Tämä viihtyisä 3 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuoneen huoneisto sijaitsee Winter Parkin kaupungissa 3. kerroksessa (2 portaat). Tämän yksikön todellinen helmi on se, mitä odottaa sinua, kun kävelet oven läpi. Runsaat näkymät Byers Peakille ja Fraser-joelle ovat sen arvoisia. Katettu ulkoterassi on todella mahtava näkemys siitä, että nautit varmasti!
Tämä vuoristomajoitus on varmasti tuntuu kotoisalta, odottaa saapumistasi tilavassa keittiössä, jossa on baari ja suuri ruokapöytä kaikille viihdyttäville ja ruokailutarpeille. Puupalkin katto ja valtava kivipuun polttava takka antavat varmasti sinulle todellisen vuoriston tunnelman. Perhehuoneessa on myös kattoikkuna, joka tarjoaa paljon luonnonvaloa. Great location

Condo directly across from the bus stop and it is the first pick up stop so super easy to get a seat. Enjoyed our time there.

Cozy and Family friendly

This rental is perfect for the family. It was cozy, welcoming and accommodating for our large family. It is fully stocked in the kitchen and had games, books and puzzles. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and extra bedding for the pullout couch. They even had humidifiers to combat the dry air in CO. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was so convenient. The Rec center was a huge hit with the pool, indoor and out door hot tubs, and a pool table. The locker room was clean and a nice place to dry off before walking back. We would definitely stay here again.

As described !!!

This condo had all we needed and all it promised! The property manager was helpful and responded in a timely manner. The condo was a great location and space for us. Our only complaint about the trip did not have to do with the condo itself but with the bus line in Winter Park as it had a shortage of drivers and ran modified schedules and routes that are not consistent with the information online. Otherwise, as far as accommodations went we couldn’t have more pleased. We would stay again!

Beautiful views

Loved staying here. Only complaints are no grill to cook out on and the WiFi on the fridge needs to have the units password. Cosey9. Not the building 20 password. Fought with bad connections all week until I realized there was another better connection! 😳. Hard to make plans to do things without internet. Oh and really missed a ice maker.

Winter Park Weekend

Property offered us plenty of room, and was well stocked with kitchen items and games. Great deck with view of Byers Peak. We loved the pool and hot tub amenities as well as the workout center. Parking was very convenient, just outside the building. Only comment is, it might be good to let people know the unit is on the 3rd floor, and no elevator. Got my pre-ski day workout hauling luggage/cooler up two flights of stairs. Might not be ideal for some. Property Management was very responsive to any requests. Thanks, would stay again. PJ

Good spot to stay for a ski trip

We didn't open the sleeper sofa so we can't comment on it's comfort. The sofa itself was comfortable to sit on, but hard to get up from after a day of skiing. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. We missed it in the description before renting, the unit is on the third floor. This wasn't a problem for us, but could be for others.

Ski vacation

Nice enough unit and very close to the rec center and the shuttle stop. The kids (6,9,11) loved the rec center which is very nice.It would have been nice to have another pool key. The kitchen should also be stocked with some items to clean with up with (no rags or sponges or anything) and the bathrooms should be stocked with soap and shampoo... have never stayed at a condo where these items were not provided. We went out a bought these items and left them for the next guests so no big deal. This condo was great value for our late March stay and the snow was great while we were there.

It was ok…

Our family traveled to winter park for our Christmas vacation we liked the property until we noticed the heater was not working and immediately contacted the property owner since we had our 1 year old. The owner sent someone the next morning around 9am to fix the issue. The maintenance makes assured us they fixed it and it would start warming up eventually. When we arrived back at the condo at 7pm it was still freezing cold as it was 9 degrees and the property is on the third floor. We then contacted the owner again and he brought heaters since it was too late to fix it. The next day another male came to fix the heater as we got ready to go out for the day. Thankfully after all the hassle he was able to fix it while we were out of the property. We were not aware that they would be walking in the property while we weren’t there but we’re glad to finally have the heater. The owner typically replied within a timely manner but was not very considerate as all he offered were his apologies for the inconvenience caused to our trip. Also… not a big deal but he also did not leave very many cleaning supplies for our 7 day stay. That including a broom and mop. When I asked him he said they “disappear” when other guest have used them. After being asked he was did drop off a broom and mop but we went to get other supplies such as soap, bleach and others due to smells in the property. Overall,we were satisfied with the location but it was one of the worst experiences with Vrbo.

There were no issues with parking or safety. The WiFi was fast which is a biggie with teenagers. The recreational center was a big plus to relax in the jacuzzi after doing all the activities was super nice. The view from 3rd floor balcony was awesome. There were issues with dryer door and toilet handle but were corrected quickly (thanks Nick). This great Condo make our stay complete in the making of priceless memories with our grandkids.
