Thanksgiving Blessing

We enjoyed this house very much. Beach walkover is a short walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The house was stocked with everything we could have needed. Lots of space, very clean and peaceful. My family felt very blessed during our Thanksgiving stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cay Sara Sara is located in a quiet gated community which was really nice. The house is older and that really showed on the inside with dated furniture and carpet that needs to be replaced. The upstairs had a layer of dust on all of the furniture. We enjoyed our stay, but only after I cleaned the house. The owners need to pay for a deep cleaning and work on interior updates.

The girls not two issues I had was the lack of starter material, I.e toilet paper and paper towels. Also I had to purchase hand towels for each bathroom as there was not one to use at all. We did take our own bath/beach towels and toilet paper and paper towels but one restroom didn’t have a roll at all and another barely had any on the one that was there. The Ac downstairs does not work as well as the one upstairs and that is because we made sure not to put it under 72 as stated in the information given from the agency. All else was wonderful.

The house is very, very nice - great floor plan and lovely decor. There was a problem on Saturday with the electricity coming into the house. Not knowing when the power company might arrive, Cobb realty promptly identified another location where we could stay. The new location would not have met our needs quite as well, but it was convenient and would have been better than having to go home a day early. We thoroughly appreciated the prompt, professional response to the issue. Turned out that we did not have to relocate and we greatly enjoyed our 3-day visit.

Plenty of dishes and cooking suplies, plus dish towells and hot pads. Wish the owners would allow use of the dumb waiter/elevator. This would sure help with the loading and unloading of luggage and supplies, especially for the over 50 crowd.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for an anniversary party for some lifelong friends who live right behind this house. There was plenty of room and the house was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need, also having a washer/dryer was nice so we could dry swimsuits and towels without them hanging around. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a stress free stay.
