Family reunion

Very good location for access to Pigeon Forge attractions. We had a big crew and the house provided nice eating and activity areas. Beds were not ver comfortable, and some furniture upgrades would help. Outside of that it is a very good place to stay. It has plenty of room and each bedroom has a bathroom. The kitchens have plenty of refrigerators and and a freezer. The BBQ grills could use a little TLC and you may want to bring a long snout lighter to get them going. The pool is just down the street and easy to access. If you have a lot of cars uou may have a parking issue but down the hill about 350 yards there is more parking, you just may need to shuffle and shuttle little.

Family Vacation

Older house that had Overall nice layout design on all three floors. Lots of fun in the playroom as always The AC on the basement level was not working so people either froze or burned up. Had the great maintenance team out on three occasions to try to fix the system it it kept not working well The AC on the third floor only worked on one side which was ok. The other two rooms on the left side were like a sauna. The maintenance team brought out a portable unit but we could not use it due to the window design. Had a great sun room that had large picnic tables and enough room for the whole family. The dual kitchens were a plus for a group our size. The living room couches need updating as they are very uncomfortable to sit on Beds were all comfortable

Family Reunion

I was looking for a place where my family could be at one location. This place was above and beyond what I actually expected. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. There were 39 in our party, The place was roomy and accommidated each age level. Most of the tourist attractions were within 4 miles from our location. I would reccomend this pace to anyone whom is looking for a vacation place for a Family Reunion, or any other family gathering.

The stay was GREAT!!! The only thing was in one of the room the ceiling was leaking but overall the stay was wonderful. the manger was very nice. we really enjoyed stay there. they everything we needed and more. Must do it again!!!!

Perfection

Held our family reunion this past weekend (Nov 13-16) and boy were we happy with our accommodations. Plenty of room to keep distance, bedrooms with attached baths roomy and clean, linens provided in great supply, two great kitchens, the game room, theater room; all were greatly enjoyed. We will return next year for sure. So much to see and do in the area.

Cousin reunion

Excellent experience!! From the beginning this management company was outstanding. Always answered their phone, and got back with me with answers to my questions if they did not have the answers on the spot. The lodge was beautiful! Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Our family had not had a reunion for 40 years, and never had a cousins reunion. We had a super time catching up and reconnecting with one another all under one roof! I recommend this company.

PERFECT for Family Reunion!!

I hosted my family reunion at this property and it was absolutely PERFECT! The top three features that stood out to me were: 1) the spacious inside picnic table area, which comfortably accommodated my entire family reunion party of 32 people; 2) the convenience of having two kitchens; and 3) the four master bedrooms on the main floor, which were ideal for the elderly members of our group. We did need to call the maintenance team for a clogged bathroom sink. They appeared in record time and fixed the problem right away! Highly recommend!"

We could not have asked for much more. It was perfect for our large group. Each bedroom had a comfortable bed and soft linens, with baths en suite for plenty of privacy. Having 2 kitchens was also great for the different cooks and families. The kitchens were so nicely stocked with plenty of nice, (not the usual scratched Teflon junk,) dishes, pots and pans, although we had to buy more dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Wonderful property to walk around and discover, also. Thank you!

Family reunion

Property is great for large groups but needs some work. Many of the rooms were warm because AC was not working… maintenance came out and needed to “order a part”. No balls for foosball or sand for the shuffleboard so don’t expect much out of the game room. Hot tubs don’t operate the way they should. Pool is run down.

Perfect for Our Group

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We certainly enjoyed our stay at Oak Tree Lodge! It was large enough to accommodate our youth group very comfortably. The cabin was spacious and had most of the amenities needed. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early due to the winter storm approaching. We did, however, have issues with some of the tubs not draining properly, light bulbs out, dirt on the sheets of one bed and the heat was not working in one of the downstairs rooms. Also, the cabin is somewhat dated but still very nice and perfect if you are bringing a large group! We will consider using Oak Tree Lodge and Eden Crest for our student retreat again next year!

Our stay

We had our yearly marriage retreat and booked this cabin for 20 people. It definitely had the space that we needed and the accommodations were what we needed. The only issue we had was with bugs, I had big black ants in our room and a couple of other people had found spiders. I know we are in a wooded area, however for the safety of the guests they may need to spray for these insects. Other than this we enjoyed our stay. I am also disappointed that we didn’t receive our free tickets for outside attractions during our stay. I did call later after our stay to see if it ever was sent and was told I would have received it. I asked if it could be sent again to see what it looked like because I never saw anything. When she sent it, I checked all of my email mailboxes and I never got it until the day I asked. I wanted to know if we could get future tickets since we didn’t receive them during our stay and I was told no, there was nothing they could do. This is disappointing, Our church paid over $4000 for this chalet and one ticket or two, still would of been something. I appreciate the maintenance coming out to explain why hot air was coming from the vents other than cool air. I was able to get that issue fixed.

Great Stay

Booked for our wedding reception. We loved that 15 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms were very accommodating. We had a blast with pool and shuffleboard as well as the other games. The teenagers love the movie room! Perfect place!

This house proved to be all and more needed to hold this gathering. The rooms were spacious and all had king bed suites and two well equipped kitchens and a large game room for kids with plenty of bunk beds to accommodate them. You could get lost in this house

Family reunion paradise

We held our large family reunion at this home. We had more than enough room for our family of 40+ and the small tikes really enjoyed watching their favorite Disney films in the amazing home theater. The small boys appreciated the expanse of room in the activity room to play with their trucks. All the adults enjoyed gathering in the living room to talk and relax. The community pool is down the hill from the house and was enjoyed by all. The only problems we encountered were that only one of the 2 hot tubs was working and we never did find the roll-away beds. With regard to those cots, I am certain that Eden Crest would have found us some if we had pressed the issue. All-in-all, this place was excellent for our large family and we are likely to return ever other year!

Nice property for large groups

The location and amenities of this property were perfect for our group. Lodge was clean and well stocked, however there is room for improvement on the maintenance side of things. The most noticeable thing was the Kitchen vinyl was ripped and pealing up right at staircase entrance which posed a serious trip hazard down the staircase to the lower level. Other than a few issues like this everything was perfect for our stay and I highly recommend it.
