Ocean View Beach House 4 makuuhuoneen työpäivän viikonloppu avoinna

Nauti tästä rantatalosta, joka on vain muutaman askeleen päässä merestä! Se on 4 makuuhuoneen koti, jossa 1 täysi kylpyamme talon takana ja yksi täysi kylpyhuone talon edessä. Takakannella on myös suuri suihkussa suihku, josta voit nauttia pitkän rantapäivän jälkeen.

Kolmessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 uutta parisänkyä, yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on uusi queen-vuode ja oma parvi / lukusali, joka sopii täydellisesti lasten leikkialueelle. Kaikissa huoneissa on ilmastointi. Talo siivotaan moitteettomasti jokaisen vuokrauksen jälkeen. Kaikki lakanat ja pyyhkeet toimitetaan (ne korvataan myös vuodessa uusilla vuodevaatteilla).

Tässä kodissa on upouusi keittiö, jossa on runsaasti säilytystilaa, uudet kaapit ja uudet laitteet. Keittiö on täysin varustettu ruokia, ruokailuvälineitä, tarjoilualtioita, kattiloita, pannuja, astiapyyhkeitä ja kaikkea muuta, mitä tarvitset gourmet-aterian valmisteluun. Siellä on myös baarialue, jossa on viininjäähdytin, tehosekoitin ja jääpalakone. Talossa on avoin käsite 'ranta' tunnelma. Se on vasta sisustettu ja viihtyisä. Ocean Beachin kylässä on monia sääntöjä. Kesäajan vuokra on 6 yötä.

Olohuoneessa on ilmastointi ja siitä on kaunis merinäköala. Suorassa televisiossa on 50 tuuman televisio. Talossa on myös WIFI. . Jos sää on väärä, voit aina nauttia viihtyisästä tulesta takan ääressä !!!

Siellä on kaksi kannet; Takakannella on baarialue, täydellinen ruokailutila, 2 lepotuoleja, BBQ ja iso aurinkovarjo sateenvarjo. Kuuntele aaltoja viihdyttäessäsi tai rentoutuaksesi alueen yksityisyydessä.

Edessä patio on OCEAN VIEWS !!! Se on upea paikka nauttia kahvia aamulla tai ilta-cocktaililla tai vain rentoutua ja nauttia merituulen !! Edessä on myös lepotuoleja.

Tämä ominaisuus tarjoaa myös 7 kaiken kokoista polkupyörää ja vaunun kuljettamaan tavaroitasi taloon ja talosta. Tarjoamme mielellämme myös pyörälukot.

Viimeiseksi, koska haluamme houkutella perheitä, jotka tekevät muistoista elinaikasta: Tarjoamme viininjäähdyttimen, joka on varustettu vedellä, paperipyyhkeillä, lautasliinoilla ja propaanilla, jotta vierailustasi tulisi saumaton. Voimme järjestää myös yksityisen tilauspalvelun. Huomaa, että vain 2 muuta kuin perheenjäsentä ovat sallittuja makuuhuoneessa kohti Ocean Beachin kylää. Awesome house

Just spent a week at this house with family and had friends out to visit House was everything we expected and more. It is newly remodeled and very nicely decorated. Jeff was easy easy to communicate with and he checked in on us throughout our stay and got back to us right away with any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is a perfect 3 steps to the walkway to the beach.

This house lived up to it's review. It's rrally a stones throw from the beach! It's well maintained and comfy and cozy and i would definitely recommend it to any family or families looking for a relaxing vacation!

Beach Love Rain Or Shine

Captain Jeff & (Stacey who did the decor) have the perfect home that fit all my family 9-90 years young. Not an easy task. But some how they thought of everything.. Towels, toys, skateboard for the older ones, bicycles to explore FI. Located 2 houses from the beach & a quick 10 minute walk into town if you don’t want to cook & prefer eating out. 2 large dining tables both inside & outdoors fit 9 people & the great room sectional is actually comfortable. It shows they put thought into stocking the house in many different ways. The kitchen has everything you need plus a washer & dryer. My parents are elderly & the ramps rather then stairs to the beach & house made it possible for them to participate in our family gathering. It rained most days but we still walked the beach almost every day, biked with grocery bags on the seats to keep them dry & had a wonderful time. If you want a/c or a movie it’s there as well. Outdoor shower is a small simple thing but it’s a must to experience. Definitely charter Captain Jeff, not only is he a nice guy but it’s quick & enjoyable to be out on the bay & stress free. Not to lug the food was worth every penny!

The Best Place on Fire Island

This house is absolutely perfect. Starting with the hosts, they are unbelievably accommodating. Any questions, needs, concerns we had they answered right away. I 100% recommend paying for their service to bring you over to the island, much easier than taking the ferry. Jeff & Stacey were warm and welcoming and made this Memorial Day weekend truly unforgettable. The house has EVERYTHING you could ask for. Every space is perfectly thought out and useful. I haven't even gotten started on the location. The beach is in your backyard and it is perfectly nestled in the town of Ocean Beach. We cannot wait to return!!

Amazing views!

House has all been updated. Kitchen and bathrooms were high end hotel status. Great ocean views! Beautiful deck. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. We are annual renters and probably the nicest place we have ever stayed in. Will definitely look to book same home next season!

Our Favorite House on Fire Island!

My family and I had a fabulous time once again! The house is perfect for families, plenty of room and outdoor gathering areas. Jeff is a fantastic Host. He goes above and beyond to accommodate every need. The new renovations are great! You couldn't ask for a better location. The only thing I needed was another week!

Favorite Family Vacation Ever!

This is the second year in a row that we've rented this house. Jeff is great, anything you need, any questions, anything at all - Jeff is there! The house is perfect in every way - location, amenities, great deck. We had family staying with us from 5 - 80 years old. Everyone loves 89 Bungalow.

An absolute perfect getaway for the family!

This vacation had the perfect mix of rest, relaxation, and fun. We had room to invite some friends and their children and having the beach so closeby made travel between the house and beach simple. EVery ammenity you could need is provided as well as wagons for traveling between house and ferry. We felt at home and cozy. What a great find!

We will be back!

A family of 5 (3 teenagers) plus some friends visiting made for a great week in a great house! The house is comfortable with everything you need. You'll love the outdoor shower! Location, location, location - 3 houses from the beach. Jeff is a great host, if you have a question or need something give him a call. He has great tips! Order from Sal's - save on the cooking.

Fire Island Oasis

This is my second time staying at this house and is beautiful all year long. This home is in the absolute best location! There are beautiful views from the front patio and it is a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. We are returning renters and were surprised to see that the house was already updated. The outdoor areas are beautiful and serene. I love the outdoor shower!!! All of the bedrooms are set up perfectly for a couple of families or singles/couples. The house is clean and very 'beachy' in decor. The homeowners keep it spotless and the house is fully equipped! The homeowner has the house stocked with paper goods, towels, plenty of extra blankets and beach towels, and beach equipment. I have never seen anything like it on Fire Island because you usually need to bring everything. Finally Jeff, the owner, is literally at your disposal. He brought us by charter to the island and then made sure we had help to get to the house. He stopped by several times and even made a 'special trip' to drop off additional supplies!! I highly recommend this home for whatever adventure you have in mind. Definitely coming back this summer!!

Awesome Stay in Ocean Beach!

I hosted my sister's bachelorette party here for the weekend and then my parents stayed for the rest of the week. Jeff was extremely accommodating and even offered us a deal which included him taking us over and back in his private boat. He helped us take all of our luggage and supplies over to the house which was very nice and checked in later in the day to make sure we had everything we needed. He also offered us great restaurant and bar recommendations for our stay. The house itself is awesome. It's very close to the beach, which is convenient since there aren't any bathrooms on the beach and eating isn't allowed. It's just a short walk to and from the beach to the house. The house has everything you need in it and is very peaceful. We (bachelorette and family) loved hanging out on the deck and using the grill. The house is nicely air conditioned and fit our group of 12 comfortably. I would certainly recommend this house.

Best Beach Vacation

We were a group of four families with teenagers. The house was everything we expected or could want. The bedrooms were comfortable. The house was clean and well appointed. We were made to feel welcome from the start. It was wonderful to have the beach 3 houses away so we could go in and out easily. And our host made sure there were bikes and beach chairs and plenty of towels etc... We all had a great time. I have stayed at other house on Fire Island before and while there are many nice houses there are also some nightmares. This one is at the top of my list. Can't wait to go back! Thank you J & S

What a Perfect Week!

My family and I had a wonderful retreat at this truly cozy home. We enjoyed things like the air conditioning, ceiling fans, well stocked kitchen and house, books, cable tv in the living room and bedroom, outside shower, bicycles, beautiful deck and bar, and beach steps from the house. There was so much room for everyone! We loved going on bike rides and going into town to the local restaurants and shops. People are so friendly... my adult kids still have friends from their childhood there and enjoyed seeing them again. We love the whole experience and look forward to many more seasons at your Ocean Beach home. Extra bonus was Jeff who was completely available anytime I had a question and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. Thank you for our "Kodak Memories" of a lifetime.

Lovely beach home. Perfect for families.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home last week. We had 4 adults, 2 young teens, a 7 year old and 4 year old twins. The rooms are clean, decorated nicely, and the large upstairs loft is an added bonus. The oldest teen made it her “space” for the week but the twins and 7 year old had a blast pretending it was a playhouse/game room during the day. The house has several air conditioner units that work perfectly keeping the house at a cool/comfortable temperature. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared several dinners and breakfasts in the kitchen and outdoors on the private deck.....Very roomy. The beach is only a few steps away which is essential for us with young kids (bathroom breaks, snacks, outdoor showers to get the salt/sand off). The owner Jeff is terrific to work with and offered us all kinds of equipment to use like bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach cart and chairs for our large group. Jeff takes pride in his homes and is a very gracious host (not easy to find on Fire Island). He answers all of your questions (I had a lot) and even offers a private charter service (for an additional fee) which we used and it was amazing! If you are on the fence about using the charter…do it. It made getting all of our belongings, food, supplies and kids over to the island so much easier. We will be renting from Jeff again in the very near future!

Home away from home

Second year staying here and have made so many memories with family and friends! Love the proximity to the beach. The house is stocked so well you will want for nothing. Great that our dog can come too, as the property is fully fenced and the owners are dog friendly. Will be back!

Lovely and you cant beat the hosts

The home is close to ocean, clean comfortable and every amenity is taken care of. Terrific for families, couples or larger groups. We encountered not one problem and the onwer checked in with us frequently to see if we needed anything more. We didn't, of course, because the home is fully equipped. We will be returning next summer. Book it. You won't regret.
