Upea kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen rannalla sijaitseva osakehuoneisto, joka sijaitsee Summer Beach Resortin yksityisellä porteilla. Ocean Place sijaitsee kätevästi maailmanluokan Ritz Carlton Hotel and Spa -kadun vieressä. Tämä kauniisti sisustettu ja täysin varusteltu osakehuoneisto on täysin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitaan unohtumattomaan lomaan!
Tämä 2. kerroksen merenrantahotelli tarjoaa kaikki kodin mukavuudet… täysin varusteltu keittiö, mukava king-size-vuode makuuhuoneessa, täydellinen rentoutumiseen. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta vieraille. Vuodevaatteet, kylpypyyhkeet ja rantapyyhkeet sekä rantatuolit toimitetaan lomallesi.

Siellä on myös kaksi upeaa merenrantaravintolan uima-allasaluetta, molemmilla valtamerelle johtavat rantatiet. Molemmat uima-altaat sijaitsevat kätevästi kahden rakennuksen välissä, jotta niitä on helppo käyttää. Myös aurinkotuoleja on paljon, jotta voit nauttia Floridan auringosta!
Nautitpa sitten nauttien upeista merinäkymistä toisen kerroksen parvekkeelta, Amelia-saaren kauniista hiekkarannoista ja viileistä valtameren tuulista, kiertäessäsi Fernandina Beachin historiallista aluetta tai hemmottelemalla päivääsi Ritz Carlton -hotellissa ja -kylpylässä, tule ja tee Ocean Place at Summer Beach paratiisistasi!

Family Friendly & Great Views

Our family had a great time and stay in this condo. Everything was very clean, the balcony was a great size and the view was wonderful. Our younger kids loved that they got their own fun room and so did we! We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful week in Amelia Island!

Ocean Place 44 had a perfect view, easy access to the ocean and pool. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable! The kitchen included everything we needed for the week! I would stay here again anytime!

Ocean Place 44 Simple Elegance

We loved the unit. It was very spacious and well appointed. A fantastic location on the ocean. Two points to note: the bathroom fixtures need some updating and several of the electrical outlets throughout did not hold the chargers. The agency was very pleasant and provided any essential information needed. We hope to return again! A great getaway!

We had a very enjoyable stay at 44 Ocean Place. The condo is very open and bright with beautiful views of the ocean. The building is very quiet and convenient. Two very small criticisms include broken blinds in master bedroom and need for beach chairs and umbrella. Otherwise the stay was very enjoyable and we would certainly go back. Mocks were easily to work with, very organized and made the overall experience a pleasure

June 25-July 2 stay

The condo was actually nicer than the pictures on the website showed. The location was topnotch. The ocean view could not be beat. I do think that the kitchen needs some better tools. For example, we could not even find a pizza cutter. The master bath could use some small touches, such as a hand towel rack. Overall, it was a nice place.

Comfortable

This Condo did not have a lot of clutter which left plenty of room for my personal items. The kitchen could use some extra items because it was rather sparse. There were plenty of extra towels but they were hard to access because they were in a plastic bag shoved into a small closet. The extra chairs on the balcony were nice to have to take to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Simple Elegance was just right!

We loved the condo! Very comfortable, quiet, and nicely appointed. Two constructive criricisms: The kitchen could have used additional silverware, serving bowls, and a strainer. And there was a definite insect problem in the outside storage unit. Aside from that, we would have given it 5 stars. Neither of those will keep us from a return visit in the future!

Very clean but sparse

Nice condo with great view! Very clean but kitchen was stocked very sparsely for a rental at this price point. For example, no dish towels at all. Bought my own sponges, dishwashing detergent, etc.

Beautiful Unit

We had a wonderful long weekend on Amelia Island. The oceanfront unit is beautiful-very clean and spacious with a beachy decor.. it is in a very upscale part of the island-next to the Ritz which is a 5 minute walk to and where you can enjoy a cocktail at the pool or dinner. We actually discovered the developer that built the Ritz also built Ocean Place which ex plains why everything is so nice. The Condo is a few miles from town center so you need to drive everywhere, but it is on a gorgeous stretch of beach and well worth the extra few minutes it takes to get to restaurants and the historical town. The Mocks Amelia agent was right on target describing this unit and was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely return!

Ocean Place 44

The room is on the second floor and had a nice view of the ocean and dunes that had lots of wildlife. We got to see rabbits , turtles , ducks and a hawk . The weather wasn't the best the whole week. We dodged wind and rain ,was told it's not typical for the area. We enjoyed the downtown shopping , restaurants and did a boat tour of Cumberland Island and surrounding areas. Lots of interesting information. The master bed was comfortable however the sofa, and chairs need to be replaced they were very uncomfortable. Over all the condo was ok.

The location of the unit is ideal and love the large terrace. A few comments on items that were not working: - no extra bedding/ blankets - there were only 3 thin towels and had to call to request additional towels -a lot of the lights needed replaced or were not working. (Master closet) - dryer stopped working (lent light was on) - many outlets didn't work - the internet was terrible, no one was able to connect to the Wifi. - master bathroom fan - stopped working

Great Beach Vacation!

We have stayed at Oceans Place for many years (most of the time in different units). Unit 44 was very nice, as most of the units are, and we quite enjoyed our stay. Our only issue was that the Wi-Fi in this unit was VERY weak--we have never experienced this in other units. Other than that a great vacation!

Very Nice

Had a great stay. Condo is clean and uncluttered. Ocean view is magnificent. Balcony is large. Slight negative for no dish towels or scrunges; pots and pans really need to be replaced. Mock's was attentive and responsive.

Our stay

The view and location were great. It’s great being right next to The Ritz. We enjoyed using the Spa and the dining options are nice to have in walking distance. The unit is very nice beds are comfortable. Kitchen could use a few more cooking items if you plan to cook.

Ocean Place 44

Mocks Rental Company was wonderful to work with in setting up this last minute vacation. very helpful and proactive. This condo location is perfect and wonderful for more of a direct access. All beds were very comfortable and the linens were great. The stocking of the kitchen utensils, cookware and dishes leaves a lot to be desired. Limited pans and cookware in good condition and very basic (or non-existent) utensils. Open and not cluttered space which was nice!

Amazing Trip!

We absolutely loved Amelia Island and your condo!!! We hope to stay the same place next Thanksgiving! It was clean and very comfortable! Bring right next to the Ritz was amazing!
