The Villa was wonderful. The location was amazing.

Very easy to book and owner got back to me very fast with any questions. Would rent again. Everything was wonderful. Location was perfect. Close enough to town with out being in the crazy.

Amazing Property and Excellent Communication with the Owners

Our vacation to Cabo over Spring Break was a definite 5 Stars. The resort, property and unit definitely exceeded our expectations. The Owners are great at communicating and everything with the transaction went smoothly. The owners even provided a very useful reminder list of things to bring and do while in Cabo. Thanks for helping to make our trip to Cabo a wonderful experience. We will be returning !!!!

La Estancia is beautiful. The grounds are clean and the staff is attentive and friendly.

Our family of 7 stayed in the Lucey's condo for a week over Spring Break. Their condo fit us all perfectly and we absolutely loved the view of the sunrise from their massive balcony. Marcia sent us some recommendations for restaurants and activities so we would have some insight into what we would like to do before we got here. It was very helpful and we tried many of the things she suggested. We will stay in this condo the next time we come here. It was perfect!

Great place and owner communication was excellent

Was a wonderful vacation with our family (3 kids). The resort there is great and the condo was beautiful, clean and well kept. There are very few beaches that are safe for the kids to play in Los Cabos, but this one was good for the kids - ages 4 - 8 (we had to walk less than 100 feet down the beach to where it is safe for them to play). Great restaurants on the premises and you also have access to the resorts on either side. Close to town, so we went out to eat a couple times - the restaurant "The Office" is fun - busy, but literally right on the beach where the kids could play while we all ate. The owner, Marcia, had great communication with us to be sure we had everything we needed. We do like our privacy, so the interaction was all through e-mail and we were free to have our vacation on our own. When I go back to Los Cabos, would definitely rent this unit again.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Worst Trip Ever!!

We wish we could write a review on this property, but after paying the owners... we never saw the 3Bed/4Bth unit we reserved. The owner blamed on the resort, the resort blamed it on the owner. We spent 3 days in limbo trying to come to a resolution. A portion of our family was in a hotel type room and the other family was in a 2 Bedroom. On different floors..In different buildings. This was a total disaster, The worst vacation experience we've ever had. The owners were sympathetic at the time. As soon as we left, they no longer cared. They told us they would refund our first 2 nights, BUT never did. We rented a Villa large enough for our group so we could all be together, not separated?!?! My sister was staying at the same resort and paid 1/2 as much for a two bedroom unit during the same week. So basically we got ripped off. The only recourse you have is to buy trip insurance. This owner is not trustworthy at all, and because their are so many units for rent I strongly suggest you rent from someone else or the resort directly. The only one who will have your best interest is the resort. In summary if you rent a 3Bed/4Bath there is NO GUARANTEE YOU WILL EVEN BE IN THE SAME VILLA. The owner believes as long as you have what she believes is "reasonable", that is what you will get. Total Fraud! Worst Thanksgiving ever!

In one word "Wow!" or "Amazing"! Either one works!

Where to begin? My very first email exchange with Marcia was fantastic. It just so happened that the day I emailed her to inquire about a unit in another location, she mentioned she had a larger unit in Villa La Estancia available. She encouraged me to look at that unit on the VRBO site and let her know what I thought. She thought it would be a much better fit for our family of 6. She was also very excited as I told her we were planning a vacation with our 4 adult children to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday (which occurred earlier in 2016). Marcia understood the difficulty of getting 4 grown children to clear their busy schedules on the same week to travel somewhere, and was genuinely interested in hearing our plans etc. She was extremely helpful in suggesting activities to do, places to eat, best places to buy groceries, where to rent a car, where to golf, a suggestion for us girls to visit the Spa next door, and great information on what to personally pack and what to bring for the condo to make our vacation easier and enjoyable. It was our daughters 24th birthday while we were there in Cabo, she also suggested a couple of restaurants that would be a fun place to celebrate that occasion, and it was! They made her feel very special that night, along with the staff at La Estancia leaving her an adorable birthday message on her bed that night. Our time at Villa La Estancia and in Cabo exceeded our expectations in every possible way! The pictures of Marcia's unit at La Estancia looked beautiful, and it was even more spectacular in person! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and perfectly accommodated our family of 6. I know the favorite spot for everyone was that wonderful balcony. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner (when we ate in) out there everyday. The view of the ocean and pool from there was beyond wonderful. We all agreed that this would be someplace we would definitely come back to, and in the very same unit! Our experience with the entire staff at La Estancia was phenomenal. Christian greeted us warmly upon arrival and was very helpful the entire stay. Alfonso was terrific as well with our luggage and all our groceries! The pool and grounds were spectacular and the beach divine. My girls and I enjoyed the Desert Spa and even purchased that wonderful scent that smells so good in the lobby of La Estancia. This was also my first time using VRBO and it was easy and I definitely will use it in the future as well.

Another great experience

This was our third trip to VLE and once again it did not disappoint! You will not find a better 3 bedroom unit on the property for the money. This unit is on the 3rd floor and 3rd from the beach, with great views of the pool and ocean and the highly desirable evening shade on the balcony. We did not cook much but the kitchen seemed reasonably stocked, with the exception of things like paper goods, trash bags, detergent, etc but there is a market on the property where you can pick up all the basics. The concierge can assist with dinner reservations but be sure to double check with them as they don't always get it right. Lots of water activities and merchants on the beach if that's your sort of thing, and very close to town. The pool closes at 9 PM and the hot tubs at 10 PM, which seems early to me. I would describe this as a very active property until the pool bar/restaurant closes at 6 PM. Both neighboring properties are more lively in the evening if you are looking for on site entertainment, but we usually go to town which is a reasonable 5 minutes and $10 USD by taxi, which is always available at the lobby. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and we would most certainly book this unit again.

Gorgeous Unit & Resort!

We spent a week in this lovely villa and did not want to come home! It is very spacious and could have easily accommodated more than the 6 of us. It is located close to the beach and pool but was also very quiet. The morning sun on the patio was lovely and the shade in the afternoon was welcomed after spending the day at the beach. We have stayed in other units on the opposite side of the resort (sun in the afternoon) and definitely preferred this side. Villa La Estancia is my favorite resort in Cabo. It is beautiful, well maintained and the staff are extremely helpful. It is also very close to the restaurants and sightseeing in Cabo (just a short taxi ride) as well as Walmart if you'd like to stock your refrigerator with food and drinks. We were a group of different ages (teens, 40's & 60's) and everyone had a great time! The teens were especially impressed with the wifi access as well as the ability to watch Netflix on the TV in their room at night. The older generations were impressed with the well equipped kitchen, the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and the view from the patio. And, of course, we all loved the pool and the beach. We're already thinking about our next trip!

Pura Vida

Our family enjoyed a week in this beautiful condo and could not ask for anything more. The unit was well equipped and comfortably accomodated the six of us. Location to the pool and other amenities was very convenient. Close to town and other attractions made for a very enjoyable week. The resort was immpecable and the staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly....Alonso and Oscar are the best!!

My husband and I purchased our condo in 2008 and were married At La Estancia right on the beach! We love Cabo, La Estancia, and the employees are like family! We seldom rent our condo as we never want to miss a week! You'll find us at the pool, beach, golf course, swimming in the ocean, or fishing! We love to eat in town as we have wonderful restaurants in Cabo, but truly enjoy barbequing, a great glass of wine and listening to the waves from our own balcony the most!

Cabo has it all for us! We love the ocean but can enjoy great restaurants or cook at home. The golf courses here are pristine and multiple to choose from. The fishing is amazing and the fresh sushi and barbeque is the best! We love the beach and the weather is the almost always perfect!

We love the view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. Our unit is located on the third floor next to the stairs and steps from the pool. We love the privacy, and view from our unit which allows us to sleep sound with our doors open and listen to the waves.
