Chasing The Sun on ilmava ja puhdas ylellinen 4-makuuhuoneen, 3-kylpy ranta Marco Island pakopaikka kotiin ihanteellinen perheille ja avainhenkilöt.

Tämä hiljattain päivitetty, täysin kalustettu, sisustettu tyylikkäästi ja juuri maisemoitu 2540 m². Ft. 1-tarina kotiin lepää rauhallinen umpikujan varrella. Se on täydellinen paikka rentoutua ja nauttia Floridan lähes 365 päivää aurinkoa!

Sen tilava, avoin pohjaratkaisu tarjoaa 12-ft. Katot ja valoisa ja aurinkoinen lounaaseen päin olohuone. Tasku ovet kutsua ulkona, avaamisesta täysin katettu Lanai oleskelutila kaasugrilli, lämmitetty turvatarkastus-altaassa ja 6 hengen kylpylä. Turvallisuussyistä kaikki johtavia ovia Lanai, uima-allas ja spa säestää avattuna.

Makuuhuoneessa sviitissä kanaalinäkymät ja king-size pylvässängyt, oleskelualue, oversize vaatehuone ja ranskalaiset ovet Lanai ja uima-allas. Sen suuri kylpyhuone kylpyhuone on his- ja hänen-turhuus, kylpyamme ja erillinen suihkukaappi.

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode kaunis erkkeri oleskelualue. Kolmas makuuhuone on kaksinkertainen ja hengen vuode, ja neljäs makuuhuone kaksinkertaistuu den kanssa mukava queen-size-vuodesohva ja vaatekaappi.

Kaksi kylpyhuonetta (ei myös master) tarjoavat lisämukavuutta: yksi on stand-up suihku ja ovi, joka johtaa suoraan Lanai ja uima-allas / spa-alue, kun taas toinen on yhdistelmä amme ja suihku.

Great holiday getaway

This property was excellent! Great time hanging out by the pool in the afternoon after our mornings at the beach or golfing. Home was well equipped for the beach, as well as cooking and entertaining family for the holiday. Bedrooms very comfortable.

Perfection

We had the most amazing time!! The property managers met us when we got there and remained accessible the whole time we were there.Anything we could possibly want or need was there for us, and the pool and hot tub were phenomenal!!! The house was spotless and was perfectly laid out to make it feel inviting, comfortable, and spacious.We have stayed in a lot of different houses in and around Naples and Marco Island over the years, and this house is definitely one of our favorites, and one that we hope to come back to in the very near future!

What an amazing place!

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed! There wasn't a thing we could have needed that wasn't provided at this beautiful home! The pool and hot tub were so wonderful and the dock was amazing as well! We only ventured out to the beach a couple of times because we enjoyed this amazing property so much! Coming from cold, rainy Ohio, anything sunny and warm was greatly enjoyed! The owners and the property managers were amazing to work with and having them meet us upon check in was an added bonus. Wow - is all I can say. Everything was provided and then some. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of staying in your beautiful home. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for an amazing vacation spot!

Chasing the Sun is amazing.

Our trip was nothing short of amazing. This house is in a perfect location and is very clean and up kept. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. Bill was so accommodating and made sure we were all set with everything before he left. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and fishing off the dock was a hit also. We highly recommend this home.

Location and Cleanliness abound

Over the years our family has rented homes in numerous vacation locations and this is by far the “best” we have ever stayed at. It’s location, cleanliness and total set up was first class. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in Marco Island.

Exceeded Expectations! Great Introduction to SW Florida!

Although my family has been to Florida several times, we had never been to SW Florida -- staying at Chasing the Sun was a great first-time experience and introduction to the area! The check-in process was easy and the property managers couldn't have been more friendly. The house is modern, spacious, and stocked with everything you'll need for a relaxing and fun vacation. It is very easy to find, and in a safe and welcoming neighborhood. Everyone in from family, aged 12-52, had a great time exploring the area and spending time in the pool. We will definitely be back!

Everything you could want and need and more!!!

The owners have thought of everything you could want or need and more!! From the fully stocked kitchen to the coolers, pool toys, pack n plays and more!! We loved the location on the island and the sun was perfect on the lanai all day long!! The beds were comfortable and the house was very homey!! We highly recommend Chasing the Sun!!

Gorgeous house - great Marco location

We've stayed at this property more than once, and enjoyed it every time. It's a very quiet, convenient location with easy water access as well. The house is very well kept, has a nice pool and hot tub, and the screened in lanai makes the house seem twice as big as it is. Looking forward to another visit!

Beautiful location! Great pool area!!!

Loved this Marco home! Great pool area - and loved that it was screened in. The kitchen was decked out, which made it easy to make most of our meals at home. Hosts were super friendly and place was spotless. Definitely recommending it to my friends at home.

Best Place to Stay!

We had such a great time in Marco Island at this house! It was right on the canal, which allowed us to see some great sunsets, fish from the dock, and have access to the water. The house is in a great location and really close to the beach, a few blocks from a grocery store, and near some great restaurants. The pool and hot tub were amazing and a great way to spend the day (or night)! Both are heated, which is sometimes hard to find. The house itself was very nice, with a lot of bedrooms. We were able to fit our whole family in there very comfortably. The kitchen was perfect for us too. They had everything you needed to make meals (which we did a lot) and plenty of space to hang out. We really enjoyed staying here and plan to again, next time we are down in Marco!

Perfect House In an Awesome Location!

We had such an incredible time with our family at this gorgeous home. And the pool/hot tub makes it hard to ever leave! The kitchen has absolutely everything you need, beds are very comfortable, the entire place is spotless and you really couldn't ask for more. When we wanted to go to the beach, it was a quick and easy drive. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful home with everything we needed!

Our family completely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The house is set up wonderfully for a full family and is very professionally decorated. Everything we needed was available. Our family especially loved the pool and hot tub as we would go to the beach (5 min away) and then come home and play volleyball in the pool, grill some supper and then watch movies. We hope to stay again next year!

For a sunny getaway, the Gulf Coast and Marco Island have it all: year-round gorgeous weather plus great beaches, fishing, dining and shopping. With easy access by car, boat or plane, our home is spacious enough for a large family gathering, yet it's also an ideal place for an intimate getaway!

We live in Central Iowa, where the winters are long and bleak. Chasing The Sun is our haven, and we invite you to share this experience!
