939 SealoftCome rentoutua Seabrook Islandin 3 1/2 kilometriä koskematonta, koskematonta valkoista hiekkarantaa. Katso delfiinit frolicking veteen, etsiä meren rannalla kun kävelee pitkin vesialueita, tai vain tarkistaa runsaasti villieläimiä koko saarella. Nauti kalastuksesta, sivuttain, pyöräilemästä, uima-altaasta, joka on muutaman askeleen päässä huvilastasi, tai aja aaltoja boogie-levyillasi meressä, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ovelta.

Nauti kauniista näkymistä laguunille ja golfkentälle huvilasi kolmesta kannesta. Tässä valoisassa ja iloisessa mökissä on avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on holvikatot, Pergo-lattia, kolme yksityistä makuuhuonetta ja ylimääräinen kylpyhuone 2. kerroksen makuuhuoneessa. Perhehuoneessa on televisio, videonauhuri / DVD-soitin, stereo- / CD-soitin ja lukuisia elokuvia. Keittiö on täysin uusittu kvartsi työtasot, helmi hallituksen kaapit, päivitetty laitteet ja paljon muuta. Se on täysin varusteltu, jotta voit tuntea olosi kotoisaksi. On täysi kylpyhuone pääsee sali ja toinen makuuhuone.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, tv ja kylpyamme. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on täysikokoinen vuode, jossa on yksi kerrossänky ja toinen yhden hengen vuode huoneessa. Tässä huoneessa on myös TV, videonauhuri / DVD-soitin, lautapelit, palapelit, kortit ja Nintendo 64 lapsille sadepäivinä! Viereisessä kylpyammeessa on suihku / amme. Yläkerrassa parvi on muutettu yksityiseksi makuuhuoneeksi. Yksityisessä kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta ja pääsy kannelle, josta on näkymät laguunille ja golfkentälle.

EXTRAS käytettävissäsi boogie-levyt, jäähdyttimet, rantatuolit ja sateenvarjo, sivutavat rivit, rantakärry kohteita, hiekka-lelut ja erilaiset urheiluvälineet. Käytössäsi on myös kaasugrilli.

Vuokrahintaan sisältyvät viihdekortit, jotka antavat sinulle pääsyn Seabrook Island Clubin tiloihin. Nämä kortit antavat sinulle pääsyn merenranta-altaille (kausiluonteiset), Pelican's Nest -ravintolaan / -baariin (kausiluonteinen), Island House -ravintolaan / baari, golf ja tennis. Love the Sealofts

We have stayed in several Sealofts. This is another great one with the full bathroom in the upstairs loft. The full size laundry unit in utility room was awesome. Great location Good amount of kitchen stuff if you like to cook. Updated master bathroom is great. Enjoyed our stay.

Nicely laid out family house

The house was very clean, and well maintained. Perfect space for two adults and two young children. Really well equipped kitchen and very livable space. Walkable to the beach - about 10 minutes even with a 5-year-old dragging her feet.

Everything we needed.

Property was great. Furniture was comfortable. Everything we could have needed was there. Five minute walk and you’re at the beach. The big wheel beach cart was great for packing up for the beach. Pool was just steps away. We’ll be back.

Lovely house, disappointing outcome

We love Sealoft and have stayed at several houses over the past 5 years. This house was clean, well laid out, and perfect for our group. 2 major disappointments. 1) We accidentally left a number of items in the master bedroom closet. New swimsuit, Marmot raincoat, cover-up. Even though I called the very next day after I left to get them recovered and returned, not only have we not gotten them back, we can't even get a call back after being told they are "checking in to it". I have had to call 3 times will no response. 2) There is no way to communicate via the message component through VRBO with the property manager.

Perfect rental property, disappointed with club

The house was beautiful and was an excellent location. We loved the layout and space and all the amenities as well as the decor! Fun bike ride/walk to the beach club. The decor was lovely and we felt so at home. Property was clean and check in and check out was a breeze. Communication with rental agency A+ There were a few things advertised in listing such as bikes that weren’t available, I think the listing just needs to be updated. As a long-time visitor and former property owner we were very disappointed with the changes at the beach club. We were told to bring beach towels for the beach because you have to pay five dollars a day for their towels that can’t be taken down to the beach, yet our bags were searched to make sure we didn’t bring any towels in. There was one day there was absolutely no food venues open but you weren’t allowed to bring food into the club or even down to the beach to eat. Every day we were stopped by security and scrutinized for towels or food that wasn’t allowed in, which is quite difficult when you have children. We saw other guests being publicly called out and required to give cash for incorrect towel usage. Members were constantly making remarks asking us and the security guards if we were asked for our amenity cards - even the security guard came over and apologized for one incident. Overall the feeling of unwelcomeness and scrutiny caused a lot of anxiety for us and our children. No one one wants to feel that way on a vacation that they’ve spent several thousand dollars for and wait once a year for. The house itself was so beautiful and we would love to stay here again, we’re hoping some of the policies for the beach club will be revisited so that we can return to our vacation “home” that we know and love.

Very nice property- perfect location and plenty of space for the four of who were in town for a wedding. Loved the beach and pools. Enjoyed sitting on the deck at night.

This was our 6th trip to Seabrook and our 3rd stay at Sealoft! This was our favorite villa by far! It was so clean and well kept. Everything was perfect! The 3rd bathroom was the cherry on top. We plan on renting this unit again next year. We have never had a bad experience with any unit but this one was just so much better than the others. Check in was easy, not one issue the entire week. Thanks for an amazing week!

Winter Weekend Getaway

This property was fantastic. The location to the beach is within walking distance. Having 3 bathrooms was a plus. The kitchen and appliances were top notch. We were able to make several meals and had what we needed. The beds were comfortable and we had all of the conveniences of being at home. We had a few issues of what was put on the listing as being available that we could not find/or was not accurate. However, Nancy & Lisa at Coastal Getaways were fantastic at getting us the answers and communicating with us. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a fun family weekend.....

This was our 4th rental at Seabrook and by far the best experience with a property manager. She was super helpful and informative. Property was great location with lots of room for the 5 of us! We hope to return soon! Thanks Nancy!!

Perfect location, clean and has eveything you need

The property itself was close to the pool and close to beach access. The house was clean and well furnished. Any problem was resolved by Coastal Getaways in less than 24 hours. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at 939 Sealoft.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
