Tervetuloa tähän ihanaan 4 makuuhuoneen kotiin, joka sijaitsee Keystonen keskustassa. Mahtavilla vuoristomaisemilla ja ravintoloiden, kuljetusten ja pienen ruokakaupan mukavuuksilla et koskaan halua lähteä.

Tässä kodissa on 4 makuuhuonetta, erittäin tilava parvi ja 4 3/4 kylpyhuonetta. Äskettäin päivitetty keittiö, jossa graniittiset työtasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja runsaasti istumapaikkoja suurimmalle ryhmälle. Uusia päivityksiä vuodelle 2015 ovat upouusi matto kaikissa makuuhuoneissa sekä upea liuskekivilattialattia päätasolla ja uusi yksityinen kylpytynnyri edessä patiolla! Takapiha on etelään kohti Keystone-lomakeskusta, josta on näkymät sekä Mountain House- että River Run -kadulle. Lauantai-iltaisin ilotulitusta ei tarvitse taistella väkijoukon kanssa, avaa vain ovi ja astu ulos!
Kun olet valmis osumaan rinteisiin, nouta vain nopea 5 minuutin bussilinja-auto, joka sijaitsee askeleen päässä tästä kodista.
Riittävästi makuutilaa koko perheelle plus, lyömättömät yksityiset mukavuudet ja vuoren etäisyys, et voi mennä pieleen, kun valitset 18 Autumn Brook seuraavaa lomaasi varten!

Tässä kaupunkiasunnossa on parkkipaikka kolmelle ajoneuvolle.

Mitä olla tietoinen:
- Ei pääsyä uima-altaalle.
- Kylpytynnyrillä tehdään viikoittainen huolto. Kylpytynnyrin ylläpitäjä voi tulla vierailusi aikana.
- Täällä Keystoneessa yksikään yksikkömme ei ole ilmastoitu. Kalliovuorilla lämpötila jäähtyy noin klo 8 joka ilta, joten vaihtovirtaa ei tarvita.
- Pysäköinti voidaan rajoittaa. Autotallissa on kaksi paikkaa ja yksi paikka kodin vieressä. Älä pysäköi ajoneuvoja ajotieltä, koska se estää naapurin autotalli sisäänkäynnin.

Carpet is gross. Signs requested we remove our shoes, but there is no way we would walk on that carpet without them.Grout in all bathrooms is also gross.Hot tub is almost impossible to access. No matter how we adjusted the thermostats, it was too warm.Downstairs smells moldy.Many of the light fixtures don't work. TV's downstairs didn't work.Kitchen was fine. So was the seating. Views were pretty.We were asked to empty trash which we were happy to do, however, the bags were so small and flimsy it was a real challenge to gather and remove. Please put a couple of good trash bags in the unit.With some minor upkeep this place could be wonderful.We would not rent it again.

The view was amazing and we could see the snow caps from the kitchen. Easy access to the market, shopping and recreational areas. This house was perfect for our family. We filled every room and never felt cramped or overcrowded.

We recently stayed at this property with a total of 3 families. We did not have a good experience staying here unfortunately.-The entire 3rd floor was very hot at night, with the temperature up to 83 degrees. The handles to open the windows are broken and so there is not even an option to try to get airflow to the upstairs floor. The family sleeping up there barely slept. We were also concerned that there would be no fire exit from this bedroom. We were eventually told we could push the windows out for airflow, but it felt like we were breaking the windows to do this.-Most of the window handles all around the house are broken, so we couldn’t open them.-The garage is very short and unable to accommodate larger vehicles. One of our cars is a larger truck, so we didn’t expect to fit that, but the other 2 vehicles were not oversized and no cars fit under the garage clearance. It seems like the listing should at least mention the height restrictions or that it will not accommodate some cars.-The listing of the property stated there is a grill, so we planned our meals around using a grill. There is no grill on site.-The family staying on the first floor had issues with bugs. One person woke up with a small cockroach on her arm and later a spider.Although the property management company responded to my concerns, they did not solve the problems or compensate for any of the issues we had. They did provide an electric grill on the second night, which we were thankful for.

Needs a big update

This property is older, and worn out. Floors old, tables damaged. Carpets trashed. For the price, it should have been better. And zero kitchen amenities above the absolute minimum provided. No cookie oil, no salt and pepper...nothing. I won't stay here again.

Good stay with friends

Plenty of space for my birthday celebration! The hot tub was broken the first night and one of my friends fixed it before maintenance could get there the second day of our short stay. Overall great time and easy walk to the lifts at keystone.

Good for large group, some hiccups

It's a great price and location for skiing in the area! We stayed here with a group of friends. For future guests, here are a few things to note: Communication with the property manager/host was prompt, but sometimes lacking or confusing. We were given the wrong key code at first, so we had to text to ask for the correct one. We also received some confusing texts about payments that made us confused about what we owed. Garage has room for 2 cars but the roof is very low. We were able to carefully fit our SUVs that had ski racks on it, as long as we took the skis off first. Hot tub has room for about 3 people, so if you're a large group you'll have to take turns. Coffee that's provided in the VRBO is only enough for 1 morning for our group (and half our group are not coffee drinkers), so you'll have to buy more if you want more. Knives were very dull, so bring your own if you want to cook a lot. Temperature in the main bedroom was much colder than the rest of the house, but there didn't seem to be a thermostat that could change that.

Comfortable but not luxury

Clean and comfortable. A little outdated. Perfect for our group of 8. Nice large dining room table. Perfect for meals and playing games. Plenty of options for sleeping arrangements. More than enough bathrooms. The jacuzzi was very small, not great for a group. We had to take turns.

From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed by the beauty and comfort of the home. The spacious living areas, well-equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms provided the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the comfortable beds and linens ensured a restful night's sleep. The location of the rental was also ideal. It was close to the ski slopes, hiking trails, and other attractions, making it easy to explore all that Keystone has to offer. I would also like to commend the exceptional customer service I received from your team. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. 4 Bedroom-Worked for 3 families

When I booked this, our group was 14 in number (the listing said it would fit 17...That would have been tight). It is approx a 4-5 min walk to the shuttle route (more info about this would have been nice in the condo) or a 10ish minute walk to the bottom of Mountain House. Ski Rental places are within walking distance from the condo. There aren't enough chairs (esp in the Living Room) to hang out as a large group and the Dining table is cramped to fit 14 around it (even using the benches)-of course, all of our group were adults. The bedroom situation worked since two of the three families going were families of four - they each took a bedroom that had a queen bed plus a bunkbed. The condo actually had enough pots & pans, plates, cups, etc to work for our group. It needed a 9x13 pan and some more serving spoons; other than that it was adequately stocked. Thanks for opening your home!

property needs deep cleaning - we spent the first day cleaning

property needs deep cleaning, mold in bathroom, mold in washing machine, dryer did not heat properly. The bedding all needs to be replaced: pillows, bedding and mattress, they are all stained. I washed all bedding and stains came out. Empty bottles found under beds. Carpets very dirty. Ice maker did not work. Kitchen was dirty and hood fan was very greasy and dusty. The property location is great but definitely needs much attention. I can send pictures if needed.

Great place, close to the slopes

Great place close enough to keystone mountain to walk. We had some concerns about the cleanliness from recent reviews, but were pleasantly surprised that it was very clean. There are definitely cosmetic maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but overall we were very happy with the stay!

Great spot

We stayed here with our bridal party for our wedding and it was great for a big group. Check in was easy. Only thing was that it definitely smelled like smokers had previously stayed there which made it feel like it could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise it was a good spot in Keystone.

Nice home with lots of space

Very nice property with three parking spots. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of settings (could use a few more spoons). The team really liked the home and the hot tub. Nice to have extra towels which were well used and laundered several times. Only real downside is the noisy hiway right outside the master bedroom (like to sleep with the window open).

Great visit!

Wonderful condo! We had a great stay with our family - grandparents, kids and grandchildren. The condo was very spacious with room for everyone to have their own space, clean and beautiful views. Each room has its own bathroom and the hot tub was a bonus. It was nice to have a 2 car garage and additional parking space. Perfect location, there are a few restaurants within walking distance and River Run Village is a very short drive away. We would stay here again!
