Even better than advertised.

The accommodations were amazing. The private pool and hot tub was such a highlight of the trip. Everything was extremely clean and so much detail to make the home nice. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful house and a great time

The house was clean and there was great communication with the host . Host was very friendly . Loved the pool and all the pool towels, toys and more at the house . Our family wishes that we could take the house with us to every destination we go to . If we come back to seista keys we will be staying here again for sure .

Winter Stay

We stayed at this house for about 5 weeks. Great location. House was everything that was described. Owner was very responsive and accessible. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place for family and kids

The place was super nice and the pool on the grounds made a nice place for the kids to enjoy themselves given the red tide in siesta at the moment . It was close to the city and the owners were super nice and let us check in early . It was clean and had all you needed for the pool , beach , and stay including towels, linen and laundry machine to do extra laundry if you need to do so !

Love our stay here!

Close to activities & the best beach!! The weather was beautiful, restaurants were amazing & the house had lots of amenities. The grill, beach toys & chairs, seasonings, trash bags, cleaning supplies including laundry soap. The pool & hot tub were a hit every day - was warm & loved the salt water/ chlorine combo! Beautiful interior decor too!

Nice house for big group

Nice big pool, close to the beach and village. The only basement bedroom does not have a good airflow and conditioning, the hottest room in the whole house. But overall we enjoy our stay, there is a lot of pool floaties, kids stuff, beach chairs. We had fun whole week! Thank you for letting us stay at your house.

Siesta Breezes

Our Spring break stay at Siesta Breeze was fantastic! Our family enjoyed (age 3 to grandpa) the home and pool area. We stayed early April while Siesta Key was super busy it was enjoyable to be in the pool/hot tub at the house and the weather was perfect. The home was well equipped kitchen, utensils, laundry, pool towels etc. The host was great as we had good communication throughout our stay. Definitely stay again,

Paradise

This home is BETTER than the pictures, if you can believe it. It's a BEAUTIFUL home, well-appointed and located. We had four adults and four kids and had plenty of space. Two washers and two dryers made it seamless to do laundry for two families. Kitchen had everything we needed too. There are 3.5 baths not three as indicated, which was an awesome surprise. Bikes in the garage to stroll around neighborhood, basketball hoop out front and ping pong table inside too. It was hard to leave, for sure. Jeff was a great host and very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Teenager Retreat

Two families with 6 teenagers combined, (10 total people) fit well in this space. The basement space was wonderful for them to go between the pool and ping-pong games. The location was easy to find, and easy to get around to all we needed, restaurants, groceries, beach etc. The pool and pool deck weren’t as clean as we had hoped for, the sprinkler system sprays dirt onto the pool deck and then it gets all over peoples feet and into the pool. We used the hose many times to spray pool deck off before swimming for the evening. But the size of the pool was great, and the basketball hoop and volleyball net were great.

Family vacation

Beautiful home, pool and hot tub were amazing. Home was clean and updated. Had everything you could want. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils dishes cooking ware. My family had the best time.absolutely beautiful area. So much to do

Great for family vacation!

Great house for large family. Inside equipped with kitchen items for large family. Quiet area. Plenty of outside tables and chairs in all screened in area. Large pool; lots of pool toys for kids. Quick drive to beach and stores. Great location.

Great family getaway home!

This listing was even better than advertised. We had plenty of privacy and room for our extended family that stayed together. The home was very well stocked with bathroom towels, beach towels, baby amenities (high chair, pack and play), kitchen appliances, dishware, spices, beach toys, chairs, coolers. Not to mention the setting of the home close to the bay with a great view, as well as the perfect pool, hot tub and outside entertainment area. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed our time together. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay.

We had four families stay at the house ages ranging from 10-65. The house was amazing and clean. The beds were comfortable and had a lot of room for everyone to sleep. The house had everything you need for the kitchen and spice rack fully stocked. Plenty of laundry soap from past visitors. Some paper towels and toilet paper was also left. Great place overall.

Everything was amazing!! A few things I didn’t see on listing, they have baby seat for eating and pack and play. We hauled ours from Indiana. Beach was a little bit of walk with little ones but the pool was perfect!

Wonderful

The property was as it was pictured. Our family enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub area and spent most of our day outside. Our family includes four grandchildren ages 3 through 8 and 6 adults. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfortable. We loved that is had two washers and dryers. Location is in a beautiful neighborhood close to the grocery store and beach. This home has beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, and plenty of towels. There is a ping pong table that we all enjoyed. Jeff is a very responsive owner and we highly recommend this property. We love to vacation and we rate this property a 5. Thank you Jeff.

Wonderful stay in Siesta Key!

Overall we had a great time here! We had 10 people staying at one point and it was very comfortable. Loved the thoughtful extras throughout the house from the beach chairs, sand toys and stroller to the games and ping pong for evenings at the house. The outdoor space was wonderful! We loved the deck off the living room and were out there frequently. The pool was a huge hit with the kids! The beginning of our stay was chilly for FL and the pool/hot tub had a tough time staying warm, so something to consider if staying in the winter months. The host was extremely responsive to our questions/concerns though, which we appreciated. We were able to walk to a very small beach which was nice but the road traffic on Siesta Key Dr was a bit much for walking with kids. We loved the short drive to shops and Siesta Key beach! I really wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if visiting the area! Would recommend for sure!
