Tietoja majoituspaikasta

- Pyöreä sisäänkäynti, jossa on paljon tilaa pysäköintiin.

- Yksi makuuhuone, jossa kaksi erillistä vuodetta yhdistettävissä kylpy on liitteenä päärakennuksessa ja ihanteellinen nuorille tai kaikille, jotka haluavat olla hieman riippumaton. Minun on kuitenkin toinen parivuode, joka voitaisiin perustaa johonkin suurempien makuuhuonetta, ja tietenkin pinnasängyn. Voimme nukkua 11 henkilöä tarvittaessa.

- Entry - Valkoinen marmori floored kuten kaikki talon.

- Living & Dining - Yksi erittäin pitkä olohuone (katso kuvat). Kaikki nähdä näkymä.

- Erittäin pitkä katettu terassi kalustettu istuu & ruokailu. Kulkee pituus Liv, Din kaikki näkymät rannalle.

- Keittiö - epävirallinen ruokailu (Katso kuvat) kaikki täysin asennettu kaksi FRIGOS.

- Makuuhuone # 1 - Erittäin iso makuuhuone, olohuone, kylpyamme "en suite", näkymät rannalle, josta on näkymät allasterassilla.

- Makuuhuone # 2 - kylpyamme "En Suite", pääsy uima-allas terassi, erilliset vuoteet.

- Makuuhuone # 3 - Makuuhuoneessa siipi, erilliset vuoteet, kylpyhuone koko sali.

- Makuuhuone # 4 - Suuri makuuhuone ja pukeutuminen ja kylpy merinäköalalla. Olohuoneesta pois päältä Kaksinkertaiset lasiovet johtavat suoraan pääterassille

- Makuuhuone # 5 - 2 vuodetta, kylpy "En suite" pois autotalli ihanteellinen apua tai itsenäisiä teini-ikäisiä.
Tämä makuuhuone ei ole yhtä mukava kuin muut.

- Kaksi televisiota, joissa on Englanti, Saksa, Italia ja Espanja ja muut

- Turvallisuusasennus, joka yhdistää 24 tunnin päivittäiseen partiointiin kehitykseen

Best location ever

Fabulous location, large sunny garden with lovely pool and gate straight out on to sandy beach with great beach bars and inviting sea. Would love to visit again

Fantastic Location

fantastic location, directly on the beach as advertised. Lovely large Villa, we had a wonderful holiday here, good communication with the host, clean and true to description. Only down side were the matresses on the beds, could do with an update, seemed old and lumpy

A very old house in the best location

My family and I stayed at this house for eight nights. We had a wonderful time because of the location and the overall grounds. The pool was fantastic and the garden very well maintained. I cannot say the same about the house itself. The maintenance is totally lacking, doors and closets very hard to open and close, it is in need of a general update including three of the bathrooms. The furniture are very special and they have character, but some need repair since they are nearly antique. The mattresses and pillows have the same age of the house. The bottom line is that if you don't mind to live back in the 60's, but right on the beach, this is the house for you. We still have to thank the owner for her hospitality and the good experience my family had.

The whole family enjoyed themselves. There is so much space in the garden for the youngsters to run around. Plenty of room in the villa too. Everything you need was included

Sehr schönes Grundstück und Außenbereich, Haus von innen etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber man findet trotzdem alles was man braucht. Direkte Strandlage und großer Pool ist super. Es gibt aber leider fußläufig keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel und Bäckerei. Trotzdem alles in allen sehr gut.

Perfect location, you couldn’t ask for better, hop skip and a jump to the sea, pool or beach bar!

Great space, all the amenities you need, fabulous location, quiet and private. Parking safe and secure. Good en-suite facilities, large communal areas and the outside space is first class and extremely well tended. Some lovely antique furnishings too! We will gladly come again

Fantastic Holiday

Those days on the beach in Marbella were the high point of our European holiday this year.The weather we have enjoyed was very warm but we spent every lunch and dinner and late into the night on the big terrace facing the sea looking out to Africa with the nice sea breeze to cool us. The situation of the house is a marvel. The cool marble floor in the house was most enjoyable and the salt water in the pool very refreshing. After so much travelling (we live in Malawi) we just wanted to bathe and walk on the beach each day and make our barbecue meals. This is a very good house for "chilling out" with the family and friends although there is plenty of night life all along the coast, we preferred to stay at home. My sons and I played several good golf courses and found the Guadalmina course lovely and well maintained. The help here was very kind and Vikki worked with us to make sure our visit was all we could ask. We are already planning to stop here in 2017 when we come back to Europe.

A memorable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The Villa was very clean and well furnished. We appreciated the list of places to eat, and the maps and instructions left by the owner. Vikki was always helpful and responsive to questions. The location is excellent and it's the perfect place to stay for a few days to relax and enjoy the beach, the village and the countryside. We would rent again! Thank you so much Vikki!!

Great location, beautiful beach but house needs some improvement; excellent value overall

We stayed at this beachfront villa for about two weeks, in July 2015. First the positives: the location of the house was excellent for us, since we have family that lives nearby. The house is in a beautiful, picturesque, quiet neighborhood (Guadalmina Baja), with private security and very little traffic. It is true beachfront: when you open the gate from the backyard you are standing on the beach sand, a few dozen steps from the water. The beach is one of the best if not the best in that whole area: sandy, wide, not crowded and clean. The house sits on a dead-end street and the driveway has ample parking for 3-4 cars. Within walking distance there is golf (Guadalmina Beach Golf resort), a great restaurant (Cortijo) and a superb beach chiringuito (Sol Beach) with live flamenco shows and great food and service, right on the beach. The sunsets are spectacular. It is close to Puerto Banus (5 minute drive) and Marbella (10 minute drive) and there are plenty of grocery stores nearby. The villa itself is in need of a renovation, though. The furniture is old and worn out and the wall paint needs refreshing. The bathrooms, although clean, are also in need of a makeover. The wi-fi is very unreliable and the TV only has local channels. There is no air conditioning. The pool needs new tile and a new pump/ filtering system. There are only really four bedrooms and four baths, although there is a detached garage with two beds and a bathroom, more for chauffeurs or housekeepers than guests. The kitchen is tight (although there are two refrigerators) and the laundry room/ washing machine is very old. The two porches are very nice and spacious and there is a sundeck above the house with great views. The landscaping is nice and well kept. Bottom line is that if you don't mind dated furniture and no central air, you enjoy the beach more than the pool and you limit the guests to about 8, this villa is an outstanding value for the price; and the location is absolutely incredible.

Van 8-15 juni 2015 verbleven we met 10 personen 9 dagen in deze villa. Helaas viel de villa erg tegen. Er bleken slechts 4 slaapkamers in het hoofdgebouw te zijn. De vijfde slaapkamer bevindt zich in een garage op het terrein. In de beschrijving van de villa was dit niet aangegeven. Het was er vies en het rook er naar benzine. Tijdens ons verblijf troffen we regelmatig uitwerpselen van ongedierte aan. De villa zelf heeft een grondige opknapbeurt nodig. Er zijn veel kapotte dingen, lades, lampen etc. De villa was niet schoongemaakt. Er is een heel kleine waterkoker en een klein koffiezetapparaat aanwezig. Zeker niet genoeg voor 10 personen. De stoppen springen regelmatig door als er elektrische apparatuur wordt gebruikt.. De buitentafel is niet groot genoeg voor 10 personen, ook zijn er niet genoeg ligbedden. Alles is oud, vuil en vol met vlekken (ook de slaapkamers en badkamers). We troffen een paar keer dode kakkerlakken aan. Onze klachten zijn door de beheerder en de eigenaresse slechts gedeeltelijk opgelost. We werden aan het lijntje gehouden en hebben daarom zo goed en kwaad als het ging, zelf veel schoongemaakt. Ondanks de schitterende locatie aan het strand is de villa dus zeker géén aanrader! Niet doen .....er zijn veel betere villa's te boeken!!

Since we come from so far to come to the Beach, we really like to Be at the Beach.
The longest side of the house is a sea wall (see pics)
Love the salt water in the pool. Adore kicking back and eating all our meals on the terrace.
There's plenty of space for a party!

My husband bought the property thinking of location, location, location...
This terrace is magnificent. On a clear day you can see Morrocco.
The weather is wonderful all year round. And the golf courses are so many, that you can play one a day for a month and not repeat. There are great golf teachers. With Ivo your handicap will definitely come down.
One of my hobbies is shopping and Marbella is delightful as is Porto Baunus and the Port of Estepona.
There are many excellent spanish restaurants and also for international food the Marbella Club and the Hotel Guadalmina are well known. There are so many small restaurants in the port and on the streets of Marbella. A very good small restaurant is about a 100 meters from Calle 12. There is a 'Chiringuito' on the beach open in the Summer.
For tennis lovers Guadamina Alta is a short drive. My favourite driving range is Alta Magna.
Porto Baunus is where you find rental boats and jetski is on the beach.
