Makuuhuoneet
Yläkerrassa sijaitsevassa yhdestä kahdesta Master-sviitistä on merinäköala, kansi, queen-vuode, TV ja oma kylpyhuone. Aulan toisella puolella on toinen makuuhuone, jossa 2 erillistä vuodetta ja kolmas makuuhuone, jossa queen-vuode, sijaitsee ruokasalin vieressä. Huomaa, että tämä kuningatar makuuhuone rakennettiin alun perin ruokasalin poispäin eikä ole täysin suljettu.

Yläkerrassa on neljäs makuuhuone, jossa queen-sänky ja toinen pääsviitti, josta on henkeäsalpaavat merinäköalat, Cal-king-vuode, erillinen sänky ja oma kylpyhuone. Extended family fishing trip

The house was clean, welcoming and comfortable for our group of 12. The easy walk to the beach was such a nice benefit. The kitchen was well stocked and worked well for group cooking. Highly recommend this home!

A peaceful retreat.

We were hoping for a coast getaway where my husband could work while listening to the ocean. The house felt like something from a movie, and it was idyllic. The walk to the sand was always lovely, the house was immaculate, and the kitchen had all of the utensils I needed.

Great house for the whole family

Great house for large family get together. Ideal location with short walk to the beach. Well organized and modern kitchen. Vacation rental company is very responsive. House has direct neighbors, and that was not well represented in photos of the outdoor of the home and the neighborhood has three active houses being built so we had to deal with construction noises during our visit which was not ideal. Some areas of the home are used harder than others and could use a deep clean. The hot tub was nice but needed cleaning attention. Overall a good visit and a home we would rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a family celebration. 8 adults and one dog. We love the house, we've stayed here multiple times. There were a few maintenance items that need attention, but nothing that impeded our fun. They have everything you would need to host a family dinner, fun activities in the garage, lawn chairs, kites, and a bed for everyone! We especially enjoyed the hot tub. Love this place, we will be back again someday!

We had deer grazing in the beach grass in the mornings and wonderful sunsets each evening. The houses are nice, well maintained, and had a nice assortment of beach toys to use while there.The location is quite a ways up the peninsula, but that meant that it was completely quiet and peaceful. The location is near the small town of Ocean Park which has a grocery store, a couple cafes, and Eric Wiegardt's art studio (which I recommend seeing).

The property management team were incredibly helpful and friendly, as well as easy to communicate with. Very well stocked kitchen for those who like to cook while vacationing.One thing that I would offer as feedback, the fees get a bit obnoxious such as:The garbage fee ($80 if you have more garbage then fits in the can)The late check out fee ($50 every hour after 10am)$50 Pet fee per dog per dayI’m sure there is a good reason for the fees, just felt a little nickel and dimey. Really wanted to make sure we got the $500 deposit back so we spent a good few hours the last night and morning of trying to clean the place as best we could as opposed to relaxing because we weren’t sure what the cleaning fee covered. Again had a great stay, but hard to fully relax when it came to the end of the trip.

Loved our stay with a few needed adjustments.

The house was great and a beautiful location. There are a few things about the house that need attention. The AC was not really getting cool, we couldn't find the back porch light switch (labeling light switches might be helpful), there was sand in the living room couches and chairs, left side of toaster did not work, coffee table was very wobbly, refrigerator light needs to be replaced, there was missing window screens and one missing sliding screen door, the back porch sliding screen was stuck open, the BBQ grill door fell off, there was two empty propane tanks for the grill (we were not able to grill on Thursday night). I texted the maintenance guy for propane and he said that he was not available and I had to go to the store to pick up propane. All these things should be easily addressed. We did however, have a wonderful time during our stay. Thank you. I met the owner and he was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve rented places on the Pacific coast for 25 years, at least twice a year, and this was the worst ever. Though there are no houses between it and the beach, it’s a 3/8 mile hike through dunes and grasses and pricklies. No view from main floor. One bedroom uninhabitable due to openness to rest of house and big, uncovered windows. Not clean and in disrepair. All blinds inoperable. Mattress pad had blood on it—we found when stripping bed. Yuck. Cleaners had to have seen it. And refrigerator broke—manager unhelpful, even rude. Spent days without. We still loved being at the beach all together, but paid a lot for house and it wasn’t good.

Labor Day Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice home, although for the money, it is a bit aged and needs some nicer decor. Plenty of eating spaces. The kitchen was very wonderful for cooking and eating. We had three groups and the upstairs had a tv/game place for kids to be. Also one family was upstairs which gave us all privacy. There are four bathrooms which was a luxury. I don’t think we will rent again because the price per night and the extra costs were shocking when I saw the total. I could have traveled to Europe for a week on what this cost for three nights. The management team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responded to my questions very quickly. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the sand area near the house was a great play area for the kids, even though it is shared with the neighbor home. Stickers were a problem, but we were warned by management team, so we were careful to keep shoes outside. Bathrooms were all new and very, very nice. Kids went in to Long Beach to the arcade and for ice cream. They had a great time. Also, there is a great grocery store in Ocean Park so we didn’t have to suffer the congestion of Long Beach.

Great large home on the beach

Large, home with lots of room to spread out. We loved the location right on the beach. It was a quiet, upscale neighborhood, very safe. The weather was unseasonably warm - we would have benefited from ceiling fans or even portable fans in the bedrooms. It has air conditioning, but it did not seem to cool the place down very much or very quickly. Most of the time, the coast is not this warm, so you may not run into this issue.. The kitchen was large and well stocked and there was a BBQ grill available. We loved the big dining table to eat together. We loved the table tennis and basketball hoops in the garage. The table tennis needs a few more paddles. There were only two and they were pretty beat up. The beach was uncrowded. Nearly deserted on the weekdays, but a few more people on the weekends. It was a great place to try surf fishing and look for crabs. We ran on the beach every day. Saw a few seals in the water as well. It is dog friendly, but we did not bring any dogs this trip. We noticed a few dog hairs in our clothing after sitting on the berber carpet - its hard to get all the dog hair even with thorough vacuuming. The place was spotless otherwise -- it smelled clean and fresh. Lots of towels for bathing and beach use. Hot tub was nice and clean. This was a great place to stay - we loved it! We would come back every year if we could!

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was incredible for five adults and four kids. The game room was a big hit and the play room upstairs was also nice. More than enough space for us and the location was great. A few updates I'd recommend: a couple of the beds were uncomfortable (a couple of adults experienced back pain), make sure to bring outdoor shoes because the backyard is covered in goat head stickers, and the washer required a couple of runs to get it to work properly.

My large group of friends very much enjoyed our stay in this comfy and well-stocked house. Close proximity to the beach is a real plus. And the communication and responsiveness was excellent.

Prompt responses appreciated with garbage cans and remote control. House was big, clean except multiple stains on carpet, needs professional cleaning downstairs. 3 people commented how hard upstairs master bed was, unable to sleep comfortably. One couple moved sleeping pads onto bed.hot tub was great, clean and well maintained. With new construction next door a lattice fence for nominal privacy would have been nice. Thank you for good supply of towels for hot tub and bathrooms. Limited hand towels so we put kitchen towels in bathrooms as needed. Thank you for all of your support. Check out time mix up was only issue besides dirty grill.

It was okay

The kitchen appliances are outdated and old. The pots and pans were dirty. The kitchen drawers are disorganized. The WiFi was problematic to connect.It took 1-2 hours after arrival to fix the wifi. There was no kitchen sponge. There were urine spots on the carpet all over the house. The living room is spacious and I like the large dining table/chairs in the front room.

Wonderful Family Time!

We had a fantastic vacation week in this house. Excellent location, quiet, dark skies at night, fun sand volleyball court and game garage. Overall, everything was very enjoyable. Managers were very accessible via text. We appreciated the spaciousness of the place, toy area for the kids, the large porch, and the two large tables that could handle all of us for meals and also for our games/puzzles/crafts. There was even an extra refrigerator for all our fizzy drinks and a sweet old piano (although she could use a tuning). One less star for the housekeepers since the previous vacationers left a dirty diaper behind, but that wasn't too big of a deal. Thank you for letting us enjoy your special place!

Holiday gathering of family

This property worked out great for our Christmas season gathering of our spread-out family. Members came from St. Paul, Minn., Montreal, Quebec, Vancouver, BC, Kelowna, BC, Salt Lake City, UT, Bothell, WA, and Vancouver, WA. Accommodations and location were excellent. Our younger members enjoyed swimming in the ocean, followed by warmup in the heated spa. Also, many members enjoyed walks on the beach,All and all we totally enjoyed this property and the friendly cooperation of the property managers.

+Horrible Customer Service

Multiple things wrong with the property and other than getting a run around nothing was done to correct them. 1) smoke detector going off for low battery. Anyone inspecting the property would have heard it. No inspection was done. Told there were batteries to correct it none found. 2) crushed beer can under end table. Easily seen. Either cleaning service was drinking or ineffective at picking up trash. Again makes me question your inspection procedures. 3) hot tub stopped working on second day. Long conversation with "help desk" was useless. Told hot tub was serviced Wednesday but stopped worked Wednesday afternoon. Hot tub was one of the main reasons for renting this property for family use. Went without for 5 days. 4) dryer clogged with sand. Dryer barely worked. error messages check lint filter and air vent. Started and stopped often to clear errors. Again, customer gave me the run around, I.E directing me to check the GFI and reset it, FYI there is no GFI on a dryer with 220 volt service. 5) layers of dirt/grime. Behind furniture and spaces with limited access there were layers of dirt and grime from months or more without cleaning. 6) called/emailed 35 days out to change dates and was denied even though your policy states 30 days.

Beautiful home for gatherings

The house was absolutely beautiful . It was great having 4 full bathrooms with 12 people. The game room was a lot of fun. We had several Foose ball and ping pong tournaments. There were 2 refrigerators and plenty of room in the pantry. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was a great location with a great view from the upstairs.

Great for families

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed plus the bonus of the sand/volleyball court in the back, easy walk (.15 miles) to the beach, hot tub, and fun games in the garage and toy/play area upstairs. We were blessed with great weather during our stay, but I know we would have still had fun had we been stuck inside. If we had questions, we received quick responses. The location was great too-It's a short drive to town (about 10 minutes), where there are several great restaurant and food cart options. Grocery stores are even closer about 5-minutes north. I highly recommend this place for a big family with kids or a group of friends with kids.
