Oceanfront, perheystävällinen, lähellä Natural Bridges ja Boardwalk

Tule rentoutumaan West Cliff Azuressa. Tilava koti, josta on uskomattomat näkymät Montereyn lahdelle. Katso valaita ja delfiinejä viihdyttäessäsi keittiön keittiöstä. Katsele vettä juoden juomaasi ja nauti näkymistä olohuoneesta ja äskettäin uusitusta keittiöstä / ruokasalista.
Tämä 4 makuuhuoneen / 4 kylpyhuoneen koti nukkuu 8 mukavasti. Makuuhuoneessa on Cal King -vuode ja muissa 3 makuuhuoneessa queen-vuoteet (kaikki hotelliluokan patjat). Kuningatar kokoinen sänky tarjoaa lisämahdollisuuksia nukkumiseen. *** HUOM: Viereisen talon rakennustyöt ovat parhaillaan. Pahoittelemme häiriöitä. ***
Kaikki neljä kylpyhuonetta, äskettäin uusittu, mukaan lukien oma kylpyhuone Master Bath.
Kiertävä parveke on täydellinen auringonottoon ja kahvin juomiseen, kun juodat merinäköalalla. Voit grillata takakannella samalla kun katsot pelikaanien lentää yläpuolella. Takapihalla on palo-kuoppa vaahtokarkkien paistamiseen ja yötaivaan katsomiseen, kun kuuntelet kaatuneiden aaltojen ääniä kallioita vastaan.

Tämä koti on aivan West Cliff Drivessa. Kävele kadun toisella puolella ja kävele tai pyöräile luonnonkatua polkua pitkin. Jos käännyt oikealle, suunta kohti Natural Bridges State Beachiä. Jos käännyt vasemmalle, suunnaat kohti maailmankuulua surffauspaikkaa 'Steamer Lane', majakkaa ja surffamuseota.
Vieraile muuttuvilla monark-perhosilla majakkakentällä (ne viettävät talvensa eukalyptuspuissa) tai aja polkupyörälläsi Boardwalkiin ja ajaa jättiläisellä merirosvo-vuoristoalueella.
Uusi lehtimarkkina on paikallinen terveysruokakauppa, joka on kävely- ja pyöräilymatkan päässä. Pysähdy Kellyn ranskalaiseen leipomoon aamukahvia tai Santa Cruzin vuoren panimoa varten kylmäksi.

Fantastic Vacation

This beautiful home is exactly as advertised and sitting in the living room looking out at surfers and hearing the waves crash was amazing. We had a tremendous family vacation here and will definitely return. Also - the owner and property manager were incredibly responsive and kind.

Santa Cruz Beach House

This property is fantastic and extremely well kept. The kids had a great time playing ping pong, darts and pool. Any issues we had, the owners were on top of it immediately. We had a wonderful time.

Amazing Santa Cruz Home

Weekend Getaway

Nice property with great views. Location is a nice walk to either town or Natural Bridges. They even provided bikes which was a fun alternative. We had a great time cheering on athletes participating in the 1/2 Ironman!

Amazing Location for Family Getaway

Beautiful, clean home with spectacular views of the Pacific. The 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and variety of indoor & outdoor common spaces made it perfect for a small family gathering. We enjoyed multiple walks along the ocean, and it was a quick drive to the Wharf, the Boardwalk, and other Santa Cruz tourist spots. Amanda, the property manager, was easily accessible and helpful. Highly recommend!

Amazing view, perfect property!

My family had the most amazing time staying in this home! We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the wrap around deck, listening to the ocean waves, spotting sea lions! The house is equipped with everything you need to make the best of your time there and the property manager was super responsive and accommodating. My family did not want to leave! I highly recommend this home and hope that my family can stay there again!

Wonderful 3-Day Weekend!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful 3-day weekend in a beautiful home, across the street from the beach. The amenities and "extras" supplied by the home were a welcome treat! The home is gorgeous, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Walking distance to the Boardwalk and shopping centers. The host was accommodating to us and immediately answered any questions we had. thank you so much for your hospitality! We will be back!!

Wonderful family holiday

The family (6 adults and 2 children 11 and 14) thoroughly enjoyed the house and location for 4 nights, plus we had beautiful weather most of the time. The four bedrooms and baths were very clean, comfortable, spacious, and had good amenities, plus the 11 yr old chose to sleep on the couch next to the TV. The kitchen had all the appliances and tools for family meals together, and the dining table next to the windows was perfect to seat everyone and enjoy the sunrises/sets. West Cliff Drive was closed to all but local traffic, due to sea wall construction, so the loudest sounds were the crashing waves. Short people take note: The beds and microwave and some kitchen shelves are high, and a step-stool would help. Even so, we loved the place.

Outstanding vacation home in Santa Cruz!

This is our 2nd time staying at Azure in Santa Cruz. The home is really beautiful, great neighborhood, and the views are incredible. It’s super clean and so many amenities. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and also had my dad with us who is in his 80’s. Great for all ages! You can bicycle to grab a coffee, hit the grocery store, try a brewery or wine tasting, or check out Natural Bridges and The Boardwalk! The kids boogie boarded and tried the stand up paddle boards at the beach right out front of the house. (Bicycles and paddle boards provided by home owners) The home owners and property manager were all wonderful to work with. Great house! Can’t wait for our next trip to Azure!

Wonderful stay!

This was THE rental for our family! From check in to check out everything went perfectly. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with everything we needed. Once we settled in we decided to make all our meals there. No one wanted to leave the view! The newly renovated bathrooms all had full size containers of shampoo, conditioner, soap and plenty of nice towels. The bikes (complete with locks) in the garage were great for cruising to the Boardwalk and nearby restaurants. We even were able to play some croquet with the set that was in the garage. The living spaces in and out gave us plenty of room to spread out and to be together. The owners really seem to care about their guests. We definitely will be back!

Swooned at God's view

Loved the monarch’s at Natural Bridges. Appreciated the children’s stools to reach the sink faucets. Smiled at the driftwood succulent garden art. We love Monterey Bay, and we often visit Santa Cruz for breakfast. This was a great special occasion house because of the awesome VIEW on the second floor, and the bikes, and the much-needed baby-gate the property manager so nicely procured :) The kitchen was the best we have had in a rental, we need not have brought anything extra, and the oven was true to temperature. The first floor living area was mostly unused by us; it was quite cold down there, and the two bedrooms downstairs were like ice boxes in February. There was a nice tiny office there that daughter used for work-from-home which was great! We were surprised by an additional personal check requested outside of the vrbo system for some local tax increase... I think possible cost increases should be included in whatever the homeowner is publicly asking. It was a little eerie at first being on a road that the sea is taking, but we got used to it, and it was certainly nice not to have cars driving by! (The street is closed to through-traffic.) It will be hard to match, but I hope to find a special occasion house like this for my big birthday coming up.

Darren and Lisa Kerr have lived in the Bay Area for 30 years. We moved here to be closer to the hub of technological development, and fell in love with the unique beauty of Northern California and the wonderful people we have come to know. Our family of five loves hiking, playing volleyball, going to baseball games, golfing, making artwork, and especially eating out.
Our amazing property manager, Amanda Szescei, lives a short bike ride away. She's lived in Santa Cruz, Maui, Palo Alto, and Southern California and can help you with anything you need to know to have a wonderful vacation.

We first appreciated the beauty of this specific location while at a plein air painting workshop. When we learned this property was available and had the opportunity to take in the views from the upstairs deck, it took about 30 seconds before we both said, 'YES!!!'.

The upstairs dining room provides stunning views of the bay and surf crashing on the rocks and beach. Adjacent is a comfortable living room where your family and friends can hang out and relax in the company of beautiful Monterey Bay. The galley style kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms and also has stunning views, so it's hardly work to be delegated food prep duties. Two of the bedrooms and beautifully remodeled bathrooms are also upstairs. The upstairs deck in the front overlooks the ocean, and then wraps around to a larger and more sheltered deck in the back with comfortable outdoor furniture and a large gas bbq. The spacious back yard has room for volleyball or yard games and rustic fire pit.
The downstairs great room boasts a wall of windows facing the ocean, premium cable for catching sports or movie at night and large light-filled space perfect for morning yoga.
Two other two remodeled bathrooms and two comfortable bedrooms are also downstairs. We have seven beach cruiser bikes to share, along several boogie boards, skim boards, and a few wet suits. We have 6 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella.
We have a ping pong/pool table in the garage. We ask that you enjoy the games in the garage, but close the automatic garage door during quiet hours. (The noise from the pool table/ping pong games can disturb the neighbors.)
You are steps away from the popular West Cliff sidewalk and bike path. From here there are stairs down to the ocean. Lighthouse Field/beach is a ten minute walk along the West Cliff sidewalk to your left, while Natural Bridges beach is just a mile along the same path to your right. The Santa Cruz Boardwalk is a mile and a half away - easy for the family to bike in ten minutes; though you will probably stop along the way to take photos or mental snapshots, as there's always something to catch your eye - seals, otters, even the occasional whale sighting.
