Tule nauttimaan kodikkaista mukavuuksista tässä hyvin varustetussa ensimmäisen kerroksen huoneistossa, josta on näköala kanavalle. Kaikki kalusteet ovat uusia / melko uusia, matto, päivitetty keittiö ja wi-fi valmis. Taulutelevisio olohuoneessa. Nauti kauniista puista ja kanavasta istuessasi kannella siemaillen kylmää juomaa. Tuo tennismailat ja nauti tuomioistuimista sekä suuresta uima-altaasta. Haluatko ajaa polkupyöriä ??? Meitä ympäröi upea pyörätie, joka vie sinut pitkin kaunista ääntä. Olemme 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä rannalta, ravintoloista, ruokakaupasta, minigolfista ja paljon muuta! Olemme lapsi- ja lemmikkieläinystävällisiä (koiran sänky mukana), mutta ei tupakointia. King-size-vuode isännässä, kuningatar toisessa makuuhuoneessa sekä rantatarvikkeet kaivu- / boogie-lautojen ja sähkögrilli. Allas avataan toukokuun alussa 2020. Uusi vuodelle 2019 on päivitetty Master Bath.

Perfect place!

This was my first time using VRBO and i was not disappointed. The condo was perfect! We enjoyed our stay immensely. It had everything we needed and is close to everything and more affordable than a hotel room. Will most definitely do this again and again!!!

Very nice, well kept condo

My husband and I spent a week in Kill Devil Hills. This was our first trip to the Outer Banks. We are happy to say we had a very pleasant stay at this condo. Very nice and well kept. Nice location and very conveniently located to many areas. We enjoyed our walks through the neighborhood with our dog and the bike trail. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

As long as you don't need to be able to walk to the beach, this is your perfect spot. Quiet complex, sunny pool, plenty of walking paths on and off property, pet friendly. Kitchen was stocked with cookware/storage better than many of the properties I've stayed at. It's the little things that move you to that 5th star

Cozy, Clean, Close to everything

We had a great stay in OBX and this condo was perfect for all of our needs. In KDH we were close to everything, nothing was more than a 20-25 minute drive. We appreciated the clean, pet friendly accommodations (as did our dog!). The owners were friendly and responsive and made sure things were in order before we arrived. TheY returned our security deposit promptly and you can't beat the price for a place this spacious and cozy. The only downside were the mosquitoes as this condo is in a wooded area, so remember to bring your bug spray if you are bringing a pet that needs to be walked at night. We look forward to returning!!

Perfect for us... again!

Our second stay in this condo, just longer this time. Central location in a nice neighborhood. Clean & comfortable with everything my wife and I and our little poodle needed. Thanks again to our hosts, the Stanleys. We had a great week!

Terrific!

The condo was darling and very clean. The balcony was wonderful for relaxing with a view of trees. Very comfortable and our Westies loved it!! A great location near the Sound but a short drive to the ocean.

The Best VRBO Experience I've Had

The condo is very spacious and clean. We were not worried at all about covid due to the process that was being following by the owner. The location is wonderful, close to shopping and dinning and not too far of a drive to Duck and Corolla. Jockeys Ridge and Wright Brothers Memorial close by as well. We also took a trip to Hatteras one day which was about an hour drive. The neighborhood is very nice. There is a sidewalk that runs all the way to the Wright Brothers memorial and is great for walking the dog. Owners were great at communicating and very understanding when my dog hit the deadbolt, locking us out of the condo. The neighbors who are perm residents are very nice. Shout out to Steve who let me use his phone to contact the owners, offered for us to come inside his place and make us a cup of coffee. I would stay here again.

Great place with a great location.

Renting and communicating with the property owners was simple. The place was perfect for our stay. It was close to beach access and the pool was awesome as well. It was well equipped with everything you could need which comes in handy not to have to bring kitchen items along. Bright and beachy little gem.

Great Home for an OBX Vacation!

We loved staying at the Stanleys’ home. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and it is so peaceful to sit out on the deck surrounding by trees and the canal. We loved being within a short drive of the beach but still in a peaceful part of Kill Devil Hills. And Suzanne was such a generous and communicative host. This was the perfect home for our very first stay in the OBX!

Perfect location

Our visit was 11/8/19 - 11/11/19, off season but we love OBX in the fall. The condo was just right for the 4 of us. We had a dog with us and being on the ground floor made for convenient in/out walks. The condo is in a great location on the sound side. The Publix grocery store was right on 1st street so we could easily get what we needed before heading back to the condo. Beach access was just a straight shot across the highway as there was a traffic light. I would definitely rent the condo in season or anytime again.

Great Condo + Great Location = Great Vacation!

First, thanks to the owners for prompt communication and instructions with the door key, which we received well ahead of time. Second, the property location was perfect for us, centrally located with great accommodations for walking our four legged friend, and access to the pool (which we enjoyed immensely). Third, the condo also suited our needs perfectly. It was very well kept, clean and neat. The second bedroom came in very handy when we had guests show up for a night. The condo was very clean, & comfortable & everything worked as it should. The rates are very reasonable, really a bargain for all we received. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would like to highly recommend this property. Thanks Willard and Suzanne Stanley for making our vacation so enjoyable!

Post Season Vacation

We were in the condo for four nights and five days. Great time of year to be in the Outer Banks. The condo was very nice and matched the description on vrbo. The weather was perfect. We went to the pool but the water was unusually cold. All in all a great vacation.

Better than expected!

Our family loved our visit to OBX and the condo was even better and nicer than we expected. The place is clean, has every kitchen tool and appliance imaginable and the bedrooms were comfortable and relaxing. We also loved sitting on the back deck enjoying the view and the sounds. Thanks! Great spot

Quiet area with many walking/biking paths. Easy to get to beach- the road ends at a beach access! Well stocked kitchen and the porch out back is THE PLACE to start and end the day. We had a great time!

Comfortable and Convenient

Comfy Condo

We were notified that the condo was clean before normal check in time so we were able to settle in just a bit earlier than expected. This condo was very clean and had all the kitchen gadgets we could have needed. The owners are very quick to respond and great to work with. The king bed is VERY firm. I would have chosen the super comfy queen bed if we hadn’t already settled into our chosen spaces. The location was very convenient and next to one of the best mini golf courses we’ve ever played.

Very Good

The condo is lovely and quiet. I found it very restful after a busy day of sightseeing. The kitchen has everything you need and the space is comfortable. The location is good for exploring other areas on the Outer Banks. I recommend it. The owners are reasonable and easy to work with.

Very nice & clean.

My family had the best time at your condo. It was so relaxing, peaceful and homey. It had everything we would ever need. It was very bright, clean, and absolutely adorable. The porch was great and one of my favorite places to sit, first thing in the morning having coffee looking out at the canal, having dinner, fresh seafood that we cooked on the grill. It was a great place to come back to after beaching & sightseeing. Thank you so much Suzanne & Willard for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back for our next vacation!

We're a hardworking couple who got married on the beach in Kill Devil Hills, NC. We love the Outer Banks and hope to retire and move to the beach in a few years. Tom works in maintenance and Suzanne is a 911 Dispatch Supervisor. We're so blessed to own a little piece of the beach and would love to share it with you!

We must have looked at over 50 properties and the condo met most of our needs for now. The best things about it is it's first floor so you only have 6 steps to worry about. It's nestled in to a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that's literally minutes from everything! The pool is so refreshing and never crowded. There's tons of parking, even for boats. Come see for yourself!
