, or the beach--colors and light combinations I never knew existed. It was simply glorious. The condo is immaculately clean and tidy. The owners have anticipated everything visitors might need. I only had three minor issues pop up during my stay, and the owners responded promptly and appropriately to make sure I was comfortable and happy. I feel like they are old friends! I can’t recommend this wonderful paradise enough. I loved it there.

Unser Urlaub vom 4. Oktober bis 1. November 2016

Wir Anita (56 Jahre) und Robert (55 Jahre) haben das erste Mal in Florida während unseres Urlaubes eine Ferienwohnung gebucht. Bei der Auswahl der Wohnung hatten wir zwar Bilder von der Wohnung vorab gesehen, konnten diese uns aber nicht so richtig vorstellen. Super überrascht waren wir, als wir am Abend des 4. Oktober in der sehr gepflegten Anlage Bahia del Mar ankamen und die Wohnungstüre öffneten. Beim Betreten der Wohnung waren wir auf das angenehmste erstaunt und fanden eine Wohnung vor, in der es sich nicht nur für 4 Wochen zu wohnen lohnt. Picobello sauber, sehr gut geschnitten und geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allen Utensilien die man zum Leben braucht. Die Wohnung lag im 3. Stock. Fussläufig war der Pool in 2 Minuten, der eigene Strand an der Bay in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Vermisst haben wir eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Durchschnittsalter bei den Gästen in der Anlage lag bei über 65 Jahren, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir die Ruhe genossen haben. Wir können speziell diese Wohnung jedem Gast bestens empfehlen und bewerten diese Wohnung mit ***** Sternen. Gerne würden wir diese Wohnung bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen!

WONDERFUL

My family and I stayed in this condo for one month (jun-jul 2016). It was perfect. The apartment is new, equipped with everything you need, very well decorated, clean and confortable. The condo is just amazing and the swiming pool is great, just steps away from the apartment. The owners are very organized and made our stay very pleasant. We felt like we were at home. We would love to return when we next visit St. Pete. We loved everything.

Beautiful Condo!!!!!

The condo is beautiful! What more could a person possibly need? It is equipped with everything you will need. And absolutely stunning, so clean, all the comforts of home and much more. We were definitely spoiled! The pool, grounds, and beach area were so nice, resort like. The area of St Petes and Tierra Verde have beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping and golf. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed in this condo the whole month of March 2016. It was our second time and will not be the last! The owners have totally renovated the condo during the summer of 2015 and they did a really good job! Many thanks to Lillian for her dedication in making our stay a most enjoyable experience.

Absolutely love this condo. This is our second time vacationing here. The condo has been completely remodeled and is just beautiful. Very fresh and bright. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Loved spending time around the pool and at the beach. Close to all amenities. The owners Lillian and Raymond will see to your every need. A wonderful place to stay.

Absolutely fantastic

This was our first time in St. Pete and we had such a great time staying at this condo!! Bahia Del Mar is very beautiful and the grounds, pool, hot tub and private beach are all very well maintained. The location worked out great for us as St. Pete beach was only a short walk away. Lots of great dining choices available and easy to get to just about anywhere. The condo itself had just been remodeled and is "stunning". Everything we wanted was provided and Lillian was very easy to work with and made us feel welcome. We honestly cannot think of anything we didn't enjoy or felt needed to be improved. Great condo, great location and great owners. Highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in the St. Pete area. We are already looking forward to returning next January.

A great stay

We really loved staying at Bahia del Mar for the whole month of March. The owner responded very positively to a few demands and made us feel at home. The appartment is very well equipped and the whole complex is situated at a short distance of I-275, Fort de soto Park and St. Pete Beach. We shall come back!

Home away from home!

Absolutely loved this condo. Very clean and everything that you would need for the perfect vacation. The heated pool was wonderful and the private beach was great to sit at and watch the boats and dolphins go by. Booked again for next year and can't wait to go back.
