Yhden makuuhuoneen vieraskoti, Arizona Biltmore Circlellä, joka on Links Links -kentän varrella, Phoenix. Uskomaton sijainti - lähellä kaikkea, ravintoloita, viihdepaikkoja ja noin 15 minuuttia lentokentälle. Suoraan ympyrässä oleminen on valtava ero - samanlainen kuin "rannalla" verrattuna yhden korttelin päässä. Olemme muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Biltmore Resortista. Hengitä auringonlaskuja makuuhuoneesta. Queen size-vuode, jossa paljon kaappitilaa; iso takkahuone; Wi-Fi, kaapeli-TV, voi valmistaa ruokaa täysin varustetussa keittiössä (ei astianpesukonetta; siinä on kierto- / mikroaaltouuni ja suurempi leivänpaahdin-uuni).
VARASTOTTU jääkaappi juomilla, aamiaisruoilla ja herkkuilla. Liinavaatteet ja astiat + mukana. Biltmore-ostoskeskus on nurkan takana. Ympyrällä oleminen on upea kävelemään (noin 2 mailia ympyrän ympäri). Kanavat kulkevat mailia kävelyyn, lenkkeilyyn ja pyöräilyyn.

Our stay at Biltmore was an amazing experience. The host was amazing and great to be around.

We would recommend this place to anyone that enjoys relaxing and having a good time. The setting was nice comfortable and inviting.

Biltmore Paradise on the greens

Wonderful, beautiful location in the Biltmore Estates. Our hostess was the best!! She stocked the fridge before we got there. She was extremely helpful!!!!

An absolute gem!

Our stay was fabulous! The neighborhood soo beautiful ! Very very clean place. Their were great snacks and food for us! The host lives on the property so is always available for any needs. We are definitely returning to stay here again.

Lovely apt in Biltmore Estates neighborhood- central to everything! Food,hiking, outdoor activities all close by and convenient. Graciously hosted by Karen and Erick who make this a welcome place to stay. Already planning to return...

Amazing host and perfect property

We were traveling for a work conference at the Biltmore and had the perfect experience. Located within a short walk of the hotel the property was certifying we needed. Erick and Karen are the best hosts and available anytime for anything you need. We really enjoyed getting to know them and will be back for sure!

More than 5 stars

There should be a higher rating than 5 stars for this lovely townhouse. Besides the beautiful setting, well stocked kitchen and comfortable living space, there is the most welcoming and gracious host. This property exceeded our expectations. Oh - and our dog absolutely loved it too🐶❤️

Best host ever!

I've stayed in numerous vacation rentals, and this was one of my favorites! Wonderful property in a very nice upscale area. Very comfortable, great and well-stocked kitchen, good shower, amazing sofa, comfy bed. Parking just a few steps from the door. Everything was great. On top of all that, Karen is absolutely the best, most welcoming, most attentive host EVER!

Great place with great hosts

Erick and Karen are great hosts. They were very attentive to our needs and then some. The unit was just perfect for us and our Brittany Spaniel, Missy. The location was great with easy access to everything. It was especially nice to have the AZ Biltmore hotel nearby. You should not hesitate to stay here as given another chance, we will return.

Arizona get away

The Biltmore is a great area in the heart of north Phoenix with great walking paths; close to many attractions including golf courses and restaurants in the greater Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. The host was very accommodating throughout our two week stay and made us feel welcome. We would recommend this property without hesitation.

Sunny Biltmore vacation

We did spend 3 weeks in the casita on the Biltmore estates in February. We absolutely loved the location of this casita. We loved walking the 2 mile Biltmore circle. The house was clean and perfect for our needs. Karen was very helpful with information about the area. She supplied breakfast foods and lots of goodies while we were there. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Family Visit

Karen was the consummate hostess! She greeted us with a warm, friendly smile. Though she and her husband live on the property, we hardly ever saw them. Karen would check in by text to make sure we had what we needed. The house was perfect, just as explained. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful. Great walking trail. Will definitely consider staying here again! Thank you, Karen and Erick!

Perfect location

Karen, our host was fantastic! Extremely easy to communicate with, and generously stocked the kitchen like we have never experienced before. House is located in a beautiful area, excellent for walking around the community with easy access to walk along the canal. Located in a perfect spot to get to the West Valley or Scottsdale in a reasonable amount of time. We have lived in Phoenix in the past so we had a pretty full calendar of activities! Karen checked in on us to see if we needed anything . We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this location to others.

Top notch host and place of peacefulness!

The communication from the host was outstanding! It is evident that they are appreciated. While I was staying there one of their past renters came by to see them! They could not speak highly enough and how wonderful the house were. I can vouch for that as they went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of whether it be transportation, food, linens, etc. I especially like the peacefulness and tranquility of the area even though I did not get to fully enjoy it due to my schedule. I look forward to my return

Awesome place, perfect location and BEST owners!

We just got back from a week's stay and can't say enough great things about this property! Not only is it a very nice,clean and comfortable place, the location is prefect and the price was so reasonable. This is a guest house on an Estate on the Biltmore Golf Club and surrounded by georgeous homes and on the course. Easy to get anywhere in Phoenix from here. But best of all are the owners, Karen and Erick. They own and live in the attached house and are the BEST hosts you will EVER meet. Sat out on their patio and had some wine and chatted with them and guests in another guest house on the property. They are so accommodating and want to be sure you have everything you could possibly need! We feel we have new friends in Phoenix and will definitely be back to visit them soon!

Couples retreat

This Arizona Biltmore area townhome is a great place for a couple to spend a few days or a week. Nearby are 2 Biltmore golf courses, the Arizona canal trail and Squaw peak Phoenix mountain park. A 30 min or less drive gets you to the airport, old town Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, or the Papago park area with the zoo and desert botanical gardens. Karen, the host, is friendly and attentive. She even provided a well stocked fridge. The townhome is very comfortable with a large kitchen and large living area and, importantly, a comfortable bed. Karen allowed us to use the backyard for eating and relaxing. My wife and I were able to ride our bikes and take walks on the quiet streets of the local neighborhood. We had a wonderful week staying there.

Great Homebase

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. This location was perfect for many bike rides (road) and access to hikes in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. The location provides close access to several golf courses. We don't play, but still enjoyed walking along the perimeter of a few courses. Unfortunately, MLB Spring Training was on lockout, as Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants) is not far away and it would have been great fun to take in a game. Perhaps next time. The property owners were exceptional. Arriving to a fully stocked refrigerator was most welcomed, as we had driven all day. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this location is the nicest and best value yet. Thanks to hosts Karen, Erick, and Dmitry - see you next time.

Best hosts ever!

Karen and Erick are the best hosts I’ve had yet. I travel for work frequently and use VRBO often. This is by far the best experience I’ve had. I highly recommend this stay and would love to stay here again.

Wonderful property!

Our stay at this VRBO has just been wonderful! Karen & Erick, the hosts go above and beyond! The kitchen was very well stocked and this rental lacked nothing. Very relaxing........just what we needed before moving back east. It is also located in an amazing neighborhood close to many restaurants and stores but when at the rental, you have no idea these stores are so close by.
