Kysy hienoista meriseikkailumme lisensoidulla STCW-sertifioidulla kapteenilla Kid !!! Paras hinnoittelu kaupungissa pÀivÀretkillÀ merelle. Snorklaus, sukellus, saaretutkimus, kilpikonnametsÀstys (saalis ja vapauta) tai kalastus kaikki kÀytettÀvissÀ olevat.
Talo on rakennettu vanhaan siirtomaa-saaren arkkitehtoniseen tyyliin.
Talossa on 3 makuuhuonetta ylÀkerrassa, jokaisella on oma kylpyhuone. PÀÀlliköllÀ on king-vuode, ja se on kohti rantaa ja valtamerta liukuisella lasiovella, joka johtaa ulos parvekkeelle. Kaksi muuta parisÀnkyÀ, jokaisella on oma kylpyhuone.
Alakerrassa löydÀt talossa on suuri olohuone ja keittiö yhdessÀ, 10 jalkaa katolla, josta on upeat nÀkymÀt merelle ja rannalle. 2 liukuvaa lasiovea, jotka johtavat ulos kuistille, jota seuraa 500 neliön kannen kansi. Alakerrassa on myös toinen makuuhuone, jossa tÀysi sÀnky ja toinen kylpyamme ja pyykki.
PÀÀstÀksesi saarelle lennet Pohjois-Eleutheran lentokentÀlle. LentokentÀn koodi on ELH. JÀrjestÀmme kuljetus lentokentÀltÀ saarelle kuljetusyhtiön kanssa. Hinta on vain 15 dollaria aikuista kohti sekÀ maa- ettÀ vesitaksilla, ja se kestÀÀ noin 10 minuutin taksilla, jota seuraa 10 minuutin lauttamatka. Joku tapaa sinut lauttasatamalla ja vie sinut taloon.
Lennot ovat helposti saatavilla Miamista, Fort LauderdalestÀ, Atlantasta ja Nassausta. Saarta palvelevat lentoyhtiöt ovat Delta, American, United Silver Airways ja Bahamas Air. We love everything about Spanish Wells and this rental was gorgeous. Everything you could possibly need was provided and Jodi was so personable and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would not hesitate to stay here again and as a bonus he provides charter services and we had a great and adventurous day out on his boat!

Paradise Found

During our first visit to Spanish Wells in 2024 we learned 2 things. 1st, was that we were certain to return because it's such an amazing place, and 2nd, when we returned we wanted to stay at this cottage. Our recent stay with our family in February 2025, was literally a dream come true. The location on the beach, the gorgeous grounds, the sandy trails, the comfortable and roomy accommodations, the paddle-boards, the kayaks, the bikes, the golf cart, the raft, the beach chairs, the groomed sand, etc. all add up to the best place in Spanish Wells to create lasting memories! Beach walkers were often stopping and marveling at all the amenities we had at our fingertips. It's been a week since our return and we can't get over how wonderful our week was. We've learned over the last 2 years that Spanish Wells finds a place in the hearts of all who visit. Thanks Jody and family for providing this outstanding cottage. We will be back!

Best VRBO ever

Jody and his wife are top shelf all the way! We felt as if we were in a 4 star resort at a fraction of the price. The house and location are phenomenal, the service from picking you up at the airport to arranging excursions, to making sure your section of beach is clean every morning was amazing. I swear Jody was at our place to respond to a question within two minutes of sending the text. The best overall Experience we have had at a rental ever. Thanks Pinders for an awesome time.

Great House in Spanish Wells

Had a wonderful in this house in Spanish Wells. I traveled with 12 adults and 3 infants and also rented the property next door Ocean Dreams. Every day the beach was set up with chairs and loungers. There was also covered areas available for those that wanted to get out of the sun. Jody and Tara had the best beach set up of any of the houses on the island. The house was immaculate, and everything was as described. We have stayed on the island before and these were definitely the best houses we have stayed in. The owners are locals, so they were available if we needed anything. They have an awesome landscaped area in front of the houses that they were setting up for Christmas.

Beautiful place and great hosts!

Summer Sunset is a spectacular property, and Jody and Tara were such accommodating hosts. The property has everything needed for a great vacation! From meeting is at the dock when we arrived on Spanish Wells, they handled our transportation to the property and got us back to the dock upon departure. Any questions or needs that arose were answered immediately.

Excellent relaxing beach property

Jody and Tara are fantastic hosts, we have returned to Summer Sunset for eight years and thoroughly enjoyed every year. The close proximity to the beach chairs is our favorite morning coffee spot. There is a well supplied kitchen and nice deck for evening lounging. Our grandchildren loved miles of great sand beaches. My current health conditions won't allow us to return next year though we hope to return again the following.

Wonderful Stay at Christmas 🎄

We enjoyed our stay at Captain Jodie and Tara’s beach house - they always have great hospitality! The house is very roomy, tastefully decorated and has a very well equipped kitchen. The views of the beach are stunning, especially from the second floor master bedroom. The beach setup is great with plenty of chairs and includes kayaks. Be sure to go on a boat charter with Captain Kid and Son - so much fun.

Amazing

Me and my husband stayed here for 1 week and already can’t wait to go back! It was our favorite vacation. Tara was such a great host and made everything so easy from meeting us at the dock to help with our luggage to responding to every question we had so quickly. The house was perfect and had everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed the floating docks and kayaks and the beach is absolutely gorgeous! We can’t wait to visit again!

Book this house

Book this house and you won't be disappointed! Right on the beach with a gradual slope into the ocean was a perfect introduction for our toddler children. Plus there are barely any people around, so you will feel like you are on your own private island. This is our second time staying here and we will be back again as quickly as we can. The hosts (Tara & Capt. Jody) are super-professional and very accommodating. Everything was taken care of and the island is amazing, very easy to get to, and with a large grocery store plus excellent bars/restaurants, you will not want to leave!

Beautiful vacation spot

Our family of 8 enjoy this house and location very much. The house and beach setup were very nice. We enjoyed the floating dock, chairs under the shade screen and hammocks. Owners were quick to respond to our questions. We’d definitely stay here again.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else at this point. Beach front access, beautiful home. Wonderful amenities for adults and kids right in front of the house. Highly recommend!

My First time staying at a VRBO property

It was paradise! Having never rented a house I was so grateful that the hosts were so hands on. They met us at the ferry dock with our golf cart. They handled our luggage and let us follow them to the beach house. The house was spacious and immaculate, I have never seen such a well stocked kitchen with every dish, cup , pot, pan and utensil you could wish for. The outside deck was so large and had a gas grill. The views of the beach and water were amazing from the upstairs balcony. They had a full set up on the beach with lots of chairs and chaise lounges. They also had two kayaks for our use. We enjoyed paddling around the tiny uninhabited islands in front of the unit. I didn’t want to leave this paradise and I hope to stay here in the future. Also the hosts were kind enough to make all our transportation arrangements to the airport upon our departure.

Amazing

We had such a wonderful stay over Christmas with our kids. The house and yard were decorated beautifully for the holiday, the house was clean and very well stocked and organized and the location is up notch. The beach was outfitted with plenty of lounge chairs to relax for the day and the kids loved playing with the kayaks and paddle board. At night the cafe lights down by the beach added the most perfect touch. We had a wonderful stay and cannot say enough about how perfect this house was.

2023 New Year

This property is fantastic! It is very comfortable and is represented accurately. The views are amazing and the location is perfect. Access to what seems to be an almost private beach is a 100ft walk away! Property has end-of-road privacy but is still very close to various restaurants, grocery, and harbour activities. Hosts are very easy to contact and are willing to help with questions regarding the property on anything else to improve your stay. We used one of their other houses on our first stay in Spanish Wells and this one was even better.

Great trip!!

From landing at ELH to enjoying the house everything was perfect!! Jody and Tara do a great job of arranging all transportation. There were 10 in our party ranging from 72 yrs old to 9 and they handled us all with ease. We rented 2 houses for our group and everything was fabulous. The beach set up had everything we needed also! We love Eleuthera but Spanish Wells was a real gem. Easy for our larger party to get around and run to the grocery or out to eat. We loved wreckers for lunch and papa scoops for dessert. The island was decorated so fun for Christmas. Tara and Jody also decorated there property decorated, so fun! Someone mentioned how nice it is to rent from someone on the island and that statement stands very true. The Pinder family does it right. Can’t wait to come back!

My name is Jody Pinder and my wife Tara Pinder are natives to the Island and have lived here all our lives. I spent 30 years in the local lobster fishing industry where I was captain of one of the local fishing boats for 20 years and now manages a few rental properties on the Beach, SummerSunset and Ocean Dreams. I also now own and operate a local tour company Named Capt. Kid & Son Charters. we will be happy to take you out on a boat tour to see the swimming pigs, swim with turtles, visit secluded beaches , do some fishing etc. with this company. All tours are private and customize for every customer.
My wife Tara is a Dog groomer on the Island and helps me manage the properties. We have 3 kids all grown and out of the house now. We have owned and managed the Beach Houses now for the last few years. Ocean Dreams for 15 years and Summer Sunset for 7 years. We will ensure all of your needs are taken care of on the island and make the arrangements to get you from the airport to the house and back to the airport If you have any questions about us please refer to the reviews on Ocean Dreams and Summer Sunset beach cottages. We have just built this house in 2019 and 2 others as well Green Turtle Cottage and Turtle Shell Cottage completing on Nov 6 2019. All 3 new houses have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath.

My wife and I were both born on the island and have lived here our entire lives. We always wanted to own a beach property. This finally became a reality in 2007. A few years later we built our first House Ocean Dreams. we now have 5 houses on the property with the last 3 being completed in December 2020.

The property is located on Spanish Wells North Side beach very close to all the shops and restaurants yet is of the beaten path and out of the hustle and bustle of daily life on the Island. Very peaceful and relaxing with spectacular white sand beach with a hint of pink through it. Great swimming and very kid friendly.
