Tämä valoisa ja aurinkoinen, kaksikerroksinen Sunriver loma-asunto odottaa sinua. Tilava, "käänteinen" pohjaratkaisu sopii erinomaisesti jopa 10 hengen ryhmälle. Tärkein olohuone, keittiö, ruokailutila ja makuuhuone sijaitsevat yläkerrassa toisessa kerroksessa, ja muut 2 makuuhuonetta ja bonus perhehuone sijaitsee pohjakerroksessa. Astu ylös etuovesta päästäksesi suuren huoneen holvikattoihin ja paljon luonnonvaloa. Nahkatuolit, upea puulämmitteinen takka ja taulutelevisio tekevät tästä suosikkipaikan, jolla voi käydä läpi hyvän kirjan. Viereinen ruokapöytä istuu mukavasti kahdeksalla istuinalueella, jossa on useita keittiön baarituoleja, jotka tarjoavat rentoa ruokailumahdollisuutta (myös erinomainen paikka katsella perheen kokin taitoa hyvin varustetussa keittiössä!). Keittiö on tahraton ja siinä on ruostumattomia laitteita, mukaanlukien lasipinta-alue, ja paljon vastaustilaa aterioiden valmistamiseen. Lämpiminä kuukausina aikovat viettää suurimman osan ajastasi ulkona suurella, ympäröivällä yläkannella! Patio istuimet ja kaasu BBQ seistä valmiina, samoin kuin "peek-a-boo" näkymä Mt. Bachelor on selkeä päivä. Takaisin sisälle on tilava yläkerran master-sviitti, jossa on klassinen oleskelutila, king-vuode, korkeat katot, taulutelevisio ja oma kylpyhuone. Päätä alakerrassa löytääksesi 2 vierashuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta ja bonusperhe / mediahuone. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on mukava king-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, kun taas toinen mahtuu helposti toiseen pariskuntaan, nuoriin perheisiin tai jopa 4 lasta sekä queen-vuode ja Twin kerrossänky, sekä oma pääsy kolmas kylpyhuone. Bonuksen perhehuone sijaitsee pois alakerran makuuhuoneet on loistava paikka "lapset" hengailla suurella taulutelevisiolla, nahkainen nojatuoli ja kuningatar vuodesohva vuodesohva.

Pysy 2 Mt. Rose ei olisi täydellinen ilman liota yksityiseen kylpytynnyriin! Kun upeat mukavuudet, kuten ilmastointi, 2 DVD-soittimet, pingispöytä ja pöytäpöydät, et ehkä halua lähteä. Mutta kun olet valmis lähtemään ja tutustumaan Sunriveriin, hypätä johonkin polkupyöristä, jotka odottavat sinua autotallissa. SHARCin uima-altaat, hauska Fort Rock Parkissa, 2 palkittua Sunriver-golfkenttää, ratsastusta ja laiska kesätaisteluja Deschutes-joen varrella, ovat kaikki saatavilla muutaman kilometrin päässä Sunriverin loma-asunnosta. Lovely Sunriver property - great for multiple families!

This property is exactly as it is described on VRBO. Very spacious house, perfect for our two families (7 total). Very clean, upgraded and extremely quiet. It is a haul from Sunriver village, so if that's a priority for you, you may want to reconsider. Property managers are great to work with and very responsive. Overall, a 5-star property!

Perfect Family Accommodations

The house was very spacious, well stocked, and comfortable for our family. The kitchen had everything. All beds were comfortable and smelled clean. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved the close access to walking trails and the grocery store. Thanks to the home owners for sharing your warm home.

Wonderful way to spend the Holiday!

Very Nice

The house was very clean! We appreciated the ample space for the seven of us. We enjoyed the hot tub, bikes and game tables (in the garage). We also enjoyed sitting out in the deck in the evenings since the weather was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed all the deer at the resort. Also, the house was walkable to the North Store.just a short drive to The Village.

Summer visit

This house is very well supplied for indoor and outdoor cooking. There are 2 living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is lots of outdoor seating and the hot tub was very nice. I was disappointed that there were no SHARC passes and the deck needs repainted.

Terrific Getaway!

Bennington is one of the best property managers we've ever seen. The house was perfect for us. (3 generations in all). Quiet neighborhood. Spacious kitchen, well stocked. Roomy bathrooms/showers. Large wrap-around deck with outdoor furniture. We used the BBQ. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. Our extended family vacations together every year and as far as houses go, this one is up at the top of the list. Thank you so much.

We ended up staying at Alpine 7 instead of Deer Park because the property manager said the Deer Park location was unavailable (after booking). Alpine was very spacious and great for our 2 small families. Very convenient location and house was clean. Our only issue were the toilets (the 1st day)... they were very slow to not flushing, but the property manager was very responsive and sent someone immediately to fix the problem. Overall, great stay

Lovely house, check in & door code issues

My group loved everything about this house! Unfortunately we had some door code issues that were unresolvable throughout the stay. Management company changed our door code 3x and none of them ever worked. We did get one from the emergency after hours phone line that worked throughout the duration. Suggest Bennington takes a closer look at that door and it’s codes. They constantly told me the codes would work and they never did except the one from the emergency line (we stood outside for 30 mins trying to figure it out). Didn’t appreciate some of the condescending text messages from some of the people at the management company when I told them the codes weren’t working. “It should work, there should be no problem.” And I’m telling them over and over it isn’t working. Then they send me a new code which also doesn’t work. Anyways you get the picture. Thankfully they have offered a discount due to this mishap. What I did appreciate was their suggestion to get early reservations in Sunriver - that was really helpful and genius! And we loved the property! Would definitely stay here again! And hopefully they have the door codes worked out by then.

This house was one of our favorites we have stayed at. The house was clean and the little extras were a bonus. There were fans in each room and a well stocked kitchen- including Rubbermaid! My only feedback is the bikes need some maintenance- the gear shifters didn’t work well on any of the bikes - but the house was amazing otherwise

Great house for two families!

We loved our time at Mt Rose 2. The house is perfect for two families with its two separate living spaces. The kids could play downstairs while the adults were upstairs. Made for a peaceful weekend where everyone was happy! All amenities were provided and we were never wanting. Thanks for the great weekend!

Better than home!

This place was so cozy, comfortable and spacious! The kitchen was very well equipped (better than my own). Loved having the multiple living rooms, bikes for use, ping pong, foosball, snow play gear. It was just the perfect place to gather with family and relax in the house and enjoy the outdoors nearby. Plus, the property management was the best ever! They had personalized welcome packages for the kids and the dog. It's going to be hard going to other places after experiencing this one!

June 2017 Stay

This was a very nice house, really nice layout and separation of rooms, and the deck was awesome (so big, with great seating options; very comfortable chairs). Nice, updated kitchen with comfortable bar seating, and the living room was very comfortable as well; it was a great house for enjoying dinner with the family, cocktails on the deck, then retiring to the comfy couches for tv at night. It's on a very quiet street with plenty of space between neighboring houses. Super easy walk or bike ride to the north store which was very convenient. The Village and restaurants are a few minutes drive away (or if you have the energy for a pretty long bike ride, it's doable). There are a lot of stairs in the house, so it's not ideal for elderly. The air conditioning wasn't working when we got there but Bennington was quick to send help and repair it; they are always very responsive- best management company in Sunriver (and we've stayed with several over the years).

Great house for a larger group!

Great three bedroom, three and one half bath house. Bedrooms are nicely divided on two levels. Generous kitchen open to dining and living room. Family room with additional entertaining space downstairs. Deck is huge! Bikes and game tables in the garage. Our extended family had a great time. House is well appointed with all you need and close to north market and access to hwy 97.
