Tarjoamme yksityisen rannalla sijaitsevan kodimme vuokraamiseksi harvalle erottelevalle vieraalle, joka haluaa jättää kaiken taakse. Herää Karibian rauhoittaviin ääniin, viettää laatuaikaa tärkeiden muiden kanssa tai perheen kanssa ja nauti monista vesiurheilulajeista tai vain rauhoita sielusi hienon turkoosi-meren näkymillä ja äänillä.

Täysin kalustetussa kolmen makuuhuoneen, kolmen kylpyammeen monitasoisessa kodissa on panoraamanäkymät kaikista huoneista ja palatsien terasseilta. Yksityinen ranta turmeltumattomalla paikalla on snorklausta, sukellusta, melontaa ja uintia varten.

Gourmet-keittiössä on marmori tiskit ja kulinaariset astiat. Ruokailutila sisältää upean graniittipöydän hienoa ruokailua varten. Sekä romanttinen etupalapa että meripuolipalapa ovat käytettävissä ruokailuun. Kaikki kolme makuuhuonetta ovat ilmastoituja. Kaikki sängyt ovat Sealy Posturpedic-patjoja, joissa on kaikki puuvillalakanat. Mittatilaustyönä tehdyt huonekalut, verhot ja päiväpeitteet. Better than we could have imagined!
Our family stayed at the Casa Playa Azul the first week of June, we had such a good time, we want to go back! We were warmly welcomed by the staff upon our arrival and they took excellent care of us during our stay, The house was more spacious than the pictures show. The house and surrounding grounds were well cared for. The menu options were delicious, the views and the ocean breeze were wonderful. The directions we were given to get to the house were clear and easy to follow. They helped make our drive from Cancun pretty simple. We enjoyed the privacy of having our own beach house for the week. Our family spent many hours in the pool, relaxing in the hammocks, and exploring the bay on the kayaks and paddle boards. This was a highlight of our trip. Our family of six was never bored during the week here. There is so much to do, we didn't feel a need to leave the house much. This location is close to the highway and just a few minutes to Tulum, Tulum Ruins, and other prominent areas. Xcaret and other attractions are within about 30 minutes. Many thanks to Yobani, Edith, Jose Luis, Odalis, and Gracie for their hospitality and care! We hope to return to this wonderful place for another visit someday!

Casa Playa Azul Wedding Retreat
This property has everything our family needed during our stay to celebrate the wedding festivities in Tulum. Luis and the housekeeping/cooking team were welcoming and helpful from arrival to departure. The meals were delicious and grocery service was seamless. Being on the beach with the ocean breeze and having the pool to lounge in was the best. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tulum. Gracias!

Paradise In Tulum
The house, the beach, the views - all stunning. My husband is a builder and kept admiring the beautiful construction of the house. He kept saying "They had a vision and it all works so well." We loved the separate spaces for the bedrooms, the ensuite bathrooms, and the flow of the common spaces. We moved from beautiful space to beautiful space - the dining room, the living room, the outdoor dining areas, the pool, the beach. Every day we took out the kayaks and paddled and snorkeled out on the reef where we saw amazing fish. We did not snorkel in the lagoon (wish we had,) but we had lots of water time. Lali and Grace made delicious food for us. Breakfast with Lali. Dinner with Grace. It was wonderful to spend the day in the sea and sun, and come in to a lovely dinner. Jose Luis was always available to answer questions with his warm and smiling presence. We visited two Mayan sites, floated the Mayan canal in Sian Ka'an. Mostly, we just enjoyed this very special place. We found this place through friends who have stayed there three times. We hope we will do that as well. The memory will sustain us through the winter.

Amazing Villa
We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was amazing and attended to our every need. Our favorite experience was the Mayan Cooking class. The place was comfortable and kept spotless. There are nice places to eat and grab a drink close by. We really enjoyed Casa Cenote Restaurant. We would definitely recommend for a relaxing family vacation. They exceeded our expectations and the pictures didn't do it justice.

Wonderful people, house, and meals. The home cooked Mexican food was exceptional, and the entier staff was very helpful. The only disappointment was the rockey waterfront. We found it difficult to enter the water from the property.

Can't wait to go back! Perfect rest for our family
Our stay at Casa Playa Azul was exactly what we needed. A comfortable home, a beautiful setting and plenty to do without going anywhere. We travelled with our 5 children ages 16-20 and they all found what they needed in this restful, engaging location. We found them at the pool and beach in the sun, curled with books in the hammocks, and out to sea on paddle boards. Each day we made a study of lizards, birds, fish, crabs, agouti, coati, raccoons, the cenote crocodile and the neighborhood's cats. It was an amazing location for a naturalist! We highly recommend a quick walk to the cenote at sunset to see many species of birds fly in to roost, or just after dark to shine a light on Pancho, the cenote crocodile as he soaks in the clear, shallow water near the lane. An Osprey kept frequent watch from our coconut tree. Luis, Odalis, Edith and Gracie did a wonderful job caring for the property, sharing information and making truly delicious meals. We found everything we needed, including games, puzzles, movies, books, paddle boards, kayaks and snorkeling equipment. Those who paddled out to the reef enjoyed seeing rays in the water, while snorkeling close to the house and the nearby piers brought huge schools of fish (watch where the pelicans and terns fish to experience this). It was an incredible get away for our family, and we all agree it is a destination of choice for the future. With thanks, Juan and Jennie Morris and family

Amazing house on the beach
Even better than it appears online! Nice beach with snorkeling and kayaking right outside the house. We were able to easily swim to the reef with provided lifejackets and snorkel gear. The staff was lovely and dinners delicious. What a great way to spend a week with friends!

Excellent Vacation Home!
This was a perfect home for a family vacation with adult children. The home is spotless, the beach is amazing, the location is excellent. The prepared food was delicious and Luiz’s margaritas each night were amazing! The online photos do not do the house justice.

We love it here!
We will never stay anywhere else. We have stayed here twice with our whole family and my mom stays here very time she travels to Mexico. The house is comfortable and beachy, location is central and convenient, but mainly we stay because we love Yobany, Edith, Luis and the rest of the people who work there. Also, don’t spend money on eating out - the food at the house is better than any restaurant!!

This property is perfect for adult couples or family with older children. There are 3 separate bedrooms w/en suite bathrooms, each with phenomenal views! Staff is amazing, zero complaints! Family Retirement Get-Away, a fantastic venue
About 1/2 our group retired last year so we chose a warm destination for a the congrats party. We couldn't have chosen a better locale. Lolli was fantastic as our daily cook & housekeeper. Fresh towels and linens when requested were a very nice touch. The grounds crew were always working and pleasant, leaving us do just lounge, swim, snorkel, or kayak to the reef. This property was one of few that had a natural coastline to help keep the Sargassum away so it didn't accumulate along our beach, making our stay even more enjoyable! All in all, a most positive and memorable experience. Thanks again to Lolli, Roberto, Brian, & all the others who had a hand in making this a fantastic experience!

An unforgettable and amazing experience!
We arrived and were greeted by the host family, that unbeknownst to us we would grow to deeply care about. It is very obvious they take pride in the care of the property and those that stay there. The grounds were impeccable, the food was delicious and the home was very clean and well maintained. It was out 1st time traveling to Mexico and they certainly represented! The house is spectacular. Clean, on the ocean, beautiful view. Having meals made for you is a true luxury, eating on the beach morning and night. You have to plan your own day excursions for kids and adults . It is hard to swim in the ocean because it is rough. We were able to take the kayaks out. Board games and hammocks to relax in. Would recommend renting a car as we spent a lot on taxi services. Staff is friendly and available to help all days except Sunday.

The house was amazing!! Response to questions was quick. We enjoyed just staying at property and enjoying all amenities. The ONLY problem we had was that the Mayan cooking experience was not as described. All of the meals that we ordered were delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend this property!

A Perfect Beach Getaway Just North of Tulum
Our group of four adults and one young child absolutely loved this property. The staff are amazing and professional, the house and grounds are beautiful and spotless, and the location is phenomenal. A few highlights: Snorkeling was excellent both out from the beach in the ocean AND in the cenote a few hundred steps down the road. So many fish, great coral in the ocean, and great access. A good outdoor shower was nice to wash the salt off quickly, and then head straight to a dip in the pool. The cenote was inexpensive at $10 per person, and had hundreds of tarpon, snook and other fish! The beach has great sand, and was comfortable and cleaned and raked daily by the staff. Great lounging in so many locations on the property. The food prepared by the staff was amazing. Make sure to take advantage of both the shopping and cooking. It was an absolute highlight of the trip. Arriving to a fully stocked kitchen with food made the trip so much easier. Having meals prepared in-house was top-notch. The food was tasty, beautiful, and the service was so easy. Don't miss out on the desserts and afternoon snacks too! The gated road was quiet and walkable, as was the beach. It was a true place apart from the hustle and bustle of other nearby areas. There are multiple walkable bars and restaurants, making for fun evenings out with little effort. It's hard to say enough about this property. The were really on top of all the different aspects of our stay, and we loved it.

Fantastic property!
This is one of the best VRBO rentals we've done. Everything was top notch from the communication with the owner, the prep information and check in. The house was better than pictured and advertised, the house staff were wonderful, the location was quiet and ideal for our family of 6. A few specific points - the house has many spots to hang out, both inside and outside, with multiple views. The beach in front of the house is large and feels very private. We live near a beach so are used to rocky entries, the entry at the house has coral for about 100 yards so definitely bring water shoes. The water around the house is incredibly clear and beautiful and easily accessed by their paddle boards and kayaks. The kitchen is very well stocked but we took advantage of the staff cooking and it was great...not fancy but it felt like true home cooking. There is a cenote, a store and multiple bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. If you are looking for a quiet and wonderful getaway, book this house!
