Kaikki pyörremyrsky Michaelin aiheuttamat vähäiset vauriot on korjattu, ja olemme valmiita teitä pysymään St. George Island! (Katso kuvaus alareunassa olevasta huomautuksesta saadaksesi tällä hetkellä tarjoamiasi alennuksia.) Sea Dunes on mahtava rantahotelli yksinoikeudella Plantation-yhteisössä St. George Island. Lähes kaikki kodissa on uutta: uusi lämmitetty uima-allas, uusi kylpylä, uudet huonekalut, uudet keittiökalusteet jne. Sea Dunes -huoneistossa on king-sviitti, kuningatar-makuuhuone ja pari kerrossänkyä, joissa on täydet vuoteet pohjassa ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Sea Dunesillä on myös kaksi hyvin varustettua kylpyhuonetta. Sea Dunesillä on erittäin suuri kansi rannan puolella suojatulla alueella, jossa voit nauttia aamiaisen, lounaan tai illallisen. Seulotun alueen yläpuolella voit viedä kierreportaat ylimääräiselle kannelle, josta saat vielä paremmat näkymät merelle ja saada jonkin verran säteitä. Uskomme, että Sea Dunes on paras ranta-arvo St. George Island.

Sea Dunes on koristeltu nykyaikaisella rannateemalla kaikkialla, ja kuten edellä mainittiin, melkein kaikki mitä kosketat, on uutta. Kodissa on puulattiat koko oleskelutilassa ja laatta kylpyhuoneissa ja keittiössä. Keittiö on suuri ja siinä on kahdeksan istuimet ruokapöydässä. Lisäksi erittäin suuressa avoimessa olohuoneessa on myös neljä muuta. Olohuoneessa on 50-tuumainen LCD-TV DirecTV: llä, blu-ray-soittimella ja äänipalkilla. Kolmessa neljästä makuuhuoneesta on myös LCD-televisio ja DirecTV, jossa on 42-tuumainen televisio makuuhuoneessa.

Ulkona voit nauttia uima-altaasta (lisämaksusta lämmitetty) ja porealtaasta, jossa on iso hiiligrilli ja istuimet ulkona. Kotiin kuuluu myös ulkosuihku ja kalanpuhdistusasema sekä runsaasti pysäköintitilaa kodin alla. Kotiin kuuluu myös "dyynikävely", jossa voit kävellä oleskelualueelle ja puhua tai katsella aaltoja. 'Sea Dunes' rajoittaa myös rantatietä rantaan, joten et löydä lyhyempää kävelyä rantaan plantaatiosta.

Koska Sea Dunes sijaitsee plantaasissa, voit myös nauttia kahdesta uima-altaasta (yksityisen uima-altaan lisäksi), tenniskentistä, kuntokeskuksesta ja suuresta kokoontumisalueesta erityistilaisuuksiin. Plantaatiossa on myös 5 mailia pyörä- / kävelyreittejä ja pääsy "Bob Sikes Cut" -elokuvalle Meksikonlahden parhaista kalastuksista.

Tavoitteenamme on tehdä Sea Dunes parhaasta rannan arvosta St. George Island sekä paras mahdollinen kokemus vuokralaisillemme. Työskentelemällä suoraan omistajan kanssa (vuokratoimistojen sijaan) voit säästää satoja dollareita ja poistaa keskitason miehen. (Huomaa: Saadaksesi mainitut saatavilla olevat alennukset, napsauta "Lähetä viesti" -painiketta VRBO-sivullamme, pyydä alennusta ja kysy mahdollisia kysymyksiä.)

Jos et halua uima-altaan lämmittämistä loman aikana, ota meihin yhteyttä. Valitettavasti 20. elokuuta 2019 alkaen meidän on pakko veloittaa "hallinnollinen maksu". Great getaway

We had a fantastic family vacation staying in this rental. The private pool was an added bonus and came in handy when it was too windy to be on the beach. You should definitely rent this house if you want relaxation. Very quiet and secluded.

Fabulously peaceful!

Great place for the 10 of us to camp here comfortably. Spacious, well appointed and quiet. A little bit of a hike to get over the dune via the boardwalk but, overall, this is a great location to get away from it all. Highly recommend!

WORTH EVERY MILE OF THE TRIP!!!

Sea Dunes was perfect for us and we made the most of our trip! The owners were a pleasure to work with. Location was great and the family very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub! This was our first time staying in the plantation and, beside the amenities that afforded, it had a feeling of privacy and seclusion. Everything we needed was on the island. There’s a beach within 45 minutes of our homes, but it can’t hold a candle to SGI!

Great location in the Plantation

Over all very nice. Pretty private. Could have had more towels and the soaps for bathing and dish washing was rather poor quality. The beds did have a bit of sand in them but it is the beach. Be advised the path to the beach is a bit of a trek. The private walk to the dunes is very nice. It would be nice to have a table/umbrella for the back deck as it’s too hot in the summer. There is a nice screened in back porch and widow’s walk.

No bells or whistles

Or rugs which was great since we had dogs. One set of towels per person. No extra towels in 2nd bathroom. No garbage disposal. Must be able to walk up and down 71 steps (yes I counted) to get to beach. Good luck if you have older knees or hips or carrying umbrella or chairs. EXAMINE PICTURES CLOSLY! It is not an easy walk to beach and views of beach limited from house ( unless you climb up circular stairs off porch). There is a walkway to sitting area behind dunes which is nice but not private. Owners are quick to respond and addressed issues quickly.

Home was not clean, kitchen was poorly stocked with old and stained cookware and dish towels (only had one dish towel and two dish cloths). Coffee maker didn’t work. Looked as if the owners went to a garage sale or second hand store and purchased the furnishings, the kitchen appliances, and cookware. Bathroom shower wouldn’t drain so you stood in dirty water while showering. Closets had three bent wire clothes hangers to use. Master bedroom had no blankets - just an old, heavy, and dirty bedspread. The kid’s bedroom had two blankets in the top of the closet that had to be washed before we could use them. Basically, we saved for three months for this trip and thought we were going to a luxury home. Very disappointed.

Peaceful family vacation

We all loved the place it was very beautiful the beach was breathtaking. This was the first time my teenagers had seen the ocean and they we thrilled with the waves and sea shells. The crows nest had a great morning view as we drank our coffee and visited. At night from the crows nest the stars were so bright my kids loved it Having a private pool and Hot tub was great for my family We would take this vacation anytime.

See dunes at Sea Dunes

This property was a perfect retreat for our family of 5. It is very easy to access and provides easy beachfront access. The crow's nest deck on the top of the dune gives you an unbelievable view of the beach and sunrise every morning. Additionally, being in the St. George Island Plantation neighborhood is incredibly peaceful.

Great Family Trip

The house is great. Nice large kitchen and living space for a large family. We spent a good deal of time on the "crow's nest" watching the sunrise and sunsets as that is the best way to see the ocean with the large dune at the main level. One more bathroom would have been nice with 8 adults but we made it work. And the beds were all extremely comfortable.

Beachside location for perfect Family Fun

First of all - communication by the owners/property managers is outstanding. Krista is a straight forward and direct communicator with firm rules, but also ensures the property is in great shape. We loved the location and the beach. The pool is smaller than it looks on the pictures, but a perfect addition for anyone getting a little tired of the beach. However, the beach is so perfect that it is hard to get tired of it. Super Sand, Great Sunsets, sooo much space on the beach. The house is clean, set up well for 8 people, a little tight for 10, but workable. Kitchen is well stocked and any chef will be able to whip up a great meal. the deck is great and the views from the pirates nest and dune deck are awesome. SGI is a fantastic place to check out from the daily stress and we definitely will be back. Thanks Krista and Jonathan for a great house/vacation experience.

Lovely Family Stay

This house was wonderful for our family of six. Kitchen was stocked with every possible gadget, great appliances, CLEAN, modern bathrooms, fresh towels, comfortable beds, and gorgeous view of ocean from eagles nest. *Note- the walkway to the beach is quick BUT lots of stairs. If you have a heavy cooler or any elderly or with disabilities, the stairs will definitely be an issue. Just FYI but the Plantation and this house was safe and quiet and all around lovely. Owners were very communicative and friendly. We will be back!

Perfect beach getaway

Lovely house in a central location on St George island. Pool is a great size and the hot tub an added bonus. The kids loved going between the pool and the beach. Owners were very responsive when we had questions both before and during the trip.

Beach to ourselves

This was our first time to SGI. The Sea Dunes home has a beautiful modern kitchen with all the amenities. There is a private wooden walkway to the top of the dunes where there is a beautiful sitting area were we had coffee every morning. The area is quiet and definitely not crowded. Exactly what we were looking for.

Lovely home!

We had a great stay at Sea Dunes. The house was open and had great natural lighting. The private boardwalk to a sitting area near the sand dunes is a perfect place to watch the stars. You can see the milky way in the evening, and the crow's nest provided a perfect area to watch lightning storms over the ocean. We were very happy to find a closed in porch area, great place to eat without bugs getting in the way. The pool is awesome, we were thrilled to have one in our literal front yard. The kitchen is amazing, so much counter space and everything you need to cook at the house. We felt like we were the only people in the area. It was amazing to look down the beach and see nothing but beach and wildlife. Fishing from the house is great! We caught a number of fish, sting rays and we saw a ton of ghost crabs and dolphins jumping out of the water. If you want a nice secluded area, this is the house for you. It is still so close to town, the location is very convenient. We had the best contact with the homeowners throughout the booking process. Response time from them was always prompt. We had a slight issue at the beginning of the trip due to a broken board in the boardwalk, ten minutes after I sent the homeowners an email, the plantation maintenance team was already fixing it. Thank you for opening your house to us, everything was set up perfectly for us.

Wonderful stay!

Krista and Jonathan were wonderful hosts at their property on St George Island. The house is in a beautiful setting with perfect amenities for a family. It is located on one of the best lots in the Plantation, with easy access to the resort pool, beach, and trails. We were lucky enough to have the beach almost entirely to ourselves, which is just steps from the house. The private pool and hot tub were also very much enjoyed by our kids. We found SGI to be extremely friendly and welcoming, with local flair that can't be found in much of Florida. One word of caution, however, pack bug repellent because the no-see-ums are prevalent!

Sea Dunes is a lovely house beautifully situated on the gulf and surrounded by dunes with natural and varied foliage. One has immediate access to the waterfront but can also enjoy the setting. It's at the end of a cul-de-sac so the neighbors are not close, and the privacy is nice and quiet. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils of all kinds. There were plenty of fresh clean white linens. Everything in the house worked properly and there were no disappointments. The owners were most accommodating and flexible; we arrived one day earlier than planned. We much appreciated that the house and owners are pet-friendly. Our stay was sadly interrupted by Hurricane Michael but we enjoyed our time there and would go again.

We love getting away to St. George Island to enjoy the sun and the sand. We love the quiet beach and the sense of community on the island. Every time we go to St. George Island, we wish we never had to leave. We hope you can enjoy Sea Dunes and "St. George Island Beach Vacations" like we do.

We have vacationed with our family at St. George Island for several years. This is our second rental home and you can tell from our other listing (Sand Dollar - #393114) that we pour everything into it to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone. Because the feedback on our first home has been so positive, we chose to try it all again. This time it was our goal to purchase a beachfront home to accommodate those looking to be right on the water. We have taken pride in Sand Dollar and you can be assured that Sea Dunes will not be any different.
