Blacktipcove, Abacan merellä laiturilla

Musta Vihje Cove istuu veden äärellä telakka ja upea lahti snorklata ja tutkia. Talo on 3 makuuhuonetta, 4 1/2 kylpyhuonetta .. 1 kuningas mestari ja 2 kuningattaret. Ulkosuihku / kylpyhuone ja kerrossänky huoneeseen. Kerrossänky on yli 7-vuotiaille ryhmille, katso omistaja.
Pääkerroksessa on avoin ulkoasu, jossa on gourmet-keittiö, jossa on suuri baari ja kuisti rentoutumiseen. Makuuhuoneessa pois keittiö on oma takaisin kannelle.
Toisessa kerroksessa on 2 kylpyhuone emojen sohva yhdessä. Jokaisella on ovi ulos parvekkeelle auringonlaskun katseluun.
Perusteet ovat mielenkiintoinen sekoitus saaren eläimistöä ja hedelmäpuita (lime, banaanit, makea omena, Mulberry, avokado ja guava.
Olemme sijaitsee puolivälissä selvitys ja Bakerin Bay Sea Abaco, vain 30 sekunnin cart ajaa meidän ranta pääsy merelle.

Great house and host

The house was great and the owner of the house went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. If you’re looking for a great place to stay on Guana, you will be hard pressed to find a better place for the money.

Very Cozy Home

We enjoyed our stay on guana cay. This house is very cozy and is set up just like you were at home. The owners are very responsive and helpful should you need anything. We rented a boat and golf cart from Dive Guana. They were also very helpful. The island is very safe and central if you want to go island hopping by boat.

Family vacation

The house is as expected from the pictures, truly wonderful. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a family meal. Rob responds quickly to any questions and is very helpful with information about the island. We had a fantastic week on the island. Can’t wait to return!

The Best!

We had a wonderful stay at Rob’s home. The house is lovely, had everything we needed and more. We cooked daily and the kitchen had everything. We rented a 6 seat golf cart from Donna’s carts and our boat for the week at Dive Guana. Had tons of fishing, snorkeling, and swimming. We caught a lot of good fish! The dock was great for the boat as well as swimming. Can’t wait to go back!

Paradise in the Abacos

First class home located on Great Guana. Well furnished and stocked kitchen was a bonus as we ate in most nights. Gorgeous view of the Sea of Abaco. Even the yard was well manicured. Standby generator was nice feature as power goes out frequently. About an 8 minute cart ride to the settlement. All the furnishings were in very nice condition. Felt like home! Owner is an excellent communicator. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Many great memories

Beautiful waterfront house

The house was beautiful, with all the amenities to make you feel at home. Spent the days on the water and evening at home making dinner, very comfortable house to stay in for a week. Except when the power goes out, which happened multiple times during the week. Was hoping the advertised generator would have sufficed, but it never got turned on. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Slice of Heaven

If you are looking for your DREAM vacation / get away look no further than Black Tip Cove! This house is perfect for families and friends with it’s 4 bedrooms - 4 bathrooms, expansive kitchen, comfortable living room and amazing views from every room! We were a group of 4 couples that enjoyed ever second. We flew into Marsh Harbor, rented a boat and made our way to Rob’s property, which was about a 20 minute ride. We opted to keep our rental boat at Dive Guana where we also rented golf carts to get around. Rob is a great host and was very responsive from booking thru our stay. Kitchen is well stocked but be prepared for very expensive grocery prices since everything is imported! Suggest bringing a few things with you including liquor! We experienced great weather and were able to boat from Cay to Cay each day. If you think you have experienced the Bahamas by going to Nassau or Freeport you are mistaken! The Abaco’s are a slice of heaven! We will be back!

Absolutely perfect

The house and property are better than the pictures. Rob was wonderful at communicating and Henry the caretaker was great as well. The dock was so nice to have especially the kayaks too. I could sit and stare out at that view all day everyday. Thank you😊 for sharing your piece of heaven with my family and our friends.

Guana Cay, Black Tip Cove House Stay

Traveled by Boat and stayed at Black Tip Cove House July 29- Aug 5th 2023. House was amazing, Docked 31' Contender at dock for the week and had no issues. Rob's responsiveness and communication was excellent. We rented a cart from Donnas carts which were also great as they delivered right to the house for us so was there upon arrival. We only used carts few times because were boating all day but was great to grab few items from small grocery store in town and running to Grabbers or Nippers couple afternoons for dinner. All was exactly as described and depicted, house was clean, kitchen had everything needed. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back again. Thanks Rob for a great stay.

Beautiful house, view, island and locals.

My husband and 2 adult children enjoyed our visit to Great Guana Cay! The house was absolutely wonderful. Rob the owner was quick to respond and very informative. The house is in a perfect location on the Abaco Sea with gorgeous views of the sunset. The house has everything you will need towels, blankets, kitchen equipment, no need to worry about any of those items. Enjoyed snorkeling off the dock, we did keep the boat at dock a few nights but also had a slip at Orchid Bay Marina. Great Guana Cay is lovely as well with 2 restaurants open Nippers and Grabbers, marina, and beach. There is a nice little grocery store on island that you can pick up a few things when needed....however we did take some meat from the US with us, which I recommend. We also grabbed some groceries at Maxwells on Marsh Harbour before going over to the island, also would recommend. We definitely would stay there again!

Beautiful Home!

The Blacktip Cove House was everything we needed plus some. The online pictures don't do it justice, it was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were comfortable, everything worked simply without any special instructions, the kitchen had everything you could ever need, the view was amazing and the sunsets were spectacular! The homeowner was very helpful when i had questions before the trip and quick to respond if we had any questions while there. I hope to return......soon.

Beautiful View - Beautiful House

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It was absolutely perfect for our group. Everyone had their own bed to sleep in and even the bunk room below was cool and cozy for sleeping. We spent most of our days exploring the islands via boat, but did come home each night to cook dinner. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal for 10+ people. I even baked a cake for my daughters birthday while I was there and had everything I needed. The view is spectacular! The dock is nice for picking people up but I would not recommend leaving your boat there overnight. We rented a slip at Orchid Bay Marina and used golf carts to shuttle us back and forth. All in all it was a great place to stay.

One of most relaxing and homey away from homes I've ever experienced. Beautiful and functional accommodations for 3 couples. Gourmet stocked kitchen (didn't do a lot of cooking) will all the proper utensils, cookware and dinnerware. would rent it over and over.

Perfectly clean and comfortable in every way, great created a great vacation experience

The house was roomy, so everyone could be together or have plenty of private space. The yard was nicely landscaped and the view was magnificent. Everything worked and the a/c made the home very comfortable after a hot day on the boat or at the beach.

Great family vacation at Black Tip Cove!

My family rented Black Tip Cove on Great Guana Cay for a week. We had a fabulous time! The house is beautifully decorated and designed and has all the comforts of home. The views of the Sea of Abaco and sunset are beautiful. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own full bath and each bedroom is very private. There is an additional 1/2 bath off the family room. We cooked or grilled dinner most nights and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. We enjoyed having dinner and playing games on the screened in porch every night. The house grounds were beautiful and secluded. We swam and snorkeled out front. We rented a golf cart and boat for the week and explored the surrounding islands. Great Guana had a well stocked grocery and liquor store. We tried three of the restaurants on the Island and had delicious meals each time. The people are very friendly! The home owner was very easy to work with and reach during our stay. He offered great suggestions on places to visit. We hope to return again soon!
