Toukokuun 2. päivänä 2019 telakointiaseman veden syvyys on 3 metriä syvä.

Järvinäköala edestä taakse! Tämä ihastuttava Lakefront-mökki on Big Bear -järven loma-nähtävyys!  Täydellinen pari tai pieni perhe, jossa on oma laituri, neljän tason kansi, poreallas ja internet.

Holvikatot, laaja olohuone, puulattiat, suuret ikkunat ja puulämmitteinen takka antavat sen, että mökki tuntuu etsivät, kun suunnittelet lomaa vuoristossa.  Vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä kylästä.  Monitasoisella takakannella on propaani, istuimet ja näkymät laguunille korkeiden mäntyjen alla.  Tilava makuuhuone on aivan oleskelutilan ulkopuolella.  Päivitetty kylpyhuone sisältää pinottu pesukone ja kuivaaja.  Viehättävässä keittiössä on kaasuliesi, astianpesukone, kahvipannu ja pieni oleskelualue, josta on upeat näkymät takapihalle.

Tämä mökki sopii erinomaisesti lomailijoille, jotka etsivät miellyttäviä ja hyvin varustettuja majoitusvaihtoehtoja.  Yleensä ominaisuuksia mukava sisustus, toivottavaa mukavuuksia, mahdollisesti muutamia päivätty ominaisuuksia tai laitteita.  Big Bear Lake on vuoristojärvi, jota ei tunneta uimisesta.  Dockit ovat pysäköintipaikkoja, eivät yleensä ole hyvä kalastukseen tai uimiseen. Nice Stay

The location of this property cannot be beat. It is within walking distance of the village and is lake front. For my husband and I this was a great place. We would stay here again as it had everything we needed and we enjoyed how close it is to all amenities. I will say in all transparency that if you are finicky this is not the place for you. However if you are looking for somewhere comfortable enough in a great location I would give this place a shot. With a little TLC this could easily be 5 stars. Bring your own pillows for a good night's sleepm

Nice getaway

The property itself is nice and it was good for our family and dog but it was dated. The rooms were fine and functional but the bedding was old and falling apart. The backyard is really beautiful and there is a hot tub but the water level was only filled up so far and the water was pretty cloudy… the kitchen was functional but there was no cutting board..other than that we had a great time

Big Bear retreat

Dock and decks need a little TLC but overall had a good weekend trip. KIng bed was ok but bring your own pillows! Unit was clean and hot tub in good shape.

Lovely, warm cabin for a relaxing weekend

Thank you for the cabin, the clear instructions, and the relaxing experience. This was our first vacation since before COVID began, and we needed it! The location was clean, all amenities as advertised, and located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. I would absolutely visit this location again!

Great location but…

The location is amazing, lakeside, but everything is in shambles, inside and outside. The backyard is trash, inside, from useless lights, faulty kitchen faucet, same in the bathroom, the shower is junk, the tub is plugged and so on. Needs a lot of TLC

We did not end up staying here

we arrived at the location and it did not look like the pictures. peeling paint everywhere. the spa did not work. the ceiling fan in living room did not spin. it just made a grinding sound. mold and bad stiff in the bathroom. The management company was responsive and we were able to get out of our time and go to a different place.

Horrible stay

This was by far the worst place I have ever paid so much money for. The front gate was broken, the porch light didn’t work, the lights in the living room and bedroom only worked once in a while and the living room fan didn’t work at all. There were ants in the kitchen, no hot water in the kitchen. The beds were hard as rocks, and the juccuzi breaker kept turning off every 10 minutes so we gave up trying to heat it up after an hour. I cannot believe they can charge this much money for such a dump.

Comfortable but poor curb appeal

Once we got inside and settled in the place it was comfortable but the pictures are years out of date and the run down curb appeal was shocking. The place needs lots of TLC for the decks, hot tub and yard. We weren’t able to use the hot tub as the water was cloudy. The location is great but you can not see the main lake from the yard and the dock was inaccessible. It was comfortable inside once all box fans were being used as windows don’t open and the ceiling fan was broken. Also not the driveway is very narrow and our medium sedan car barely fit. I really wish owner would put some effort into the place as it could be amazing.

House needs a lot of work

The outside of the house looked very run down…paint pealing, stairs leading up to the house rickety. House looked ok when we got inside. Bathroom, was kind of gross, shower door was barely hanging on, someone installed it incorrectly. Outside deck was very rickety, table and bench, needs to be replaced. Stairs leading down to the dock, are in same condition as deck, front of the house, need to be replaced. Overall, it was an ok house, would not rebook it, needs some serious TLC.

Great cabin!

We found the cabin to be exactly as pictured, plenty of bath towels provided, and kitchen stocked very well. There was only 1 closet, and that was the one inside front door with vacuum and brooms, which we found a bit odd. We picked this cabin for it's pet friendly accommodations, as well as the boat dock. However, we were very disappointed that we could not use it due to low water level, but would love to try this again when lake is fuller. We loved the multi level decks and the seating by the water. We used it daily. Someone else had mentioned lighting issues, but we found labels marked and remote to use, and very little problem with lighting. Maybe they fixed since that visit. The ONLY real disappointment was finding out they offer NO TV service, except for DVD player. They do have a large selection of DVD"s however, but our visit was 9 days and we missed a LOT of news! Overall, we would definitely rent this property again.

Not worth the money

Place is dated, needs pain job, and updated appliances. Ceiling fans weren’t enough to cool the house in the dead of summer. Jacuzzi was not working. Hot water but jet pressure, and head rests were corroded. Deck had paint chipping away all over the place and most of the outdoor lights didn’t work, so you couldn’t enjoy of the backyard. In summary, go elsewhere! Not worth even half of what they charged. Oh, and they tell you when you check in to take trash and wash dishes and put them away Or they’ll charge you a fee! Then what’s the point of paying them to rent the house!?

Anniversary Getaway

The property was nice and in a nice neighborhood. The bedding was very dusty! So much so I had an allergic reaction even w my bedding on top of what was provided. Had to take Benadryl a couple of times due to reaction. Needs new pillows. The garbage disposal did not work. We did not need it, but the odor from it was quite pungent. Also, my ankles were bit the first night by what we can only assume we’re fleas. With exception of the porch light, we never did find the switch for the exterior lights which made it feel a bit dangerous at night. With those few fixes….it could be a delightful humble getaway spot.

Nice but tired

Cute property, definitely no frills. Deck is rotting out. This section of the lake is dry so no no view or dock. Had a great time but just make sure you manage expectations. Property management co is great.

Relaxing in Big Bear

We were thankful for a place that welcomed dogs. The yard was fenced in an had plenty of room to run. It is a little run down compared to the pictures, but the weather is hard on the exterior and understand why the paint may peel. The hot tub was great, but a little old. Said it was 104, but really 99. The fireplace was perfect as it had gas, so we just bought a duraflame log to burn. The location was great. You could walk out the back gate and all around the shoreline. It is also close to town for a bite to eat or shop. It wasn't a fancy place,but totally met our needs of hubs/wife, two teens and 2 dogs. Thank you for having us.

A tear-down masquerading as a lake front cottage

The photos and description are very misleading. Although this house has charming bones and lots of potential, it is incredibly run-down and not maintained well. In our eyes it is a tear-down or needs a major renovation! It's a little bit sad because it has a lot of potential to be adorable. But in truth the entire outside front and back is dirty with peeling paint on every deck surface. The inside is very clean but not comfortable at all. Weirdly when we walked in the front door all the furniture was pushed against the walls. We had to move the coffee table and chairs into place. There is no thought at all towards creature comforts - no extra touches, no soap of any kind in shower, no kleenex, no bath mat, no cushions on deck chairs, no umbrellas. The outside picnic table was so dirty I covered it with beach towels that I had fortunately brought. The dock is unusable and the shore water in the inlet that the house sits on is covered with green moss. This house is not worth renting if you are paying for lakefront fun. We almost moved over to the little resort across the street. I have rented many VRBO properties in the past, and this one was definitely falsely advertised and not worth the cost.

Great backyard

I love the five story deck and private dock at this property. The backyard is definitely the selling point. One annoyance was that there were no instructions on how to turn on the hot tub and we had to call management to get the wifi password. Would have been helpful to have a document with instructions specific to the house.

Cute little cabin!

I would definitely recommend! Small little cozy cabin for a weekend getaway! Nice view, good location near lake activities, shops etc... dog friendly and the jacuzzi was amazing! We will coming back for sure!

Beautiful location in need of some updating

My husband and I rented this cabin for our 2 year wedding anniversary weekend. The location was perfect but the cabin itself could use a bit of updating. We would certainly rent it again though.

Lovely home, misleading description

Home was lovely inside. Hot tub did not fully work and was not getting very hot. Advertisement should not say "PRIVATE DOCK" for any reason. It has probably been 3-5 years since there was any lake water behind this home that the "PRIVATE DOCK" would have been in. More accurate description would have been property once sat on lake inlet which no longer has water. Lovely view of nature behind home with no view of the water.

Not the greatest

No dining table. Internet continually shut down. Hot tub was dirty. Patio needed sweeping. Very little in the way of cookware. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. As to Big Bear itself, the hiking was great but the lake was littered with trash.
