Hämmästyttävä vetäytyä metsässä, joka sijaitsee 7 kauniita eekkeriä, mutta silti vain vain 5 min päässä keskustasta Woodstock. Ympäröimä vanhoja puita ja hitaasti virtaavan puron, voit hengittää syvään ja rentoutua. (GREAT lapsille: lämmitetyn uima-altaan lisäksi meillä on ping-pong, koripalloverkko, nukke-talo, jossa on sisustus!)

Voit kirjoittaa tämän upean talon ja tarkastella sen nykyaikainen, moderni ympäröi ikkunat, korkeat katot ja upea Bluestone takka. Koti on lämmin, kutsuva ja harkiten sisustettu. Se on 3BR, 3 kylpyhuonetta, täysin varusteltu keittiö, takka, in-maahan lämmitetty uima-allas ja poreallas, näkymät stream!

Koti on jaettu kahteen osaan, jotta mahdollisimman yksityisyyttä kun vielä pystyy seurustella yhdessä. Pohjois siipi on aurinkoisella 2. kerroksessa makuuhuone upouusi queen ja ylellinen patja. On viihtyisä olohuone + den ja täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa iso maatila pöytä kerääntyä ystävien kanssa. Vieressä on lisäoleskelualue, kylpee auringonvalossa riville syvennyksiä, uudella sohva, joka helposti paljastuu queen size vuode.

Etelä siipi on upea tila, jossa 30 "korkeat katot on toinen istuma / kerääminen alue + kirjasto. On pingispöytä ja äänijärjestelmä lisätty hauskaa.

Tässä siipi on yläkerran makuuhuone ja toinen vierashuone alakerrassa. Makuuhuoneessa on uusi king-vuode, ylellinen patja ja oma kylpy poreallas. Alakerran vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, jotka voidaan yhdistää queen-kokoiksi. On täysi kylpyhuone pois tästä huoneesta. Siinä on oma sisäänkäynti johtaa altaan, porealtaan ja puutarha.

Relaxation and Pool time in a totally private setting

We loved this place! House was clean and comfortable. The pool was awesome, perfect temp, clean and totally relaxing. It was great to just sit out and enjoy the sounds of the stream. Bed was comfy and provided a great nights sleep. Bill was communicative and easy to deal with. 2 minutes from town.

Great location

The 3 bedrooms house is located on a small stream. We saw multiple deer around the property. The town is a short drive away with lots of shops. We spent the weekend relaxing in the hot tub and playing games. I would definitely recommend this place

Wonderful house secluded but near town

The house and property were great. Very comfortable house that felt like home with a well equipped kitchen, two living rooms, great beds, fireplace, and spa. Pool was closed since it was winter. The property is wooded and feels like being in your own private park but is only a few minutes from downtown. Highly recommended!

Perfect Woodstock location

Home was beautiful. Had a great Woodstock vibe and location was phenomenal. Host went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well informed. Could not have asked for a better accommodation to come back home for a visit.

Great family getaway for Thanksgiving

We loved our stay at this property - a classic "Woodstock" house with character and charm. For our family of 4, we all had our own space! Great piece of property and close proximity to town and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked for all cooking and baking needs.

Absolutely Wonderful!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful not just the property but also the host was! The house and setting is just beautiful and full of character! The host does a wonderful job of ensuring the guests know what’s available to them in the house and provides a wonderful listing of restaurants and grocery stores in the area as well. I will definitely look to stay again in the future!

Beautiful Home

We loved the house and the location was perfect. Bill was more than helpful for any questions that we had. Woodstock is a beautiful town and the house is 5 minutes away. The fenced in yard was great for our two pups! And the house was spacious for our family of 6!

wonderful stay in Woodstock

This property is on beautiful stream, surrounded by trees with a large enclosed back yard. The pool (closed as it was April when we stayed) and the hot tub are great extras. The house is bright and laid out in two wings which was great for our group of six adults, as we could move into our own space when we wanted. The kitchen is small but well-equipped. The owner was very easy to communicate with. I loved that I could bring my dogs. The location was ideal- down a very quiet road and very close to town. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and Peaceful

We had such a wonderful time in the pool and the hotub. Being able to bring our doggies was so special. It was nice and secluded and perfect distance to downtown Woodstock. We enjoyed playing ping pong everyday lol. Bill was very nice and accommodating. Very grateful for our time there.

Birthday mini vacation.

We had a wonderful time on this stunning property. So much wildlife to watch and scenery to look at. My son and husband loved the hot tub. And my puppies loved the big yard to run in. Having the fence in the back made me feel better letting them run and play. The layout of the house was perfect for us. The location is so close to town that last minute dinner plans were a cinch. Thank you Bill for a perfect stay.

Best vacation ever in Woodstock!

We have stayed in several homes in Woodstock. Nothing comes close to this house. The setting is beautiful. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The hot tub, pool and deck were in constant use when we were not off on an adventure. The owner was not only gracious and accomodating, but was fun to deal with! I hope he let's us come back!

Lovely Getaway close to town

We loved staying at this property. It is a unique property inside and out with everything well thought out. The two sides of the house and the secret passageways made it extra exciting for the kids (12 & 14). Sitting at the big table looking out the windows was very relaxing every morning. The instructions are very detailed and helpful. We also enjoyed the deer visiting each day (as did our dog). We hope to come back again - it was a perfect location for what we enjoy doing in the area.

Wonderful escape from the City

Our group of four + dog had a wonderful time in Bill and Rita's home. The house is located on a beautiful piece of property and conveniently located just minutes from the town of Woodstock. There are stunning views of the woods in nearly every room of the house. We enjoyed cooking meals in the well-equipped kitchen and drinking wine next to the cozy wood-burning fireplace. We were in great hands with Bill and Rita. We will definitely be back for another weekend.

Woodstock Haven W/Hot Tub, Fire Places & Stream

Our stay at the cabin was as great as it possibly could have been. The house is ample and nice, with privacy, all the amenities, comfort and beauty. The old part of the house, built in the sixties, is a little gem. Nature surrounds you and deers look at you while you're having morning coffee on the outside deck. The hot tub is a real treat. Everything else is just as advertised.

Relaxing in Woodstock

So peaceful and so close to town. We loved our stay. The kids woke up to deer walking by the first morning, they played basketball, and ping pong. We woke up, had coffee by the stream and then relaxed in the hot tub. The home has everything you need for a relaxing stay and all instructions are clear. This home is so close into Woodstock, we had dinner at Goodnight, bought the best meat to grill at Woodstock Meats and stopped by our favorite home goods store Beck. We would love to come back when it’s pool season. Bill was also very responsive.

Quiet Paradise

This property is a little slice of paradise where the only sounds you'll hear are from the rushing stream out back. The pictures and description are true to the property and the house is very comfortable. The kitchen and pantry are well stocked, instructions for how to use the house are plentiful, and Bill provided great communication. We enjoyed stargazing in the hot tub with no ambient light interfering and watching deer, birds and rabbits while enjoying our morning coffee. The house is conveniently located to Woodstock, Saugerties and Kingston and a quick ride from many major highways, making for easy day trips or quick rides to fantastic restaurants.

We are madly in love with our vacation home -- and, judging from our reviews, our guests love it too. Most of the time we live in Manhattan. After growing up in a suburb of Philly, Bill has spent his adult life in Manhattan, working in video production. Rita's story is more exotic: early childhood in India before arriving in 1970's Brooklyn to the same neighborhood through which John Travolta strides in the movie "Saturday Night Fever". Our daughter, Claire, is in graduate school.

We looked for a quite a while for a house in the region before finding Fern Hollow. You'll immediately see the natural unique beauty of the house when you look at the pictures. The place just has great 'bones' -- unique angles everywhere you look. After renting several houses in the area through VRBO we decided we'd like our own 'slice' of Woodstock, where we could enjoy a quiet setting that also offered tons to do, in all seasons. We hope you will come and share this fantastic area.

WE WORK HARD TO INSURE YOU HAVE A GREAT STAY. This is the place to come to for total relaxation: great after a day of skiing or hiking nearby. We're surrounded by woods and stream, with a hot tub, fire place and plush beds. The reclaimed wood beams and the local stones used for the floors and fireplaces were the first things that caught our eye. You can sit at the large dining table, along a row of large windows and watch your children frolic in the pool, surrounded by a lovely deck. And, incredibly, a wonderful stream runs along side the house. GREAT for kids: in addition to the heated pool, we have ping-pong, a basketball net, a doll's house with furnture!)
