*** Hiljattain remontoitu vuonna 2017 tämä talo sijaitsee halutuimmalla rannan puolella naapurustossa saarella.
Paeta Pirates Beachin kaaos, koska se on kasvanut länteen. Pirates Beach West on kaunis, ylellinen alue, jossa on suuria koteja ja avoimia alueita. Tämä upea koti sijaitsee aivan keskellä naapuruston umpikujaan, joka tarjoaa hiljaisen, mukavan pakopaikan. Tuntuu hyvältä, kun jätät lapset pelaamaan kadulla tai jopa koko naapurustossa tässä tiiviissä yhteisössä.
Suuret laajat ikkunat päähuoneessa tarjoavat poikkeuksellisia näkymiä, jotka tuovat ulkona sisään. 2017 remontin päivitykset ovat hämmästyttävää parannusta uusilla kvartsilattiatasoilla, Pergo-lattialla, uusilla kylpyhuonepinnoilla ja tuoreella maalilla. Tarjolla olevat mukavuudet ovat kaikki mitä haluatte ihastuttavaan oleskeluun Galvestoniin. Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä laajasta rannasta, josta löydät muutamia naapureita ja runsaasti tilaa teltalle.
Makuuhuoneet: Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa yläkerrassa. Mestari on talon edessä ja on oma yksityinen kannet, jossa on lepotuoleja. Talon takana on ylimääräinen makuuhuone, jossa on 2 erillistä vuodetta. Alakerran makuuhuoneessa on parivuode ja iso vaatekaappi. Neljäs makuuhuone on 3 kerrossänkyä ja nukkuu 6.
Molemmat kylpyammeet ovat suuret yläkerrassa, jossa on suihkukaappi ja poreallas. Alakerrassa on suihkukaappi / kylpyamme.
Keittiö on suuri, keskellä oleva saari, laaja tiskipöytä, suuri ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu jääkaappi ja pesuallas sekä kaikki tärkeät mukavuudet, kuten kahvinkeitin ja tehosekoitin, runsaasti kattiloita ja pannuja.
Tärkeimmistä olohuoneista on mukavat istuimet ja suuri TV ja Bluetooth Stereo langattomasti soittamaan omaa musiikkia.
Ulkopuolella löydät laajat kannet, joissa on useita istuinalueita, kuten kuistin keinu, trex-rakkausistuin, tuolit ja 2 oleskelutilaa auringonottoon. Suorakulmainen pöytä mahtuu 6: een ihastuttavaan ulkona ruokailuun tähtien alla.
Takapihalla on suuri takapihalla rakennettu lentopallo. Ulkosuihku on täydellinen tapa siivota päivän jälkeen rannalla.

Family vacation

This was our second time staying at this beach house. We had a great time. Would definitely stay there again in the future. Did have a few problems with tiny ants on the kitchen counters, but didn't see any in other parts of the house.

Beautiful Get-Away

The House accommodates a large family with tons of space and things to do. I wish we could have more days and better weather for outdoor fun. The kitchen and dining/family room are where we spend most of our time cooking and playing games. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice & clean. Overall a great stay, recommend it for sure! FYI, cars are not able to access that part of the beach by the house.

Great location

This neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and the location to the beach couldn’t get any better. The beach was private to the neighborhood and just perfect. The house was a perfect size for the six of us. The pictures of the house are a bit outdated though. Things/furnishings did not appear as worn online as they actually were. The volleyball net was completely torn. The railing to the top deck actually had a piece fall off while we were there (we were at the beach and came home to it). We wouldn’t let the kids go on the deck after that. The trash cans outside were full from the previous tenets and the amount of maggots surrounding them was astounding. We had to use bug spray to kill them. We also killed 7 roaches in the house while we were there. The kitchen drawers didn’t appear to have been wiped down for awhile. Although we loved the neighborhood and the location, we did not feel the online presence matched the reality.

Amazing neighborhood and perfect location

We love Galveston Island and prefer not to be too close to the business of the city. The house was perfect for my family of 6 and my dad and his wife. The location was a private little community. The walk to the beach was minutes and it's just people who are in that community so it's not crowded at all. The views from both decks still let's you see the ocean. And I needed to reach yothe host for a question and she got back to me first thing the next morning.

Great beach house

We love the Pirates Beach West neighborhood. This house was perfect for our stay with 7 people ages 14 to 51. No problems with the house and the owner was very responsive when I contacted him with a question. His garage had some great beach supplies for our use. We had a wonderful week at this house.

Perfect Family Vacay

We had this 4 generation vacation planned for nearly a year and it did not disappoint. The house and neighborhood was even more than we expected. Roomy enough to spread out when we wanted to but with plenty of central gathering places. I love the huge kitchen and proximity to the beach, which allowed for all the "back-and-forth" that we wanted. The landlord is quick to respond and friendly. We would definitely rent here again.

Pirates Beach West is the best!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning! Beautiful, well kept neighborhood, and the location of the house is wonderful. Have a view of the ocean and not too far to walk, even with very small children. Beach was not overly crowded. Dollar general across the street from the neighborhood is soooo convenient! Loved sitting on the upstairs deck to read my book and feel the sea breeze when needing an escape from the children. Enjoyed the swing on the lower deck also. Kitchen had good amount of counter space to store snacks for the kiddos. The house had everything we needed!

Fun at the Beach

First- Location Location Location... very short walk to the beach. We loved how close it was. We enjoyed the deck, the porch swing, the wide open spaces on the main floor, and plenty of space for our party of 8. We had some minor things on checkin, but the owner responded quickly and gave us the information we needed. There were a few things we’d have like to have been in a little better condition, but nothing major. Everything we needed for a relaxing vacation was there to use. The kids especially enjoyed the gaming system on the main floor. The TV’s are newly updated with big screens for movie watching, and the dining areas had plenty of seating for everyone to share meals. Or come and snack as needed. The beach we had access to felt very private. We had it to ourselves most days, even though we came just after Memorial Day. There were other groups there, but lots of space to spread out in between. Overall we were happy with the stay and we would choose to stay here again.

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay despite the weather. It’s always fun spending time with family. The beach was just a few houses down. Our parents enjoyed the view and walking around the neighborhood. Our children and grandson loved the beach house and my grandson could not get enough of the beach.

House was perfect for our relaxing spring break 2021

We so enjoyed relaxing at this house. The house had plenty of room for our group - three adults, two teens. We were able to spread out inside the house and the nice wrap around deck. Rooms were nice and the bathroom and kitchen were just as you'd expect them to be. Communicating with the owner was perfect.

Serenity Now Stay

We had a nice stay at Serenity Now and would recommend it with a few notes that may or may not apply. The overall layout of the house was good with an open floor plan for the common areas and nice east and southeast decking. You have an unimpeded view of the ocean which is really nice. The master bedroom is big with a nice large bathroom room that is shared by upstairs twin room so not entirely en suite private. Downstairs rooms are what you would expect in a beach house - not huge, but not too small either. Bunk room is a little tight but the kids enjoyed it, but our kids were all under the age of 7. Older kids would have difficulty with the space in my opinion. The owners are very generous with the allowing the use of their beach equipment. No need to bring beach toys at all. They have boogie boards though some damaged ( so maybe bring new boards or buy at Hummels), ALL the sandcastle building tools you'll ever need. Other items available though we didn't use them, including a croquet set, fishing rods, over-sized cooler, and some floats as well. The best thing is the wagon to transport your accessories to the beach. Standard grill for cooking out though a little rusty which is typical for Galveston. Nice size outdoor shower and plenty of hoses for washing down equipment from the beach. As for the interior amenities, great TVs in the living room and master with almost all of the movie channels. Incredible amount of games and the like for families to enjoy. The only real negatives: the furniture is a little dated with a torn arm on a living room chair, stains on the couch, bar stools are a little unstable for little ones, the master's sheets didn't seem to fit quite right and would ride up but it's a huge bed. There are only two bathrooms, so a house full of adults and teenagers would be in issue in my estimation, not really too big of an issue with little ones. Overall, this is a very nice property and totally accommodating for our needs. Great location with a short walk to the beach. I would give it a 4.5 (out of 5 stars) with minor cosmetic things that I'm sure will be addressed at the end of the season. I would totally recommend it for families and would definitely consider renting again.

We are a family of 5 who have immensely enjoyed this house over the years- especially when our kids were younger. We would spend many weekends with family guests cooking great meals, drinking wine, listening to Kenny Chesney on the outdoor speakers, basketball in the driveway, walking the wagon the beach where we would spend countless hours fishing, boogie boarding, building sand castles (and mermaids) ... It was truly a magical time. Though our kids are older now we still enjoy many weekends of the year as a great place for just the two of us, the whole family or extended cousins.
The time has come, however, for us to give this opportunity to others to enjoy this house and this neighborhood.

While Galveston has a lot to offer with the Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, the Strand, what really makes a great vacation is quality time with family, good music, delicious meals, fun and informal activities. And this house is perfectly accommodating for this kind of time well spent. The outdoor deck furniture is the perfect place to lay out and get some sun or relax with a good book or have some quality time for the adults to visit while the kids play basketball in the front, games in the den or watch sports on the big TV.

Having enjoyed this house ourselves, everything you might need for a great vacation is there including an awesome stereo system with auxiliary adapter to play your own music and outdoor Bose speakers. A great Wifi system is installed. The 3rd floor deck is great retreat for the parents and a place for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Please note: There is a single security camera that on the deck that views the driveway and front yard.
