Kävele järville. Lähellä ruokailua, ostosmahdollisuuksia, golf ,, kalastusta, virkistyskeskusta !! Kaikki mailin sisällä.

Tämä on huippuluokkaa uudempi vuokra. Tämä koti ostettiin lokakuun 2015 puolivälissä ja parannettiin voimakkaasti. Tämä on erittäin kalustettu siistit kodit, joissa on runsaasti tilaa venyttää. Valtavat puurunkoiset käsintehdyt sängyt ja sohvapöytä, joka sopii yhteen olohuoneessa ja jokainen voi kiertää. Cedar-kaapit ja kieli- ja urakatot suurimman osan matkustamosta !! Lattialämmössä, kaasulämmitteinen liesi ja takka.

4 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuoneen kanssa Cabinesque-sisustus ja upeat Pagosa-huiput sekä mannermaiset näköalat. Vuodepaikoissa on tilaa 10: lle (1 K, 4 Q). Olemme lähellä ruokakauppaa, järveä, golfkenttää, virkistyskeskusta, kalastusta ja WalMartia, mutta ei niin lähellä, että moottoritieltä olisi melua. Wolf Creek -hiihtoalue on noin 30 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Autotallissa on parkkipaikka kahdelle ajoneuvolle ja runsaasti tilaa suksien / lautojen polkupyörien säilyttämistä varten.

Tässä kodissa on graniittikatto työtasot, päivitetyt matot, laattalaiteet / keittiö ja merkinnät & yksi makuuhuone. Rakastat flanellilevyjä talvella. Tässä kodissa on uusia tai uudempia laitteita ja kalusteita modernissa hytti-tyylillä. Olemme ylpeitä pitäessämme vuokraamme erittäin siistinä ja löydät itsestäsi erittäin mukavan kodissamme. Kodissa on lattialämmitys, kaasulämmitteinen liesi JA puulämmitteinen takka. Täällä on 2400 tilavaa jalkaa. Mielestämme sinun pitäisi olla mukava ja varmistaa, että siellä on hyvin varustetut ruokakomero ja keittiö, pyykinpesuaine ja ainakin tarpeeksi välttämättömyystarvikkeita aloittamiseen jne. Olemme aina valmiita auttamaan!

KEITTIÖ
Kaasuliesi ja liesitaso, vierekkäin jääkaappi w / jään / veden ovessa, mikroaaltouuni, kypsentäjäastia, 4 viipaleista leivänpaahdin, tehosekoitin, tavalliset ja espressokahvinkeittimet, paistinpannu, ruostumattomat astiat, paljon ruokia, lisävarusteita, leivontavälineitä jne. Istuimet 6: lle haapa-ruokapöydässä, 4: lle aamiaisbaarissa.

MAKUUHUONEET
Siellä on yksi king-makuuhuone, iso queen-makuuhuone, iso queen-kerrossänky-queen-makuuhuone (vuodepaikkoja 4) ja pienempi queen-makuuhuone. Kaikissa huoneissa on kaapit paitsi pieni kuningatar, jossa on lipasto ja yöpöytä. Vaimoni ja minä käsintehtyjä valtavia puurunkoisia sänkyjä, joitain pöytiä ja korostuskalusteita näihin huoneisiin nyt kerättiin 400 vuotta vanhoilta kuolleilta seisovilta Douglas-kuusilta Weminucheltä.

KYLPYHUONEET
Päälliköllä on kaksinkertainen pesuallas, iso poreallas ja suihku.
Toisessa kylpyammeessa on pesuallas ja kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä.
Meillä on 80 litran korkea kapasiteetin vedenlämmitin.

VIIHDE
Foosball-pöytä on lämmitettyssä ylimitoitetussa autotallissa.
Löydät korttipaketit, lautapelejä ja suuren näytön älytelevision, satelliitin kanssa, suuressa huoneessa. Paljon istumapaikkoja kaikille !!

Pesula
Täysikokoinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja pesuallas.

ULKOPUOLELLA
Korotettu kansi on täysin katettu ja tarjoaa upeat näkymät Pagosa Peak -alueelle ja alueelle kaikkina vuodenaikoina. Siinä on suuri puurunkoinen pöytä ja penkit sekä iso 5 polttimen grilli. Alue on valaistu ja siinä on tuuletin, ja siellä on poreallas!

LISÄTIETOJA
Osana PLPOA: ta voit käyttää virkistyskeskusta 8 dollaria per henkilö per päivä, sisäuima-allasta, poreallasta, painohuonetta ja raquetballia sekä ostaa lyhytaikaisia kalastuslisenssejä varustetulle järvelle.
Takuumaksu 500 dollaria. Kattaa vahingot ja liiallisen puhdistuksen.
Siivous perustuu 2 henkilön puhdistukseen 4 tunnin ajan. Lisäaika laskutetaan 25 dollaria tunti. Kohtelet taloa mukavasti, kohtelemme sinua mukavasti :).
Siivous ja kuuma maksu on 200 dollaria.

Great place for the family

The check in process was easy and the hosts made sure you got in okay. They also were very responsive to any questions we had and the house was very clean. Overall, it was a great place for our family while visiting Pagosa Springs.

Wonderful house

Our extended family of 10 had a great ski vacation staying here. The house was spacious and we were able to cook all our meals and eat together at the counter bar and kitchen table. The hot tub was also a hit as well as the heated garage for all our ski gear!

Great location. Comfortable and clean!

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful house. Everything was comfortable and simple. The location was convenient to everything. We used the gas fireplace as it had gotten a little chilly and it worked great. The hottub was a perfect start and end to each day of activities! It was nice to have a washer and dryer available with detergent and dryer sheets, too. This would be a great place for large families or couples/friends traveling together.

Everything you need in a great location

The house was well stocked and more than enough room for our family. The kids had space to spread out and slept well in the comfortable bunk beds. Everyone had room to spread out and lots of things inside and outside to entertain a wide age range of people. We drove to ski everyday and came home to cook dinner every night. The kitchen was well stocked and an easy drive to everything you may need. Home owners responded quickly with any questions and gave tips and advice as well.

Great space for family gathering!

This property was perfect for family members to spend quality time together. All the while providing each of us with our own quiet space and privacy. It was easy to stay organized and focused on the time we spent together. We were able to cook together easily, due to the natural flow of the kitchen, workspace and dining options. We had a family reunion with 18 guests and it was a wonderful day! The organized layout of this home made the workload so easy that we were able to focus on the most important part of our stay.....family!!! Thank you Ken and Anita!!

Great winter stay!

The house is just as described. It is a beautiful home with everything you could need. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. From spices, to bake ware, to bowls, utensils and even found saran wrap when I needed it. The owners were very responsive and were even willing to let us in a little early. The heated floors were a treat when we arrived. We loved the huge bean bags and the big comfy couch. The highlight for most was the Pac Man game! The rooms were plenty big for our party of 9 (4 adults and 5 teen/kids). We appreciated the fire stove, the hot tub in back and the responsiveness of the hosts. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfy stay. We skied Wolf Creek and did the hot springs too; all in easy driving distance. Thanks for sharing your home with us, Ken and Anita!

The house was spectacular. Had all we needed and even more.

We loved this house. House H-D a great layout and location close to town. Owner even stopped by early and shoveled the drive and door way when we received about 6” of fresh snow overnight. Hot tub was nice as well. The covered patio shaded the area which allowed for hot tub sitting while it was actively snowing. Pretty cool. Will definitely have this house on tops of our list when we return.

Great kitchen and living area for a family gathering!

We had multiple family members meet in pagosa for the holidays. The house was the perfect size to sleep all of us. The kitchen and family area was also perfect for cooking and gathering. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing/Views off Back Deck

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The house was spacious and clean and had plenty of amenities. Really enjoyed the back deck with its amazing views. The owners were very nice people as well. We would certainly stay again in the future.

Spring Break Skiing

The house was Nice, Clean, loaded with amenities, 10 minutes from downtown Pagosa and 40 minutes from Wolf Creek. This house was exactly as billed. Thanks to our host who took care of us through the process. When I come back I know who to call first! Chris

Spacious, comfortable, and well equipped home that was a pleasure to come back to after the skiing.

We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled into garage and entered this home. This property had everything we wanted and more. Great bedrooms and good baths. Master had a shower and a jet tub. Great family room with fireplace, large TV and a great play table surrounded by comfortable sectional couch. Kitchen had all quality appliances and plenty of dishes, flatware, pots and pans, etc. It was easy to cook meals which came in handy in the middle of prolonged snow storm. My kids went out on the back yard and put up a snow man. Owners came in one morning during the snow storm and shoveled the driveway for us. Both Ken and Anita were most helpful. We would definitely consider renting this home again next year if decide to ski Wolf Creek Pass.

Best Stay in Pagosa Springs so far

We came for a weeklong stay and did not expect the home to be above average for a rental, boy were we wrong the house is really clean and had all the comforts of home, Hot Tub, Netflix/Dish Network on a nice Flat Screen HD TV, Really nice comfortable Beds with enough clean linens for the trip. We also enjoyed the lights out neighborhood which gave us a good view to the stars and most nights we had deer feeding in the front yard. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again for sure.

Spacious, family friendly & very accommodating

We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home in Pagosa Springs. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home! The view was amazing from the beautiful back deck, as was the hot tub very relaxing! My mother uses a walking cane & had no problems getting around inside and outside your home! We thoroughly enjoyed our time with family and we will definitely be coming for a return visit! Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! We loved every minute of our stay!

Excellent house in great location

Our trip to Pagosa Springs in an annual trip. We have stayed a several different places over the years and this home is at the top of the list. Excellent home with ALL the amenities you need, hot tub included right on the back deck. I have stayed in similar caliber homes in the area as well as others that are larger and make big promises but fall short with even the simple details of Wifi or Cable. Not to worry here. Walk in, unpack and make yourself at home. Thanks for the stay and we look forward to more in the future.

EXCEPTIONAL HOSTS

We booked Pagosa Springs for Colorfest because of the balloons. My sister and I went to Albuquerque several years and did so enjoy. She is now in a wheelchair and not able to do the Balloon Fiesta there. Ken was quick to respond to all my questions about his property and the ADA accessibility there. Not only was his home perfect for her to navigate, but he and Anita were hands-on, physically present and willing to do EVERYTHING they could to make her visit pleasant and memorable. We didn't have to ask for anything, they were there asking what they could do for us! The house is so spacious, she never got cornered or stuck anywhere! Even the bathroom was big enough for her to ride in and fully turn her chair around. Aside from all the handicap issues, the house was spotless and fully equipped for all our needs. Weather was perfect (we are from Tx and the cool was such a needed respite for us). Mornings, we enjoyed our coffee on the deck, watching the beautiful Canadian geese and local birds galore. The outdoor grill is fabulous!!! Ken and Anita, thank you for going WAY over and above for our family. We will not forget your kindness. By the way, you WILL see us again! Gary and Marlene

A Good Time Was Had By All!

We have just returned home after spending a week at your lovely home in Pagosa Springs. The location is perfect. It's close and yet in a quiet, scenic area looking over the golf course and onto Pagosa Peak and the beautiful mountains. Some of the things we appreciated were the cleanliness of the home, the clean, enclosed garage, and the heated tile floors. We hope to enjoy another week there in the future. Mountain Views close to golf

We really enjoyed our stay at your property. Proximity to the golf course was important to us, and it was close to that as well as all amenities in Pagosa Springs. The house was clean and well maintained and quite roomy. I would recommend a stay here. Thanks!

This beautiful home captures every aspect of relaxation and beauty of the area, and has every amenity you could ever need. This gorgeous 4 bedroom 2 bath, with privacy plus, modern home, is a great place to enjoy family and friends without stepping on each others toes. A huge family area to converse or watch Dish Network, or Netflix, in front of the fireplace or by the stove after a day of hiking or skiing, in the winter, or to relax after a swim, hike, rafting trip, or a spetacular train ride. Durango is an hour away and the 7 hour trip to Silverton, and time to shop, eat or take in the areas beauty, then the trip back to Durango all on a steam train. Having gone in the hot summer time we never lacked for things to do, and see. Once you return to this relaixng home at the end of your day there is nothing but thoughts of relaxing in the jetted bathtub, or perhaps a cookout on the covered patio. Or a game of foosball in the heated garage. The kitchen is large and has everything you would ever need to fix a gourmet dinner or a simple meal, with seating at the table or bar, with seating for at least 12. Home away from home is an understatement, and the hosts were attentive and made sure we lacked for nothing. I would recommend this home to anyone, we enjoyed it for 2 weeks and would love to stay there again. All on one level living in a quiet and serene area bordering a golf course, with fishing and workout center , at the clubhouse along with an indoor pool. A bargain price for a 5 star home. This is a very nice place

Spacious, clean, full amenities. DishTV plus Netflixs. Good size bedrooms. Great master closet. Neat large garage and useful laundry closet entry area. Owners very responsive. Great for family gathering. Kids enjoyed it. A few minor quibbles but nothing that couldn't be remedied. Would rent this again.

My wife Anita, myself, and our two children love it here (they are both in college now). I first started skiing here in the early 90s, was the only place that had any snow (nothing has changed). Limitless outdoor opportunities abound here, hiking, fishing, hunting, and skiing are the way of life here. Why would we want to be anywhere else. We have been VRBO hosts since 2013, and it released us from the burden of being traditional landlords. We meet a lot of great people from all over the country and they appreciate what we offer.

We love the great views, location, and this spacious, well designed home. It has an 80 gallon boiler handy for a lot of showers. It has a great covered deck with views which can be used all year round. There is room to stretch out and plenty of level parking and closet space. It is generously furnished and appointed in all the rooms. Huge sectional, large bedrooms with timber frame beds, and a large open living/dining area !!! Kids will love the queen bunk!! Kitchen has everything you need including an espresso machine. It has a fenced xeriscape yard (to trap the little ones but NO PETS please) , oh, how I loathe yard work. The gas fireplace has a blower and can heat the place up on chilly mornings no need to start a fire (but you can if you like).

Split Floorplan, 2400 SF on ONE LEVEL! Gas wood style stove that heats AND wood burning fireplace. Nice dining area (w view) and breakfast bar area. Great room and aspen ceilings are awesome. Views are out of this world. Back raised deck is a great place to relax, plenty of space, and the mountains knock you out.
