Melkein uusi (6-vuotias) rakennus. Ilmastointi juuri asennettu. 3 uutta makuuhuonetta. Uusi keittiö kaikilla uusilla laitteilla, graniitti työtasot. 2 uutta kylpyhuonetta kaikilla Kohler-suihkuilla ja kalusteilla. Ei mattoa; kaikki tammipuulattiat tai keraamiset lattiat. Keskuslämmitys, ilmastointi. Takka olohuoneessa. Suuri aurinkohuone. Mukava kansi venelaitoksen yläpuolella ja näköalalla järvelle. Erinomainen sijainti kalastaa laiturilla. Venevuokraus saatavana paikallisen venesataman kautta järvellä. Saatavana 2 kajakkia (pelastusliivit eivät sisälly hintaan) ja 1 stand up board.

Great lake location, quiet

The house was great for our family of five. We enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock. We enjoyed playing cards on the porch. Having air conditioning was nice for sleeping.

Fantastic location for a lake rental, quiet and comfortable lodging. Interior is completely updated, all mod cons available (except wifi, but phone signal was available, so not an issue). Really enjoyed the screen porch with a beautiful view, our writing group worked there most days. Had fun kayaking and paddle boarding. Entertained by constant fishing activity near the dock--clearly this is a good spot to catch fish! Communication with owner was efficient and easy, we had no concerns or questions and would recommend this for a family or small group.

Fabulous Birthday week on Little. Green Lake

This cottage was perfect for us, Cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds! Beautiful views ! Amazing sunsets and stars at night. Even saw the Neowise comet. We rented a pontoon boat from Todd at The Landing which was a must. So fun to drive around the lake. We fished and swam off the boat too. The kayaks and paddle board that were in the boat house were fun to use. Ventured into Green Lake a couple times to golf at Lawsonia and Tuscumbia Golf Courses. Both courses were great. This was a 60th birthday celebration for my husband. The beginning of the week we had family and friends with us and the end of the week was just my husband and myself. This cottage accommodated our larger group just fine, we used the table in the screened in porch for most meals. Enjoyed sitting on the porch over looking the lake too! Will definitely come back again! Thanks Frederick for the perfect spot for us on Little Green Lake!

Amazing place to get away!

Frederick checked with us the first day to see if we needed anything and was very responsive when we had a question a few days later. House is wonderful. Three places to eat - Inside at counter, on screened porch or on top of boat house. Common area with kitchen and lake view is fantastic. Creature comforts dishwasher, WiFi and AC appreciated. Water is fine to drink but a little sulfur-ish. Well-stocked kitchen, so easy to cook meals for the group. And grocery store really is only 5 min away. Plenty of cleaning supplies and paper products provided. As stated in the property description, no washer/dryer, but easy to handwash something in a pinch and dry on the clothesline -- which we also used daily for our beach towels and swimming suits. We rented fishing and pontoon boats for 6-12 hours three different days at The Landing. No overnight rentals from there and no tubing allowed with their boats. Johnson’s boat rental was fully booked, but sounds like a great option if you want a boat for a full week, including at dawn and dusk. Lake is lovely for fishing, boating and paddling. Spectacular sunsets. Loved being visited by dragonflies, monarchs, heron, bald eagles, hawks, chipmunks, woodpeckers and more. We caught 30+ fish during our stay -- mostly panfish, and also a couple bass. Swimming was fun in middle of lake but rinsing suits and showering a must since there is a lot of algae. Very few mosquitoes or other bugs except after dark. Lakeview Inn - open Fri and Sat - super fish fry;available for takeout. Highly recommend this wonderful lakefront cottage!

Great Host

Great place! Right off the water and the cabin is cozy and clean. Frederick is great at communicating and we had a great stay for the 3rd time! Lake is the perfect size not too big and not too small. Many towns around to roam at. Piggley wiggley is way over priced. Go to the family dollar, which is still overpriced but not as bad. GREAT STAY!

Relaxing & Fun

My family had a wonderful vacation at Cottage of Little Green. The cottage is comfy and has all the amenities. Beautiful views of the lake. We were able to dock our boat at the pier, which was great! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. So much fun! The lake is not very busy. Great for fishing and water sports. Wonderful place for a getaway!

Great week away!

This is a great property, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We were out in the kayaks and and on the paddle board everyday. The air conditioning was certainly appreciated.

Great place

This house is what you picture when you think of a lake house. It’s comfortable and modern but has just enough “rustic” that it reminds me of my childhood and staying at my grandparent’s lake house. The weather was great, a little on the cool side but there was enough sunshine and warmth to take the kayaks out. We loved the patio over the boathouse and just overall enjoyed our stay.

clean + quiet

My friends and I rented this property 4 years ago and returned this summer to find it impeccably maintained. The location is lovely and quiet, a short drive from restaurants and shops. The porch provides a comfortable spot for hanging out with a beautiful view of Little Green Lake. Anything we needed for our week-long stay was at our fingertips, from kayaks to lawn chairs to a charcoal grill. Kitchen has all the essentials. The house is nicer in person than it looks in the pictures and Frederick is the perfect host.

Couldn't have been more perfect!

We stayed at this wonderful property during the postponed 2020 Ryder Cup, in September 2021. We attended four days of that event in Sheboygan. Even though it was a 70+ mile drive, one way, every day of that event, we wouldn't have changed our 'home away from home' choice for anything. We looked forward to getting back to our little red cottage on the lake every night, and enjoyed waking up to the quiet on the lake every morning. Thank you Frederick for such a wonderful experience!

Family time

Great Place to Get Away

Cute, updated cottage was perfect for our group of 6 (could have fit 1 or 2 more!). Main floor bedroom & bathroom was ideal for my mom needing handicap accessible lodging. Additional 2 bedrooms upstairs with another bathroom worked out perfect. Awesome lake view, screened in porch, s'mores on the firepit and beautiful sunsets. We had such a great time!

A very relaxing vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Fredericks cottage. It was very relaxing and the views of the lake were beautiful. I would recommend renting a boat at the marina on the lake. Had a wonderful time!

3rd Summer Stay

This was our 3rd summer staying at this property for a week and once again we had a great vacation. Fishing off the pier was hit or miss. We caught many small blue gills, a few crappies, and a handful of 9 inch bass. A 15 in bass was also caught from the pier! We rented a pontoon from Johnson's Boats and Motors in Montello. They are very prompt with drop-off and pick-up. We used the grill several times and enjoyed our meals on the porch. We had really awesome weather! My 15 yr old daughter used the paddleboard daily while my 17 yr old son and his aunt used the kayaks. The AC kept the house cool. We appreciated the WI-Fi and cable as we were able to cheer on the Bucks in the NBA Championship. We ate at Lakeview Restaurant. The fried chicken and cod were excellent. Frederick was a great host. Thank you again for providing this property!

Fun family get away

We are an amazing week on Little Green Lake. The property had everything we needed and we were able to rent a pontoon boat for 5 days from The Landing. We enjoyed our time fishing, swimming, kayaking and spending time as a family.

Outstanding property and host

Thank you Frederick for a fantastic week at Little Green Lake! We enjoyed every day of our week, your cottage was clean, well appointed for our adult family and very nicely appointed. WIFI was great, fishing off the dock outstanding, and a highlight was watching the bat show from inside and then seeing a brood of Woodland ducks leave their nest in your yard. Magnificent sunsets, thank you sincerely for a great week.

Summer vacation

Great stay at Little Green Lake. House was in a great spot, and Perfect for my family of 4. Rented a pontoon, and enjoyed the area restaurants. House was cozy, and we enjoyed using the fire pit every night as we watched the golden sun set on the lake.
