Beaches nearby are mostly stoned. 300m from the house is a beach with natural shade made of pine trees, and 1 km from the house is a nice beach with sand in the sea and a beautiful beach bar on the cost. Near the house is a small grocery store, playground for kids, few restaurants, beach bar and interesting Adventure Park. Only 6 km from Kožino is a city Nin, the oldest city in Croatia and Zaton Holiday Resort- town with beautiful sandy beaches. Kožino is 10 km away from Zadar, city full of historical and cultural heritage, modern atractions and night life.

The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood near the sea. It has five one-bedrooms apartments and one two-bedrooms apartment. All apartments are new decorated and high-quality equipped. This place is ideal for large groups or families with kids. On the ground floor are one-bedrooms apartments, where each can accommodate 4 persons. Each apartment has one bedroom with double bed for two persons and sofa bed for two extra persons in the living room. On the first floor is apartment with two bedrooms and large balcony with sea view. Apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi Internet connection, SAT/TV and air-condition. Each unit have private entrance and private terrace.

In front of the house is shared garden with large dining table, grill, outdoor shower, playground for kids and covered parking. Guests can choose between enjoying time hanging out in a shared garden, or in a privacy of their own apartment.

Kožino is a small vilage near Zadar, best European destination in 2016. Kožino is peacefull and calm place near the sea. You can spend there peacefull holidays away from crowded cities.There are few good restaurants and ineresting Adventure park. Beaches are mostly natural. From Kožino is very easy to visit city Nin, beautiful small town, one of the oldest town in Croatia, where are beautiful sand beaches. Zadar is only 10 minutes driving from the place, and there you can discover many cultural, historical and modern atractions, as well as night life.The following description is a first draft, which is still awaiting revision. New decorated, cozy one-bedroom apartment near the sea. Apartment has private entrance and parking place. There is one bedroom in the apartment with double bed, and a living room with sofa where two extra person could sleep. There is kitchen with all cooking utensils, and large balcony with sea view. Apartment is equipped with Air-Conditioning, cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet connection.

There is large garden with gril, dining table, outdoor shower, parking place and playground for kids.

In Kožino is possible to rent a boat, and there is Adventure park, interesting for children. There is also small playground for kids near the apartment.

From Zadar and Kožino is very easy to reach most beautiful Croatian National parks as Plitvice Lakes, Kornati Islands and Krka waterfalls. There are few good restaurants and small grocery store 500 metres from the apartment. Big grocery store is about 4 kilometres from the Kožino. Shopping centre is about 8 kilometres from the Kožino, as well as Old Town Zadar, about 8 kilometres away.

From Kožino and Zadar it is easy to visit most beautiful National Parks in Croatia like Plitvice lakes, Konraniti Islands, Krka Waterfalls and Mountain Paklenica. It can be reach in just one or two hours driving.
