Tämä viehättävä, keskeisellä paikalla sijaitseva kanjonikoti on kunnostettu merkittävästi vuoden 2014 puolivälissä, ja se on varustettu uusilla laitteilla. Hillcrestin eklektisessä naapurustossa sijaitseva talo on kävelymatkan päässä ostosmahdollisuuksista, vilkkaasta yöelämästä ja lukuisista ravintoloista, ja se on vain muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä kaikista San Diegon tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä. Täällä oleskelu on loistava vaihtoehto hotelleille ja meluisalle rannalle. Tunnet olosi yhdeksi tämän hiljaisen naapuruston asukkaista, kun rentoudut patiolla, grillaat illallista tai kävelet tämän turvallisen ja ystävällisen naapuruston kaduilla.

Kotimme on kaksikerroksinen, makuuhuone, kylpyhuone, keittiö, olohuone ja ruokasali päätasolla ja kierreportaat, jotka johtavat alakerrassa kahteen makuuhuoneeseen, kylpyhuoneeseen ja pesulaan. Awesome home in a great location!
We really enjoyed our stay here during our trip to San Diego. We didn’t rent a car but were able to Uber cheaply everywhere we wanted to go due to the close proximity to points of interest around town. We stayed during some abnormally hot weather and Randy/Todd made several accommodations to try and keep the house and awesome patio cool for us. Would definitely recommend this stay!

Great house, great location, great stay
Our family stayed at the house for a weekend vacation in San Diego. We had a great stay -- the house was exactly what we wanted for our getaway. It was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, the bathroom had all the necessary amenities, and the house layout was also good. The only reason we gave the "cleanness" four stars is that the small room downstairs had some bugs on the ceiling, which seemed to come from the lawn. After we cleaned out the bugs, they didn't come back. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the house very much and give it five stars.

Great Family Getaway
This house is exactly as pictured! It was very clean and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. The property manager Randy was very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet, easy parking right out front, it was very convenient to drive to all of the places we came to see including Petco Park, Sea World, Ocean Beach, Coronado, the Maritime Museum and Little Italy. We even had a great bike ride into town for breakfast and groceries. Loved our stay.

The home was well maintained and beautiful. We had a great location 10 minutes to anything. The kitchen was amazing. Very clean and had a great space outside. Great host very accommodating with the home and communication. Definitely will stay again

Beautiful home
This is our second stay in this home. The location is close to many of SD’s best sites and restaurants. It’s clean and well maintained. It has a very nice outside area. Communications with the owner were top notch. Highly recommend.

Cute little house that suited our needs
Thanks for a wonderful stay. The home was clean and well stocked. Thank you for dropping off the few extra that were needed. We appreciated the collections of supplies like the coffee filters and K-cups for the two coffee makers. Beds were comfortable and upstarts shower was great. I also appreciated the binder of information about the house and the manager responsiveness.

Perfect Place for San Diego Vacation
My husband and two adult children (21 and 24) had a fantastic stay here. We came to San Diego for a family week long vacation. Having our own house and separate bedrooms for everyone was ideal. The modern kitchen was a great bonus for breakfast in and left overs later. The neighborhood was lovely, walking distance to Trader Joes, Ralphs and Whole Foods. Also a few blocks from the highway to easy to get all over the area. The management was attentive in having the house immaculate when arrived so that we never had to contact them for any issues during our stay. That did not stop them in contacting me to just check in. I purposely mentioned my kids are young adults for that sprial staircase if fun but could be an issue if you have toddlers. We highly recommend this place.

Great house and manager
Highly recommend for family or group of friends. Fully functional kitchen, full sized washer and dryer, and great deck. Only concern would be for very young children on spiral metal staircase inside. Close to Ralph’s, Trader Joe’s, and other stores and restaurants.

Amazing Hillcrest Home Close to Everything
The house is very well maintained in a quiet neighborhood of Hillcrest and is close to lots of San Diego's gems (~15-20 min to Balboa Park, whale watching, and the airport). The short walk over the Vermont street bridge is very convenient and gives you access to groceries, coffee, and lunch options. Communication with the property manager was excellent including their provided lists of restaurants and attractions. Hillcrest Pizza and Bluestocking Books were high on our list. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was exactly as pictured. Super cute, clean, and comfortable. The backyard was very inviting and view stunning. The location was everything was able to get to my sister whos stationed in the navy 8 minutes away .

Comfortable home centrally located
Our family enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home located in the lovely University Heights neighborhood. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Easy access to highways as well as downtown and Balboa Park areas. Home is comfortable - adequately stocked kitchen, plenty of towels/linens and general supplies. Communication with the property manager was easy and convenient - there when you need them but not overbearing. The rules are straightforward and easy to follow. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great quiet location
The house was just as advertised. Cute house with ample room. We enjoyed using the patio and hanging out. It was nice that it was walkable to shopping/eating areas. Quick car ride to other locations in San Diego and beyond. Highly recommend Great Maple and Hash House A Go Go for breakfast or lunch! Also Kairoa is a great brewery with awesome rooftop patio. We would stay here again. We had a little snag getting door unlocked when we arrived so double check that before you go!

Great place to stay
We love the location as the rental is close to many great restaurants and the zoo. It has a beautiful view in the back and was relaxing sitting outside taking in some sun. The house layout worked for us as we were all adults. Two bedrooms and a full bath are on the lower level. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner contacted us several times to see if there was anything we needed. We would stay there again should we return to San Diego.

Beautiful property with all the comforts of home
Great location, easy to get to and much to do nearby. Home was well provisioned with anything you might need. Excellent communication with property owner/manager - prompt replies to any questions that came up during our stay. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to other visitors to San Diego.

Great place in a great location
This is a really wonderful place tucked into a nice area. Very convenient to night life or Balboa Park. The house is great. Nicely equipped with a terrific outdoor space. The owners put together a welcome binder that was very useful, pretty much laid out how everything worked and what the area had to offer. We were in town to visit family and hosted most of the meals. The kitchen worked great and the layout was prefect for entertaining. We did get out a couple times for breakfast and found ourselves at “Great Maple”. It was awesome. We’d stay at this place again.

My managing partner, Randy, and I take hosting seriously. We want to do everything possible to earn 5 star reviews from our guests. As frequent travelers ourselves, we understand how important it is to have a great place to stay while on vacation.

This property is close to everything, yet is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. A pedestrian bridge connects this part of Hillcrest to the bustling area with many shops, restaurants and bars. On weekends, you can even stroll over to one of the best farmer's markets in the city. Hop in your car and within minutes you're at any number of San Diego's major attractions.

It's a great place to relax with all the comforts of home while exploring our beautiful city. You'll feel like you live here, and you'll want to.

Please note that due to the iron spiral staircase, the home is not ideal for small children, particularly toddlers. The staircase starts on the first floor and goes downstairs.
